Once she was done with her questions, she stood up and headed to the door immediately, so ready to leave. Had the rest of the conversation and inquiries with her standing between her desk and the door. She answered most but not all of my questions. But I didn't want to continue the inquiries anymore anyways, because her posture and responses made me feel like I was wasting her time. I'm not sure what to feel about her asking "Why would you?" several times to my conditions, to my past experience, even to just a piece of information about women's health practice that's not done in this clinic but commonly done elsewhere. Because I didn't feel much listened or attended to, I'm not sure whether I would feel safe to come back again if I have other women's health or sexual health related issues. Their bedside manner was exceptional, and they made me feel like a person, not just another patient. It was clear that the staff not only enjoyed their jobs but also respected one another, which created such a positive environment. I wish all doctors' offices were like this. Priti ,the receptionist was very kind and helpful while booking my visit there and answered all my questions while I was having some concerns during my preparation time . Dr. Uma , the anesthesiologist made sure I slept through the whole procedure so didn't feel any discomfort , compare to my previous experience when unfortunately the sedation did not work so well . Dr. Imran Rasul who did the procedure explain some details to me ,answered all my question and did a great job !!! I did not feel any discomfort or pain after the procedure . And the nurse Anna , who was so professional and carrying at the same time , made me feel so comfortable and put my mind at ease so I wasn't feeling so stressed about the whole event . I postponed the procedure for some time and came to the point of return . I'm so glad I went to that place and met the right people there ! I was suffering with pink eye and didn't want to drive that far to my family doctor so I came here instead. They were able to help and prescribed me with antibiotics. The only downside I would say is it's always super busy with very long line ups out the door. Sometimes you may need to wait more than an hour - it's insane.
