This was one of the most unwelcoming experiences I've had at an ice cream shop. I used to love coming here because of the unique ice cream flavors, but after what happened on Thursday around 7:00 PM, I won't be coming back. The store was completely empty--there were zero other customers. We stood at the counter for about five minutes, and the employee never greeted us, acknowledged us, or even said she'd be with us. She simply continued working as if we didn't exist. When I finally said, "We're ready," her response was, "I'm in the middle of something." There was no apology, no courtesy, and no effort to make us feel welcome. The way we were treated made us feel like we didn't belong there. It honestly left us wondering whether we were being treated differently because of our race. I've never felt so ignored in an empty business, and the experience gave the impression that only certain customers were welcome. What made this even more painful was that my 12-year-old son was with me. It was humiliating to be treated that way in front of him. Later, I had to explain to him why someone might completely ignore us and what that interaction could have meant. No parent should have to have that conversation after simply trying to buy ice cream. It's disappointing because I genuinely enjoyed this place for its unique flavors. Unfortunately, one experience like this is enough for me to never return. Judging by how we were treated, I don't get the impression they'll care that they've lost a customer--but I hope management still takes this feedback seriously and ensures that every customer is treated with the same basic respect and courtesy. read more

I love supporting mom & pops shops and this place was a super cute locally owned business that's been around for 2 decades. The Froyo was absolutely delicious and creamy and the staff were super friendly. The only negative reviews I read the about this place is related to the prices, but I thought it was reasonable, especially since generic brand ice cream at Safeway is $6 and is not freshly made nor are there overhead costs. June 26 just walked out of Rosey yogurt. The girls working in there are great very friendly super sweet no complaints. The shop is clean. The only thing that I didn't notice ( until it was too late )was that it says "no refunds " on the register and that normally would never be an issue except for the fact that the vanilla soft serve tasted like caramel so when I go in to return it, they were gracious and offered a different flavor. However, my daughter is extremely picky so she only wanted the original vanilla that they used to serve. Then when I asked for a refund at the same moment that I asked, I noticed the sign says no refund. I just think that's kind of tacky if you have a product that is advertised as regular vanilla, soft serve that has always been good and no complaints and then tonight it taste like caramel it's like a bait and switch. so if you're not giving vanilla, which you advertise and then we pay $11 for it and then you say no refunds when you give us caramel that's balogna. Also, how often do you see a store that says no refunds especially frozen yogurt I've never seen that before so that is kind of sus in itself. two stars read more

This has been my go-to place for frozen yogurt for the past few months. I've tried tons of their flavors, but my all-time favorite is the graham cracker cheesecake. I check their website beforehand to see what the flavors are, since they typically do update it daily! Their vanilla/choco combo is also good for a basic default if you don't like any of their flavors. You can also sample!! I don't have any complaints about this place because their small serving is pretty big in my opinion. A small is $8-something, which I think is super worth. Service has been good every time I've gone, so I don't have any complaints about that. My only complaint is that the pricing for the misc things like a cone and toppings is a little too much... if they lowered that I would probably have a better experience so I could try more things. Anyone who knows me knows, I am all about fro-yo. Graham Cracker Cheesecake was one of the "Wow Cow" varieties; that is a brand of frozen stuff featuring lower fat and lower lactose level. Pineapple Dole Whip nonfat fro-yo seems a regular rotation flavour at Rosy. The worker was friendly and nice with samples. Scotch Marshmallow tasted fine, but I could only get two selections in a plain cone so I went with cheesecake and pineapple. Cone is priced merely three Quarters (as in the literal minted U.S. coins with President Washington) i.e. 75 cents less than the Petite, their smallest cup. Delightfully delicious, the Graham Cracker Cheesecake is also nifty because in the swirl are tiny little bits of graham that give it texture. Dole Whip is refreshing tart sweet, and I love most anything pineapple. Seating inside and outside. Rosy even offers an entire line of frozen treats for dogs. Very very Kool. So, I got a petite chocolate/vanilla twist in a cup and my friend got a Dole pineapple in a small cone. Okay, I thought "petite" meant small. But Rosy Yogurt charges a flat price and has generous servings. My petite twist in a cup was big! Price: $8.20, no toppings. Very creamy icy texture, and not too sweet. Very refreshing. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were now serving the Hawaiian ice creams with delicious flavors and combinations of tropical fruits I love!! There were two young employees working there, so I'm sure they have fun taste, testing ice cream and frozen yogurt! Both employees/girls were really helpful and patient as we decided to sample different ice cream and frozen yogurt before we finally made our choice of a double scoop of ice cream which is more like four scoops of ice cream for the same price! We loved our ice cream and it was wonderfully air-conditioned since it's currently 96° outside. A 24/7 ice cream shop is the place of my dreams! I wish I lived closer! I'm dairy free, so based on the Yelp reviews, I was mainly after the Pineapple Dole whip. There was one or two sorbet for ice cream options I believe, but I'm not mad because I love dole whip and was here for that. I got the smallest size but they fill the cup to the brim and give you a swirl as high as it can possibly go. See my photo for proof! Very patient staff helping people who couldn't decide what toppings they wanted. You can even get a small split between two ice cream flavors. I was greedy and didn't get the small, and the server was very helpful with a lid when I realized it would be better to attack it at home rather than trying to eat it while walking home.
