Cameron has come to my house twice over the last few years, once in which he solved my printer problems and once in which he showed me how to easily digitalize DVDs of home videos without having to buy special software. He videotaped the process on my phone so that I didn't have to memorize or write down each step. Each time he came, he also answered questions on both hardware and software, and ultimately saved me money by removing unnecessary antivirus software. He worked efficiently and his rates were very reasonable. He has subsequently helped me remotely with little or no charge. Everything included my Windows Office 2016, Lightroom 6, and two email accounts from George Washington. The Lenovo online help JustAsk said Windows caused my keyboard to malfunction. I know as much as the Geek Squad at Best Buy, and an appointment takes weeks. Cameron came within a day of my computer failure. I've been having Cameron Jones help me with my computer and IT needs for over 20 years and I've never been disappointed.
