My honest opinion- I hate waterparks. Period. But for the sake of my kids, I decided to come here…read moreand rented their skybox suite thinking it'll be nice to have a little privacy.. Park is only opened for certain hours of the day. If you show up as soon as they open, you'll wait in a huge line waiting to get in. Those who reserved skyboxes check in and wait for a staff member to bring you to the skybox, which gets complicated because they're stopped every couple of feet to get asked questions by other people. Idk if it's cuz we went in the middle of a heatwave, but our skybox was HOT AF. I mean no AC and the heat from the pool + the glass windows, it was a total greenhouse effect. You're sweating the minute you walk in, your kids are hot, youre hot- you can imagine the frustration building up to dropping your things off and going straight to the water. We immediately hit the wave pool and with a one year old, the skybox isn't the best when they need to nap and you don't have anything to keep them comfortable, other than the wagon we came with. The waterpark itself was surprisingly clean. I was expecting the strong chlorine smell but shockingly, there wasn't any. A LOT of people but didn't feel like I was crowded over unless you're in the lazy river. We stayed the whole day but I went out with my 1 year old so we can get some AC and air. I would keep in mind that if you're getting the skybox suite, this would be best in the fall/winter time. The skybox was clean-ish but I know it's anything but. They have cushioned furniture and who knows how often that gets cleaned, our soap dispenser wasn't working, and our fridge just water and a few cans of ginger ale. You can request to have it refilled but we really weren't trying to stay In the room for long. I would come back but only for a special occasion. Definitely bring water shoes cuz you can bust your ass on the floor here. Water shoes and towels are available for purchase but def bring your own to save money.

Even so, being in the immediate vicinity of food, after a decent amount of attractions, I decide to grab a bite before continuing on more. The Turkey Wrap seems only available with a flour tortilla. I'm glad about asking for black pepper to add--though extremely light of flavor--because it adds flavor to the meal of which the onion tastes strongest. The turkey slice, maybe two slices, are not thin though not overly thick, and I wonder about the actual serving size to protein ration in the wrap. Aside from food, the water park is fun, and is like an attraction of many attractions considering the broader extent of the mall. It is possible to go on every ride once within a six to eight hour span of time though this detail may differ depending how busy the park may be. I really enjoy the attractions. There are a lot of seating options available with different settings for different purposes. Why not put the locker band machine on the other wall where people seem to enter the bathrooms from the locker hall area first? The showers have soap dispensers in them and warm water. I think it is way better to buy a ticket in advance (a couple of days or more before attending). If planning to be at the park at least three peak times in a period of time, particularly in a year, just buy the annual or seasonal pass.

I especially love that you're allowed to bring your own food, and there's even a place to grill, it makes for a fun, relaxed day. They do have a small place where they do sell food but why bother when you can bring your own. There are several splash pads, slides perfect for younger children like my 4-year-old daughter and even 10 month old, and there are also rides and attractions suited for older kids and adults. My kids have the best time here. Just a heads-up: tickets can only be purchased starting at 5 PM the day before your visit, so plan accordingly. Overall, it's a great spot for a family day out.

The cashiers are friendly, and the park is clean too. Even the bathrooms most times. (They have constant maintenance on the bathrooms.) They have three slides, the red one is my favorite! The blue is fun but closed in, and the white slide is isn't closed in. However if you have children under 48 inches they can't ride the big slides but there is a kids area for them. They also have a pool that extends into the lazy river, and a lily pad/ log cross. If going to Crystal Springs bring your own chair off you can. Chairs are hard to find, especially when it's busy. The only thing is you have to purchase tickets online with a credit card. It should be optional whether to buy at the gates or online, but still, i can spend hours here.

