We like this theater, especially on Tuesday when it's just five dollars. The website says the box office opens at 10:30 but the guy at the box office said it doesn't open until 1215. They need to get that adjusted..

It's been a while since I stepped inside a movie theater. I was visiting Greenville, and I decided to watch a movie. I've enjoyed watching it at Camelot Cinema. It's not fancy, but I like the hometown movie theater feel. Let's support a small business like this!

Stadium Style Seating with flip seats. Uncomfortable.

A Flash From the Past. Although the theatre is clean it has not been modernized. It reminds of of those of the 70's. The seats are very old stadium style and uncomfortable. Apple Pay is not accepted. One must use cash or credit. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Not cheap considering the bad quality

In 1991 this might have been a nice theater Unfortunately for the customers it isnt 1991 anymore. I know South Carolina is a bit behind in times and st Louis is way ahead in movie theaters among other things. But Wow If you think this plave is a 4 star theater then you are clueless. I wish to God above that AMC comes here In st Louis ya get giant leather recliners with miles of leg room for about 1 dollar more per ticket. This place is garbage. It isnt 1991 anymore, get with the times or be gone. Quit ripping off your customers, offer up to date amenities or you deserve bankrupcy. Customers, demand more for your entertainment dollar, better options have to exist, or should exist. This theater in st logos would be a $5 theater. Since it doesn't have the upgrades it would just be a bargain basement place. This place is wanting full dollar but offering nothing in exchange. Not acceptable. On top of it all the popcorn was cold old corn with almost no butter or salt and an employee who seemed inconvenienced by a customer wanting popcorn. News flash, if we dont buy popcorn and soda at crazy inflated costs then you font have a job so act accordingly and stop with the bad attitude like we are ruining your day for wanting a pepsi.

Great staff, comfortable seats, great experience. Parking was ample and options to buy tickets were good.

I see movies here every week for 30 bucks. Love it and my parents trust it. I saw hoppers which isn't a movie about rabbits.

They are so nice, and they show Christian movies. They had hotdogs unlike Simpsonville s. Clean and friendly

I enjoy the old Camelot. Less crowded than Regal, shorter lines and the popcorn is better too.

What is the differen between thx big screen and just a normal digital presentation?

Hello our THX screen is in a HUGE auditorium with a Oversize screen and a massive sound system. Later this year we are adding a Laser Projector for an enhanced 4k picture. Hope this helps.

We ordered one large popcorn. I first asked for two large popcorns and asked for them to be put in bags so I could carry them because I had four kids. The employee offered to carry them to my seats. He also said he could give me small plastic containers for each of the kids and told me I could order one large popcorn and get free refills. Deal! I bought one large popcorn and for refills to refill the plastic containers. The seats. The seats were excellent. They were new, comfortable, and reclinable. What was even more amazing, because other movie theaters don't do this, I could put a large popcorn bucket on the tray and it didn't block my line of site. And people walking in the isle in front of me didn't block my line of site. And the rail between the rows didn't block the line of site of any of the kids. I can't say that about another name brand movie theater I recently visited. The screen was large and sound was excellent. The volume was a little loud for my 3 year old niece who had to cover her ears a few times because the volume was too loud. The staff are very nice, professional, and helpful. One guy saw my nephew's Cars t-shirt and told him about the new Cars movie coming out.d

Of course, then we add them to our Apple Wallet so we can scan them at the theater. No box office lines. Each seat is an extra spacious recliner with an individual, swing away counter for drinks or snacks. It's very much akin to an airline seat in business class. Except the controls are all electronic. There are kiosk for ordering tickets as walk-in guest. But the line for concessions looked pretty much the same. Now what we need is to order concessions directly from our recliner seats!

The showing was at 10:25 am, and surprisingly there was quite a few people at the movie. A stop by the restroom and putting soap on my hands, then seeing that NONE of the 3 faucets would work, I had go down the hall to the family rest room. The seating in the movie theater is not as comfortable as in other movie theaters and the leg room isn't as spacious. I did enjoy the pleasure of getting a Charlie horse, from hell in the back of my left thigh as I started walking down the stairs from where we were seated(ohhhhh it was so painful!!!!!). Thankfully the Charlie horse eased away after "I walked it out" in the parking lot!! The movie was enjoyable and spending time with my great nephew (Aunt Chelle's baby)was worth that Charlie horse!!

Walked into the imax theater to see "The Odyssey" 40 minutes early (10 minutes before the trailers…read morestart) and noticed there was a lot of liquid in the cup holders of my seats. There was no way of knowing if it was beverage liquid or not so I went to the counter to see if I could get my seats cleaned. The nice girl at the counter offered me a wet paper towel and I declined and said I'd prefer if I could use an alcohol wipe or cleaning agent of some kind. The lobby had no one in it and it was not busy at all. She walked about 6 feet over to her manager who was occupied at the register next to her with a task that did not involve any nearby customers. He looked up at me and appeared to be visibly annoyed that I was causing his employee to stop him with what he was doing. He whispers to her and does not approach me or acknowledge me verbally. She came back over to me and said, "Sorry we will send someone in a little while. We can't right now." I addressed the very young looking male manager at the register and asked if he was indeed the manager. He responded. "Yeah.. why?" (Visibly irritated at being addressed). This irked me, so I asked for his name. He mumbles back to me "I'm busy. I'll help you in a little bit." There were no other customers in the lobby. I responded firmly, "No I'd like clean seats now please." He begrudgingly turns to the female employee and says, "can you just do it?" This seemed like an obvious first solution since he was "so busy." She walked with me to my seats and cleaned them. I thanked her for helping me and tipped her $10 cash. I genuinely appreciated her help and I was frustrated for her and myself that her manager displayed no customer service skills and made the entire situation more awkward and difficult than it needed to be. As a person who works in the service industry, I can't understand how someone with so little customer service skills and inability to handle such mundane situations, would be in a leadership position. The final solution that I had to beg for should've been the very first step. The movie was a great experience and I can't wait to go back. Hopefully the next experience will involve clean seats or at the very least a manager who addresses a cleanliness concern from a customer, without being rude and unprofessional.
