    Jagar Schnitzel plate
    Krys G.

Had lunch with a few friends mid week. The place was packed. It was hard to find parking because of all the work trucks in the parking lot. I guess this is where workers eat. It's very dated inside with wobbly chairs and dim lighting. You can smell the oil frying from back in the kitchen. Service was fast and very friendly. I ordered the Jagar Schnitzel with gravy. It came with German potato salad and sauerkraut coleslaw. The meat was breaded nicely and very thin. It really needed the gravy. The German potato salad was sweet and vinegary. No mayonnaise. The coleslaw was also sweet and tangy. It was a good experience overall.

Our first time going to Campbell's Kitchen and it was really good! The entire area was very clean organized. I had the fried chicken strip dinner which included fries and coleslaw. The slaw is vinegar based and it was very good! The chicken meat was good too- not one those chewy funky pieces that you sometimes land up gnawing on that never seem to actually go anywhere. My son had the fried shrimp basket and was able to sub the fries for tater tots which was perfect for him. Everything came out hot and fresh in a timely manner. The waitstaff were all very kind and refilled the teas whenever they walked back. As a first time visitor, the only thing confusing was not knowing if you were to seat yourself [yup, pick a table, any table!] and then cashing out if we were to go up to the stand and pay or pay at the table. [we went up to the little hostess/cashier stand and paid there] All in all it was a nice and easy place to dine with good food. Will definitely stop by again!

Nice little dive with tasty flavors. Oddly a combination of choices from Korean to German and simple American allows everyone to find something. Schnitzel was large with two sides and a roll for under $13. This is no frills dining, just reasonably priced good family food.

Very fun / friendly staff at this small town diner. Not really memorable, but not bad. It's definitely worth trying... once. I likely won't be back, but that's more to do with the variety of options there are in town and not because of anything negative about this place. Certainly worth checking out for something different in town. Unique menu German and Asian cuisine. Lots of local repeat customers as the staff knew many customers by name!

Loved everything! Schnitzel, potato salad and slaw are delicious! Friendly folks. It takes us over an hour but it's definitely worth it!

They have the best jager schnitzel & bulgogi. Their sweet tea is also amazing along with the friendly staff.

Snitzel is to die for! So is the kimchi. Especially if they have the hot cucumber. My husbands likes the bulgogi.

My first thought when we walked in was that the restaurant must be busy all the time, and the tips good, because they had several servers whizzing around taking care of their customers. Good beer and drinks are a given (several house brews), but the food was amazing. We ordered fried green tomatoes (pimento cheese on top) and roasted brussel sprouts, so we could nibble as we drank. Then for dinner: the prime rib au jus sandwich, the Reuben, the Patty Melt, and the Cletus (Southern through and through). Our Toddler ordered the baked Mac N Cheese (good sized serving and looked delicious--lots of cheese and perfectly browned--and a side of fruit). Everyone was happy!

It was very busy around 12:30 mid-day, but I was seated immediately. There is downstairs and an upstairs that looks over the first floor. They have a huge menu. Lots of pub fare. Beer cheese, nachos, various pizzas (tons of combinations, most with lots of meat, and you can create your own). They also have flatbreads (again, several combos, some veggie, some meaty). Entrees include steaks, pork chops, grilled chicken, chicken tenders, salmon, and shrimp tacos. Large selection of sandwiches (turkey, clubs, BLT, reuben, prime rib). And at least 10 different types of burgers. I had the cowboy, made with Monterey Jack, bacon, sautéed onions, mushroom, lettuce, tomato, and pickle). Huge burger (I only ate half). The fries were hot and tasty. The burger arrived medium as I had ordered and the produce seemed fresh. The mushroom and onion flavors were lost somehow, and the burger could have used a little more seasoning, but overall solid for being local to Clarksville. I had a couple of cocktails, some type of margarita with cranberry, and a basic mule. They were fine, but nothing special and nothing I would order again. They have a ton of beers here, and that's what they are known for, so if you're a beer drinker, that's your best bet. They have brunch on the weekends. My server was attentive and kind.

The food is always great, the atmosphere is fun and laid-back, and the staff are incredibly friendly--always smiling and welcoming. They also have board games you can play, which adds such a fun touch, and we've even caught some live music that made the whole experience even better. One of our favorite parts is how family-friendly it is. Our daughter loves coming here because she has space to run around on a playground area and a whole big yard and just be a kid. While we relax and enjoy ourselves--which, honestly, is hard to find. This is one of the few places around that truly feels kid-friendly and enjoyable for adults. So if you're not into being around families, there are plenty of other spots. BUT for those of us who are, this place is a gem. It's become one of our go-to spots, and we'll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!

The menu focuses on " Elevated Bar Food" and scratch made sauces. They serve Apps, Sandwiches, Salads, Sides and a couple of weekend brunch items. They had a Breakfast Burrito today, but I think it's a rotating option. They also have 13 local and regional beers on tap and serve cocktails also. This is a local place to bring the family as they have covered outdoor tables with a huge fenced in backyard. The outdoor area is dog friendly and they have a playground and activities for the kids. They have Live Music, Rotating smoker specials, Trivia Night, Karaoke and a Writers night. I would recommend going to their website to find out when these activities occur and when and who is playing Live Music. The service was very good and the employees were friendly and helpful. You place your order at the Bar, they give you a number and bring your food to you. You sit wherever you want. It does get busy. There were several people there when we arrived ( shortly after opening ) and when we left it was already getting busy. To finish the review--- They have a kids menu and the burgers come with housecut Potato Chips. The burgers are served on a Sweet Potato Bun which I've not seen anywhere else. I really liked it. It added a touch of sweetness to the tasty Burgers. Go check 'em out !!
