We stopped in mid-afternoon for a late lunch and were greeted right away. The hostess offered patio or indoor seating and thoughtfully let us know there was active construction nearby that would make the patio pretty noisy the entire time. That honesty was appreciated, we chose to sit inside so we could actually enjoy conversation. The space itself is beautiful, quaint, colorful, and perfectly in tune with that relaxed Miami Beach, art deco vibe without feeling overwhelming. It instantly felt like a calm beachside escape. When our server came over, I asked about gluten-free options. The menu had an indication of gluten-free options available but he went a step further and explained they offer a gluten-free bagel-style bread substitute, which made navigating the menu so much easier. I ordered the avocado with poached eggs (served on the gluten-free bagel thin), and it was incredible. The eggs were cooked perfectly, yolk bursting just right, and topped with fresh arugula and herbs that made every bite flavorful and fresh. Presentation was just as beautiful as the taste. My coworker had the grilled cheese and fries and loved every bite as well. Food came out quickly, everything was delicious, and the experience felt easy and thoughtful from start to finish. Wow this place should be packed and it was empty on this holiday weekend! The food is incredible! The flavors paired really well together! I made myself a few soft tacos with the birria crispy onions and Brussels sprouts. Sooo good! The tuna tostada was a great starter too with my wine. I didn't take a photo of the red wine but be sure to get the Faena Malbec with the birria. It's rich and smooth.The best finish was the hazelnut chocolate cake with the white chocolate sauce! Had a great time here for brunch the other day. It was my first time coming and it did not disappoint. We had an earlier reservation at 10:15am and the place was basically empty. I think there were 1-2 other tables taken when we got there. We were immediately greeted and taken to our table near the window, which has these green comfy chairs. It was a perfect spot both with the window view and the view of the entire restaurant. I will say, it can get a little toasty in the sun from the window. I ended up moving my chair to the other side of the table to get out of the sun. As for service, our waiter was great and very kind, attentive, and helpful. She even let us order something off the menu once she checked with the chef. They were very accommodating. We had ordered the 90 minute bottomless mimosas and probably had about 6/7 mimosas in the 90 minutes. They are very good about seeing when you're empty and refilling the glass. The food was all super delicious too. Highly recommend. The place did start to fill up a little around the time we were finishing up (11:30/12), but still not super packed. read more

Really enjoyed this upscale spot for dinner. Four of us started with the guacamole totopos experience which was creamy and perfectly seasoned. The chips were crispy and thick enough for the guacamocole and three amazing sauces. Also tried the key west shrimp, creekside steak, and fried rice. The shrimp and steak were deliciously seasoning and tender. The rice was flavorful. Some tips: any extras are charged..so we were charged extra for a second bowl of chips. Portions are also on the smaller side. Example: the shrimp dish came with 3 shrimp. All in all, an amazing experience and would go back. Came here for Miami spice and I was so pleasantly surprised how amazing this place was! I had a salad, wrap and my friend had a steak bowl and feta toast. The dessert was also absolutely delicious (a sorbet cheesecake). The service was also excellent, the waitress was very attentive and asked us about our needs and gave us a very descriptive detail about the menu items. The decor was incredible. I made a reservation for 4 for my birthday brunch. They got it wrong right off the bat - offered us a table inside (when I had specifically requested an outside table in the shade in my reservation). It took several attempts and about a 15 minute wait to get our table request right. The hostess seemed generally bothered by us (even though we were going out of our way to be polite), and a gentleman who seemed to be taking over her job, was really trying to make it right. Once seated, it took another 10-15 minutes to get water - which seems like a very long time when it's a warm day in South Florida, you have two kids, and you've already been waiting a while for your reserved table. Food was good - nothing to write home about, but it was solid, which we were pleased about. Unfortunately my family received their dishes first, and I got my dish once they were done eating their food - which made for very awkward timing, especially for a birthday brunch. Given the price-point, we expected stellar service and food, and unfortunately this experience fell quite short. We won't be back. read more

Valentine day dinner with my daughter. We were told it was a set menu. $84/person. First course was one(1) oyster each. It couldn't have been a dime size. Next course was a Brussels sprout app- about a 4" tortilla to share - really? Spoke to manager and he sent out a tuna app to share. Dinner was a short rib and a branzino fish( best item)- to share. We received a dessert each. $277 bill - another table ordered off the menu, had a bottle of wine and fed 3 people for $210. My husband and I regularly frequented the restaurant before the rebrand. We were excited to come back and try it with a new twist - it didnt disappoint. The space is chic and beautiful - very Miami. I came here in the late afternoon, so it was kind of between lunch and dinner, which may be a bit of a difficult time to gauge the restaurants performance, however with a completely empty restaurant I am writing this review based solely on the service and the food and without any reverence for the "vibe". I ordered the Asian chicken sandwich, fries, and a bottle of sparkling water. The sandwich came out hot, the bun was fluffy, the chicken was soaked in their Asian sauce and the cabbage looked to be a bit old. The fries were good and fresh. They brought a bottle of water out and left it in a champagne chilling bucket next to the table and only refilled my water once over the course of an hour. Staff Training-Took a girls' trip to Miami before cruising. Stopped by this restaurant while waiting for my room. Already a stressful day, we decided to just have a drink and just some Gauc and fries. Beware of this practice. Asking for a substitute a drink with premium alcohol could cost you. My family and I were looking for a brunch spot within walking distance from our hotel when we came across this place. The interior is gorgeous and very Instagrammable. Normally, these cutesy places have okay food, but I was impressed by the dishes here. The best item was the French toast--it had a cream filling and was caramelized to perfection. Super yummy! If you get just one thing, make it the French toast. The avocado toast, chicken sandwich, and pancakes were all very good as well. The service was fast, and the waiter was kind. Went here for breakfast and was pretty disappointed. Other than a pretty background aesthetic the food was underwhelming. The açaí bowl portion was minuscule and overpriced, maybe 2 oz of açaí? The chilaquiles were alright. Honestly would skip this place and go next door to Crema for more variety, and better bang for your buck.