When we arrived, everything was up and running as if it were daytime. All the games, rides and attractions were in service. I rode Go Karts for the first time in yearrrs and I actually came in first place. Me! That was dope. The BIG FUN though was all the water rides. Lazy River, pool tubing and the main pool were all open and full of people ready for a great time. We were treated to a DJ who understood the crowd assignment and shoutout to the most wonderful staff. All employees on this night were in a great mood and they gave party vibes too. The promoters didn't over sell this event, so crowds and lines weren't a problem at all. I had such a blast that I wasn't even mad about getting my phone wet. I'm looking forward to going back to The Funplex for another After Dark night out. I thought they were gonna shortchange us but that didn't happen. We were given the whole experience. Good stuff!

Headed to Tomahawk Lake as it was our go to once upon a time. The price PER PERSON (not per car load) was $22 ... and that was NOT including the water park. If you wanted to add on entrance to the water park it was ANOTHER $15 PER PERSON! We were a party of 4 adults and 3 teens and it would've literally been $259 to ENTER the lake!!!!! AIN'T NO WAY! For that price we could've done a real amusement park, a real water park ... a real lotta other things worth $259. Needless to say we ventured elsewhere but wanted everyone to be aware of this absolute absurdity before wasting your time and gas venturing up there.

I regretted it right away. It's ridiculously crowded - no problem with parking as they sure made extra space in the back, but driving to the back woods parking lot I was afraid we were gonna hit someone cos of people walking indifferently on the paths. The tiny "beach" is made of hard packed sand, the texture of a dirt road. There are many garbage cans around, which, I appreciate that as there's nothing worse than trash on the ground, but I also don't want to be sitting next to one. There are some picnic tables in the further grassy areas that seemed more chill but the tables close to the water could not be crammed any closer together. The water where kids are playing in is murky and gross looking, as to be expected cos sediments stir up, but this just does not look clean and is way too full of people. And I would not call this a water park - it's a lake with some dingy play structures on it and some boat rides. There also don't seem to be enough lifeguards for this many kids. Summer prices (July 1-Aug 20) are $20pp over 9yo, and $18 for under 9, but you have to pay additionally for the water slides ($13-$17) and other activities. You might as well take your family to a proper waterpark for this price. Maybe once upon a time it was cute as people seem to have nostalgic memories of this place (and they definitely trade on the camp nostalgia), but it seems the park operator is only interested in packing in as many people as possible to the detriment of the experience. There is good live music with a guy playing old time rock n roll, they have hash browns yay (3 for $2.50), and my toddler had fun regardless of my lack of enjoyment or relaxation, hence the extra star.

You'll leave feeling like you might have caught the oochie goomies! This place was so filthy that as soon as my 7 yr old walked into the bathroom she stopped, looked at the floor and looked back at me like "please don't make me go in there mommy." The entire bathroom floor was murky water/bodily fluids/soggy toilet tissue. Absolutely disgusting!! I wish I could have taken a picture of the floor so you guys could see it but I was so disgusted I just walked out. We got discounted tix through Groupons to visit and was really looking forward to it as this was our first visit and might end up being our last because of the lack of cleanliness. The ONLY reason I'm giving this place 2 star is because the kids had fun on the water rides and activities. We stayed because the kids had fun. Way too many people come here with their kids for it to be this nasty. The staff isn't friendly either. They act like they don't want to be there (I can't say I blame them). The person at the counter appeared annoyed at the fact that I was using vouchers from Groupons and pointblank told me "I hate those things." Again, this was my family's first visit and first impressions are everything. This place gets overcrowded real quick and although their are chairs throughout the facility you might have trouble finding a place to sit or place your belongings. You can rent a locker for $20 a pop with in/out access to it for the duration of your visit. If I were forced to visit again I would enter with as minimal as possible to avoid needing to use a locker. I felt so yucky I didn't want any of my clean belongings touching anything in this place. My husband and I took turns with getting in the water with the kids so one of us could hold on to personal belongings like cell phones/wallets etc. The facility has a snack counter with items like pretzels, chips, funnel cake etc. The food counter is in a separate part of the facility and caters to the SAD diet (Standard American Diet)..processed foods, refined carbs and sugar...pizza, chicken tenders, burgers, hot dogs, fries, those sorts of "foods". I made sure I ate before I went. This place has so much potential with the right management and staff. This was a huge disappointment.
