It's possible to get good nail work here. Ava did a good job, and I had also considered trying Tiffany. Unfortunately, I won't be returning because the overall professionalism and customer service were lacking. For the entire duration of my two-hour appointment, about five employees repeatedly cracked and snapped open large sunflower seeds in their shells on the salon floor, which is gross, unsanitary, unprofessional, and rude. I asked for it to stop because the noise was extremely disruptive, but they continued. There was laughing and staring in my direction as if they saw my irritation as amusement. I contacted management afterward, requested a call back, and sent an email hoping the issue would be addressed. After five days with no response, I decided to leave a review. I also had gems fall off my nails in less than 24 hours. I returned to have them fixed (improperly), but more fell off afterward, and employees were again eating sunflower seeds on the floor during that visit. If you care about professionalism, atmosphere, customer service, and how concerns are handled, just know my experience was disappointing. Giving this salon a 2 star only because I came here for almost a year before a really bad experience (it's very close to my house). I walked in for a milky white French tip this week but a lady with blonde hair told me that my nail beds were "too dark" for the style when I showed her a picture of what I wanted. This a French tip where the base is milky white instead of pink or neutral. I've gotten this style before and it has nothing to do with the color of your skin, it's simply a different color polish. I thought maybe she couldn't understand me so I showed her a picture of someone with darker skin that had it and she told me that she'll do it but she'd have to charge me $5 extra dollars and that she's not taking it off if I don't like it. What? I ended the service there and walked out after paying $50 for my half done pedicure. I went to another nail salon that said "of course we can do that" immediately. Over time this nail salon has improved their pedicure chairs and the inside looks really nice but the people there don't stay on top of trends and can only do basic styles. read more

I really wanted to make this my "go to" nail shop, but the more I frequented the shop, the more I began to realize that things were not about the customer experience, but how fast they could get you in and out. From my experience, this resulted in the nail tech RUSHING, clipping my finger tip, sanding top of my toe while removing gel polish from another toe, and drilling my cuticle...in all cases were painful! I understand inflation is on the rise, however that's no excuse! I feel bad for the nail techs being put under this immense pressure, but to compromise the quality of service customer's deserve is never acceptable. He takes his time and is very thorough. He's always been gentle with my hands and nail beds when filing and does a great job recreating the looks in the inspo pics I give him, but slightly changing the design so it isnt the exact same. The customer service is trash, they will sit there and laugh and talk about you in their language. The nails are ok, I got gelx and the lady that did them(didn't even catch her name) left a few bubbles on my nails. However the worse part was that she cut me not once, but twice! Paid $75 for a pedicure to make sure I got a good callus removal. I mentioned that before we started. She used an electric filer for a few minutes instead of a callus remover gel, pumice stone, and callus grater which is common at most salons. When I asked about it they said the "electric filer is better". Then they suggested I go home and put lotion and come every three weeks. I've had hundreds of pedicures and never had this experience. The massage and paraffin softening treatments were nice. The gel and paint job was pretty. I wouldn't come back though just because I personally need better callus treatment, which most other salons do. read more

