One time I had an issue with one nail's polish peeling off and Son took care of it. They stand behind their work. I've never had to wait (even without an appointment) and they try to be as accommodating as possible. More than once, I've had a gel mani and pedi applied simultaneously with great results. I really wanted to love this place! It had great reviews and it's super close to my house. I went the first time and my gel manicure lasted all of 3 days. My pedicure lasted for maybe a week. I gave them a second chance and when I called to make my reservation I specifically told Son (one of the owners) that I did not have a good experience the first time and wanted to have one of his best do my nails. I get to my appt and after talking with my nail tech find out that she had only been doing nails for 3 months!!!!! Oh man..... i thought "this is not going to be good," but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I walked out disappointed with nails that looked horrible and feet that looked worse. Just found my nail salon! Very professional, friendly, and the salon is very clean. The Ice Cream pedicure is a MUST! Delicious smelling and feels great. iPads in the pedicure chairs for games or Netflix. Went in without an appointment, but now that I know how great it is, I will be making appointments on a regular basis. Ivy is gentle, but very thorough. Nina is great and very friendly. I come here to get my pedicures and I always leave happy! I love this salon. They are very clean everything they use on you is new including pumice stones, files, and buffers. The Salon was OK, not great nothing special..still looking for a permanent shop... I was the first appointment and was surprised, I tried this shop based off of the reviews on here and I'm sorry to say that they received higher praise than deserved. The shop was not clean or well organized. The owner of which I'm guessing, was the first one there and I understand a lot of people aren't morning people but he absolutely showed that he wasn't. He wasn't rude or unpleasant but just the same not particularly friendly. The technician who was set to do my nails wasn't at the shop, she was late and it wasn't for any other reason like a flat tire or ran out of gas, but that she slept in. She did a nice job on my nails and told me if anything happens to my nails with the next few days to come back and it would be fixed. Sure enough two days later a nail popped clean off, I went back in to get it fixed and was charged for it when I just paid two days before for a full set? the nail that was fixed look nothing like the other one it looked really bad, but instead of putting up a fight or protesting I just left and decided never to go there again. And I'm sure that the shop will read this I would advise you not to have so many of the conversation that you have with your customers especially ones that you don't know well and it's their first time to your shop. Some things are offensive and you don't what will or won't hurt someone's feelings because of experiences in their life. I understand that it's your shop but it's also a place of business were you work with the public. read more

Was looking for a new place to go found this place via yelp saw some good reviews so I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did! My daughter and I came in as a walk in the girl at the reception desk was very nice and honest most places will tell you the wait is 15 minutes and then you wait almost an hour but she was honest said it was busy and the wait would be about an hour. While we waited we looked thru the colors they have to offer. I got a gel manicure with David really nice guy did a great job. My daughter got an acrylic fill with Anyssa and she really liked her.
