I see movies here every week for 30 bucks. Love it and my parents trust it. I saw hoppers which isn't a movie about rabbits.

We've been here twice. It's not necessarily close, but the time of the movie we most recently saw worked best for us here. This theater makes no sense to me. We bought our tickets online yet had to wait in a line of people purchasing tickets to scan/process ours. It's not assigned seating so there is no convenience in this whatsoever. We paid the online fee for this service yet there was no benefit. Terrible use of technology. Please process improve the customer experience and ticketing. read more

As a bus driver for Greenville County Schools we were very frustrated with the cinema. We had 6 buses with 100-125 students and staff to attend a movie. They confirmed cinema staff will be ready for us at 9:30 AM. Calls to the cinema staff went unanswered. We waited for 1 hour and NO ONE SHOWED. The disappointed of the students was as you would expect. Theater staff should show respect and take calls. read more

Outstanding presentation of a tear jerking real story of a baseball team that loved young kids that were enduring horrible life threatening medical ailments. Jake's production was very professional and captured our full attention through the entire movie. Highly recommend this movie to anyone who has a Christian faith, or desires one. Me and my wife have been here a few times for local filmmakers and regular movies, and have loved it! Yes it's not top of the line, but it's fair for what you pay. You're not overpaying for movie tickets, and the seats are fine and the THX is wonderful! I would recommend still going here over any regal theater. Those aren't worth the prices. read more

A Flash From the Past. Although the theatre is clean it has not been modernized. It reminds of of those of the 70's. The seats are very old stadium style and uncomfortable. Apple Pay is not accepted. One must use cash or credit. Staff is friendly and helpful. read more

I watched the new Star Wars here and really enjoyed my overall experience! I purchased 2 tickets and comparing it to the Regal on Woodruff, we saved $10! Arriving here is easy and there's lots of parking. Since it's a less busy theater there's no rush or stress like other local cinemas. I was happy to save that money and spend it on a local draft beer and ice cream! They also serve your classic popcorn, candies, and soda. I saw 24 oz cheap beer cans, mini wine bottles, and those vodka spritzers also for sale. The theater is clean, pretty, and all the employees were friendly. The "big screen" is gigantic! My only reason for the 4/5 stars is that I thought it should be louder. Calibrating with a decimal reader would be consistent and helpful especially in such a large room with hundreds of people. read more

In 1991 this might have been a nice theater Unfortunately for the customers it isnt 1991 anymore. I know South Carolina is a bit behind in times and st Louis is way ahead in movie theaters among other things. But Wow If you think this plave is a 4 star theater then you are clueless. I wish to God above that AMC comes here In st Louis ya get giant leather recliners with miles of leg room for about 1 dollar more per ticket. This place is garbage. It isnt 1991 anymore, get with the times or be gone. Quit ripping off your customers, offer up to date amenities or you deserve bankrupcy. Customers, demand more for your entertainment dollar, better options have to exist, or should exist. This theater in st logos would be a $5 theater. Since it doesn't have the upgrades it would just be a bargain basement place. This place is wanting full dollar but offering nothing in exchange. Not acceptable. On top of it all the popcorn was cold old corn with almost no butter or salt and an employee who seemed inconvenienced by a customer wanting popcorn. No idea what some people's problem is with this theater. I much rather bring my money to a small independent theater then the big corporate ones! We went to a matinee and payed $5 ,wow! Actually the lady charged us the normal price , then realized her mistake and ran behind us to give us the correct change, nice. The theater is clean, the Consession stand looks nice and glittery, like an old diner, large popcorn is 6.25$ . They sell beer! The room were our movie played was clean and smelled clean also , the chairs are comfortable and it looks like a real movie theater , pretty lights on the walls. The owner Andrew actually chatted with us for a little and was very friendly. The screen was not small at all , a regular size screen . I come back here anytime, truly appreciate local businesses where to owner cares! read more

It's an older theater and perfect place to bring younger children. If you go for the first showings do not order their popcorn. It isn't fresh, it tastes stale and I've tried multiple times. I've just given up for the first showings. It isn't like Regal cinemas with an array of foods and drinks, but basic and perfect for a lazy movie rainy day and you DONT'T have to drive out all the way on Woodruff Rd. read more

My husband and I visited this movie theater to see the Avengers movie. I'm not a big fan of huge megaplex movie theaters with tons of people, so this was a much better option. It may not have the latest style and tech as newer models, however, the viewing experience was just as good, if not better. Independent movie theaters tend to have a certain character that chains do not. Camelot will definitely be my first choice when watching a movie on the big screen. read more

First time checking out this location today, new to the area. Small screening areas, but not jammed full of people like most megaplexes. I like going earlier in the day, matinee prices, small crowds. With the smaller crowd I was ok with no stadium seating I was initially pleased with concessions, prompt and courteous service. Then I tasted my large buttered popcorn. Maybe I have gotten used to the self serve butter at other cinemas, I could not real tell if my popcorn had been buttered or not, I am pretty sure it was not. It certainly was the saltiest popcorn I think I have ever had. I hear radio ads about the popcorn being so good, I was seriously disappointed. Part of my enjoyment of going to a movie theater is being able to get the full experience, which includes a comfortable viewing as well as a soda and some fresh buttered popcorn. This is an older theater, and they don't seem to have any intentions of updating it. Even the music they play in the ceiling is old school. BUT that's okay! Being an '80s kid, I kind of dig it. The movies are current. The bathrooms are old and dingy. Parking is small. All in all, a good place to go. BEST PART: They only play five minutes of previews (unlike some of the bigger theaters that will play upwards of 20 minute of previews). read more

For a few simple reasons that make all the difference. 1: it is small which is exactly what my wife and I prefer. It is a more personal experience. 2: (AND THE MAIN REASON). Camelot is not a corporate chain, it is locally owned and operated, which is awesome! SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES!!!!! 3: the owner really cares!!!!! I am a huge NCG fan. If I ever go see a movie, it's usually at NCG. However, my boyfriend convinced me to step out of my comfort zone and try Camelot. It's not that bad! I only have a few complaints. The bathrooms were really dirty. I know it was a little busy at the time I was there, but they were disgusting. They also make you pay for I icee refills. Now, that may not be a big deal for everyone, but I'm a huge icee person and love to drink them during the movie. My boyfriend and I usually share at NCG since we get the free refills, but we just had to go ahead and buy two because I was not going to pay $1.50 to keep refilling one cup. One upside is they sell alcohol! They had cans of Angry Orchard so that was a plus. Overall, it was a good movie theater experience. read more

This theater may not be the newest and flashiest one in Greenville but it is also the best value for new movies in town. The popcorn is always fresh. Always. If you want to pay for flashy decorations and fancy seats, Regal is all over the place but it will cost you a lot more and you will not get the friendly family atmosphere that the Camelot is known for. read more

First, the ONLY THX theater in the Upstate. That one comment should get people to come. The main screen is what a movie theater used to look like. The smaller ones are okay. Family run, so a very small staff. About half price of the Regal Theaters locally. Major issues is that the restrooms next to be checked more often because they always seem to be a mess. read more

I really like this movie theater. It's smaller and less crowded than most new theaters and is totally old school with just your basic popcorn and candy concession stand. My husband and I saw Eclipse (Edward, definitely!) at the Camelot just the other night and agreed that we have found our neighborhood "date" spot. read more
