Not my first time in Miami, but my first time visiting Sunny's. This was a cool little spot considering nothing was open within the vicinity of our hotel. The overall experience was fairly decent....the food to me is a bit pricey for the quality, but in Miami anywhere you go everything is pretty OVERPRICED. If you're looking for a spot to grab a bite late at night after just landing in Miami, then this is the place to go right there on south beach.

Since it was my last breakfast in South Beach and I've walked past this place a half dozen times, I decided to give it a try. It has a cool vibe to it with a full bar. They seem to have plenty of staff onboard. Once you walk in multiple people were eager to sit us right away. Once they sat us, the service went out the window. They weren't super busy, so I didn't understand why there was no attention to detail. I blame the mandatory service charge across all of South Beach for the lack of effort from the servers. From what I gathered, a percentage of the service charge goes to the server and the rest is divided amongst the staff. Our server was cold and not interested to be at work. I ordered the eggs Benedict with salmon and my girlfriend ordered the Sobe style breakfast. She ordered a Cafe Americano and I had the orange juice. Afterwards she wanted some milk or cream for her coffee. Once she poured that into her coffee, instant curds popped up to the top. We flagged down our server and wanted to give the coffee back and her response was, "it's the type of milk". I never grew up drinking coffee with curds in it. My girlfriend then switched to a pineapple juice which took forever to get to the table. Watching our server's gestures from afar we can tell she does the basic level of service but has a nasty side to her. She's either over her job or having a bad day. My eggs Benedict weren't bad, but the home fries were dry and tasteless and my eggs over easy tasted like pure pepper. The overall experience left much to be desired especially paying $50 for breakfast. We're not snobs about food or service, but the waitress lacked personality and quite honestly could use an attitude adjustment. The restrooms are another story. Not sure which was more disturbing- the lock code on the door that everyone touches or the distinct smell of urine and vomit. The only happy person we interacted with was the bartender. This place was a let down, don't waste your time or money.

Sunny's is the best ! And Valentin is the best bartender and mixologist in town!! We were conveniently staying across the street at the dream and wanted some late night bites on a Wednesday. We came in around midnight and we're greeted by wonderful staff who were all so welcoming and made us feel right at home. Valentin whipped up so many delicious cocktails... my bf says some of the best he's ever had!! If you don't know what to get, let him make you a dealers choice, you won't regret it. We just got some snacks like hummus but it was super delicious we came back a second night for it! Anyways I could keep going on but just trust me when I say this is the spot you're looking for!!

Veggie tacos with rice and beans.

Only benefit is their hours, open 24/7. Arrived at 5am after a late night out and ordered veggie tacos at the window (chairs are available) outside. I do believe inside dining was closed. Took 35 minutes to make two veggie tacos at 5am. By veggie tacos, I mean, they removed the protein and left the lettuce, cabbage, and guac. Little side of white rice and beans. Wish y'all had actual vegetarian options, either tofu or soy protein.

Sunny described the weather this past Saturday, and the name of a great spot to brunch and people watch on south Beach. I stooped in this past Saturday on my way to the nearby Apple store. With the weather befitting the venue's name I sat down to nosh and people watch. Located in the old David's Cafe space, the new owners have updated the look & vibe, even adding a full cocktail bar and outside seating. I'm not sure if it's just for decor or for live music, but they do have turntables (and a very realistic looking sculpture :) by the bar. Service was attentive, with both my waitress & who I believe was the manager checking on me and the other diners. Of course I indulged my eggs benedict habit! The maple bacon in Sunny's cuisine gave it a slight hint of sweetness (my weakness) and the yolk on the poached egg was perfectly runny. My bacon's crispiness was also on point. The fresh tomato pieces and herbs made me feel "healthy". My dessert was their large & fluffy three stack pancakes, served a la mode with ice cream, fresh strawberries, bananas & Nutella. The fruits looked and tasted fresh. I couldn't finish them, but my waitress packed them nicely to go for me to enjoy the next day. Did I mention their large mimosa? The orange juice is fresh, with just a touch of pulp and the champagne is great to start of your day (drinking). There's a small one as well, but more is better. Oh and it's garnished with an orange slice. I believe they're open 24 hours, which is always nice whether I'm coming from a night out or working in the area.

Love Sunny's: the vibe was great, from the design to the food, drinks and music I ate outside and the night atmosphere was everything. Customer service: top tier, I went for my bday late night and I was given service I didn't expect lol, they sung happy bday and gave me a special shot Quality: I did not expect my food to be so good and filling Cost: $$ a little expensive and worth every penny their drink was the best I've ever had

I had the featured Korean taco! Delicious!! My Hunnie got the fried chicken with corn with cream!! And a huge Long Island!! Daisy was great!!

This definitely was a strange experience. We stopped in here because we noticed there was outdoor seating and we wanted to enjoy a Covid-safe meal in the midst of such a crowded city. It was dinner time, around 6pm on a Wednesday, and we were the only people there. The waiter stood in the doorway waiting as we read our menus, positioned like a bouncer. Based off this, I think the restaurant mainly focuses on nightlife. The vegetarian salad was actually very good and everyone else seemed to enjoy their meal. The table had two couches we sat at and that was enjoyable. However, the waiter made it unpleasant when he came over and brought up a very inappropriate drug-related conversation. We definitely came to the wrong spot!

BE AWARE! While the food and drinks are very good, I've been overcharged at least twice! By over $30!! I know the gratuity and tax is included and I did not add any extra on top. I was supposed to get my receipt emailed but it was never sent. Make sure you get a printed receipt and check your bank statement how much you've actually been charged.

Loved this place! You can walk up and order or find your own seat inside. Quick and good service! Good but pricey mimosas! You can people watch and enjoy the scenery too!

Super convenient walk up window restaurant smack in the middle of Miami Beach. It's been a staple in south beach for decades, I'm just glad it's still open. I stop by for Cuban coffee. The server was friendly & helpful. Her kindness & fun personality was appreciated.

On our last day in SoBe, we visited Sunny's. Oddly, all breakfast spots in Miami Beach don't usually open until 8am. We woke up early every morning and went walking. We were headed to Bacon Bitch (on foot lol) but noticed that Sunny's was open 24/7 which means we wouldn't have to wait around for Bacon Bitch to open. All of the food was fresh and tasty! I would definitely visit again on my next trip. The only reason it's not getting 5 stars is because the service was slightly slacking. My boyfriend had to ask for water multiple times and we sat there for a good 10-15 minutes before they asked if we were ready to pay. Normally I wouldn't mind but since it was the day of departure, I was ready to get back to the hotel and relax for the little bit of time we had left.

This place is pretty neat. Open 24/7 with good vibes, good food, amazing drinks, and awesome employees! Go see Sebastian he will take care of you and makes some of the best drinks!

By the time she showed up to get my desert order I just asked for the check. I was rather pissed. I got the check and paid it, adding a 30% tip. It wasn't until I got the final print out that I discovered that the restaurant had already added a 20 gratuity. Since I had issues with my server, and the surprise automatic gratuity was not helping matters i asked for the manger.
