What an incredible experience we had at Camping World Toledo. We are from New Jersey and while traveling to Mackinaw Michigan our travel trailer had mechanical issues 9 miles outside of Toledo. We were able to limp our way to their store. We were skeptical if anyone would be able to help us but it was our only shot. The mechanics immediately came out to look at the problem we were having with one our wheels. They quickly pulled it to the back and got to work. While waiting, we started to wander the lot looking at the dream fifth wheel we had always wanted. From here we met Shayna. Shayna was knowledgeable, kind, courteous without being overly pushy. She led us to a beautiful fifth wheel that we ultimately decided we would purchase. We traded in our travel trailer right there (they offered us top cash for our trade in) and bought the fifth wheel! While working through the buying/trading process EVERYONE from the finance department to the sales and mechanic shop (they had to install a fifth wheel hitch on the fly) were so incredibly accommodating! Shayna went above and beyond making sure our every request was attended to. She even got in our truck bed and helped us lift and remove a very heavy tool box! I can't say enough good things about her character. If you want to buy a camper go to Camping World Toledo. Ask for Shayna and she will make magic happen for you! In the last year we have had our issues with camping world due to some not so honest workers. Since they have hired a much needed new staff things have definitely turned around.During the last month or so we have had the pleasure to meet and work with a great group of people, Frank their sales manager and Joe their service manager have bent over backwards to help us with our past problems. They have done what they can to make things right for us and I couldn't be happier. Their people skills are what this company needed. So I came in thinking I had no chance at qualifying for a camper. My kids talked me into at least trying. When I walked inside Camping World I was instantly greeted by a woman named Pam, she was kind and answered the questions I had and set me up with salesman. He took his time and explained everything I would need and after finding me and my family the perfect camper, Josh and the whole management team did everything they could and me and my family left owners of a brand new camper. I was deep in debt with my camper after some damages to it so I went to Camping World just to see what they would offer me, not only did they give me $3500 more than my payoff they got me into a new camper, truly my hero's lol. It really did go very smooth, like I said I went there to see what I could get for my camper and ended up leaving with a new one, if that isn't great customer service then I don't know what is, thank you very much Camping World and my sales Rep Matt, the only place I will even go regarding camping!!! read more

Unbelievably great experience! Don't let the negative reviews fool you. This store has over 350 campers in their inventory. True amount too! Other places claim they have 300+ in inventory to choose from, but not even close to that amount. The sales staff is kind, laid back, knowledgeable, and just a fun overall atmosphere.