I usually had a great experience here for gel main pedis, today was absolutely the worst. I made an appointment for a regular manicure and a healing pedicure. 1. This manicure was sloppy. My nails look worse than what I came in with 2. I didn't get a healing pedicure to begin with. They gave me a regular one which was also incredibly sloppy. 3. While getting my pedicure. They had me place my bag on the floor because I was closest to the wall. Seat 1. My bag is literally soaked in water. 4. The guy who did all of this (the one with tattoos) was incredibly rough with me pulling my feet out of the foot bath and holding me by my big toe to do callous remover. It was incredibly painful and super rude. 5. They never even asked me what pedicure I wanted nor asked if the water was too hot or too cold, just threw my feet in roughly. If I wanted a crappy mani pedi I would've done it at home. I'm pretty upset with the service and I honestly can't believe I even paid for it. I like the place. ***UPDATE*** I let myself calm down for a day and I'm still upset at what happened so I'm updating my review. I decided to go in because I wasn't sure if the business would see or check reviews. So I walk in and I tell the lady at the front what happened. She said she saw my review and had asked the tech about my service. Apparently, the tech said I already had cuts on my fingers before she even started. I was livid. How dare you injure me and have the audacity to lie about it. So she calls the tech over. I'm talking to the front desk lady and the tech walks over and they start having their own conversation WHILE IM STILL TALKING! Then someone walks in for an appointment with the tech and she walks away to do her service. Front desk lady says she can offer me a refund, which I accept. Told her to put it back on the same card. Then she switches to it'll have to be a gift card and she'll make sure I have a different tech the next time. Whatever. So for the $50 service, she gives me a $30 gift card. Ok, fine. Product was used and the tech did take time for the service. No big. But as she's handing me the gift card, she asks me to take down the review. Absolutely not!!! I had a confirmed appointment time of 4pm through texts, once soon after making the appointment and then another the day of. On my way to the appointment, I got a call from the front desk at 3:52pm asking if I was still coming to my 3:45pm appointment. I said I made a 4pm appointment and I'm on the way. The lady said, "I'm pretty sure we called you asking you to come earlier at 3:45." She tells me it's because Mimi (who I scheduled with) has another appointment scheduled at 4:30 and she needs to start early. Well, I told her no one ever called me. No one did! That phone call was the first time I ever received a call from them. And I'm sorry, when I booked my appointment online in advance, all the time slots were available. Why offer appointment times every 30 minutes but then you need the customer to come earlier than what was scheduled because someone else booked one of the available times right after yours? So I arrive at 3:58 and tell them I have an appointment with Mimi. I'm told to sit at her station, and I'm thinking since they asked me to come early, Mimi would get started right away. Well I sat there for an additional ten minutes before Mimi finally came over! I told her I made the appointment for a regular French tip manicure ($25 for manicure and $10 extra for French tip), and I had to repeat it a few times after she kept asking if I wanted gel (gel doesn't work well on my nails) and she asked a few times asking if I want a pedicure also. I get they try to upsell you on things, but jeez, how many times do I have to repeat myself?? So based off of other reviews I saw on here about Mimi, I thought she would do an excellent job. Unfortunately, it was not to my standards of what I thought she would be capable of doing, and what I would consider as professionally done. I had to request some of my nails to be re-shaped a little bit because the edges were uneven, like it was cut and filed poorly making a wavy edge, and some corners were too sharp/squared. The white polish part was not done well in my opinion either. A few of the nails did not have the white polish go all the way to the side edge, stopping just before meeting the edge of that side of the nail, and on one of the nails the white was crooked and wavy at the so-called arch. I asked for slightly arched medium thin lines. Some of the nail lines had no arch and were just straight across. She never asked if I was happy with the white tips before she went over it with the other polish. I couldn't see them while she worked because I'm short so my view isn't high above enough to see the entire tops of my nails. Vibe was just okay. A lot of stations for nails and handful of pedicure stations, but nothing that gave me "Oooooh this is nice" vibes. More like, "just another business and you're just another customer" vibe. I was really hoping to find someone who can do an excellent French tip manicure, but it honestly looked like a job she didn't really put a lot of care into. Overall, the appointment did not start off on a good note with the phone call telling me they called me to come earlier (they did not) and then still having to wait past my actual appointment time, and the less than good manicure job. read more

I paid $60 for a pedicure here done by Ava and the quality was extremely poor. The polish was uneven, messy, and applied without waiting between coats. My nails weren't filed properly, and the final result looked unprofessional. I asked to switch to the basic pedicure near the beginning because I could already tell things weren't going well. She refused and said she had "already started" the more expensive service, even though all she had opened was a sugar scrub packet. After the appointment, the salon told me they reviewed the cameras and claimed the full 45 minutes were provided. They wouldn't share the footage and would only let me come in to view it. That didn't change the fact that the pedicure looked bad. When I contacted them about a refund, they acknowledged the poor quality but still refused and only offered a redo. I declined the redo because, after seeing the initial work, I didn't feel comfortable having another technician work on my feet. Based on my experience, I would not return. read more

Right when I sat to get my pedi done the lady was already having an attitude with me . She only showed me 1 base color they have and kept saying no to the color I kept showing. After being upset with the color she kept insisting on she was talking to fellow coworkers that I was being difficult. She finished my pedicure in under 35 minutes, not getting my calluses. I did not stay to get my hands done like I wanted because the environment was very unpleasant. I would not come here again or recommend any family or friends to either. I told her we could change the color bc I don't want acetone added to her color. I am a cosmetologist so I know what that does the color would be peeling by tomorrow. She then told us we could change the color and they all started speaking loudly in Vietnamese. It was obvious they were complaining about us. I canceled the rest of the appointment and my daughter who had just got up bc at that point it was uncomfortable another woman who works there started saying what we do wrong over and over. I started going to this salon after taking care of my own nails and feet my whole life. I wanted to do something to treat myself. I went here maybe 5 or 6 times. A french pedicure/manicure every time. I had 2 bad nail experiences, but the last pedicure in particular has become such a depressing experience for me. I soaked the gel off and discovered that the lady had drilled so much of my nail that there is a hole. This is devastating for me as someone who prides myself on having naturally nice hands and feet. I'm praying to God my nails and toenails return to their natural state and I can find a place that actually cares about the health of your nails and not just trying to rush and get you out the door. They also talked me into getting dip powder instead of gel my last manicure and I hated it and it also damaged my nails and they are still recovering. Luckily for me, my nails grow fast but my toenails are a different story and I'm so scared my nail is going to be damaged forever. I would not recommend going here unless you get a referral from someone and they can tell you exactly who to book with. I was always assigned a different person which was okay with me at first because I was new there and didn't know who would be best. I wish I could remember the name of the person who gave me the best service but at this point I won't be back. read more
