I would recommend looking up their instagram just in case this happens to you. The team was kind and patient as it was my first time there. I ordered the loaded fries with a patty and it was delicious. The burger patty was seasoned and juicy. The fries were crispy similar to In n Out fries. With the sauce they used for the fries, I feel like I got a burger and then some. For the price, that will probably be my go to order since it is more filling than one burger. Overall, good food and I will try again at the original location.

I wish the bits were crispier and more smashed but it's one of the best you can find on the peninsula. We also got the French fries. Pretty standard frozen fries that were fried well. I would call before you go because they happened to be doing a pop up at fieldworks when we went so we had driven to the wrong spot. Prices also are fair and not expensive! Just expect a long line depending where they are. Try not to look at the dirt and grease caked on their equipment though....

The BBQ chicken was very tender with no fat and cooked with delicious spices. Just incredible. The veggies were also very fresh and crunchy. With every bite it just kept getting better. It's a pretty big-sized Bánh Mì--you can easily eat half and save the other half for later. The mango cane drink was delicious and very refreshing. I enjoyed every sip of it. Food: 10/10. The service was excellent! The young ladies working there were very welcoming and sweet. One even grabbed me a stool to sit on while I waited for my order, which was very thoughtful. The wait was not long 5-10 minutes. Not many customer around 12pm on Friday. Customer service: 10/10. The ambiance is cute. It's located in the heart of downtown Hayward near City Hall. The establishment is tiny, but they do have stools where you can sit and enjoy your Bánh Mì it's almost like being in Vietnam. There's no outside seating. Parking can definitely be challenging. You can park in the Lucky's supermarket lot, across the street in the parking structure, or if you're lucky, find street parking right in front of the establishment. This might be my favorite Bánh Mì spot. I will definitely be coming back. I just hope one day their hours and days expand. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

And at the moment Lloyds vision of Filipino-American background is best served through his smash burgers. For me this is a first and I definitely was ecstatic to experience his execution of Filipino inspired smash burgers which for me has never been seen before. So hows his smash burgers? All burgers come with 2.5 oz beef patty or impossible patty, their respective jams, cloud-like brioche bun, mild cheddar cheese, garlic spread, lettuce, and tomato need I say more? Adobo Smash Burger w/ adobo pork jam: I went for that adobo burger to taste that Filipino-American influence. Taking that first bite munching on that soft bun, juicy and tender patty, the saltiness of the jam, the sweetness of the caramelized onions, the freshness of the lettuce, and It was the start of "The" ideal burger. That adobo jam is crack and I'll be damned if i could buy a jar of it. Original Smash Burger w/ bacon jam: Knocking out the adobo jam burger, I had all I needed to know that this would smash it out of the window. The bacon jam equally as salty brought out so much flavor Impossible Burger w/ onion jam: I hardly ever have impossible burgers, but I believe this is probably one of the best representations of faux meat burgers I've had the pleasure of eating. The texture is different, but the taste certainly fooled me. Little Lumpias: Ok, i didn't even know the lumpias were impossible, the whole time i thought it was real meat. Completely fooled me Lloyd! The best part of this dish was the mango pico de gallo, it paired so well with the tots and lumpia. An amazing take on impossible loaded lumpias! Overall, Lloyd Eats World was probably one of my favorite vendors at Foodieland Berkeley this year. His prices were reasonable, his food was bomb, and his team worked FAST. Go check them out in SF pop ups when you can! You certainly won't regret tasting this smash burger!

I was here for an art show last night, but honestly? The food ended up being the masterpiece. We essentially tried to defeat the menu and the menu won. 10/10, no notes. The Highlights: Hawaiian Sliders: Absolutely bomb. The perfect balance of sweet and savory. I'm still thinking about them 24 hours later. Crispy Quesatacos with Chicken Tinga: Perfectly seasoned, juicy, and packed with flavor. It's hard to find chicken Tinga in a crispy Quesataco this authentic in a pop-up setting, but they nailed it flavor bomb Pupusas & Tacos: My friend and I went in on these and they did not disappoint. The pupusa was thick, cheesy, and had that perfect crisp on the outside. The Verdict: There wasn't a single miss on the menu. I even grabbed an extra haul to take home to my husband--usually, "to-go" food loses its soul on the car ride home, but he was obsessed. I'm already checking their schedule to see where they'll be next. If you want to eat the best food in San Francisco right now, this is it.
