She was kind, patient, and wonderful with him right away. On the very first night we were gone, our dog suddenly became very ill and could not get up. It was an emergency situation, and Brenda immediately took control. She found a mobile veterinarian who came out that same night and stayed with our dog for over four hours. She went far beyond anything we ever could have expected from a pet sitter. Although we felt terrible not being there with him, Brenda cared for him as if he were her own dog. We spent hours on the phone together, and with her compassion, support, and guidance, we made the heartbreaking decision that it was his time. Her genuine love, concern, and calm action during such a painful moment meant more to us than words can express. She even helped contribute toward the emergency veterinary service. Brenda is truly an extraordinary person, and we will never forget the kindness and care she showed our beloved dog and our family during one of the hardest nights of our lives. On a recent trip out of town, Brenda quickly noticed that our cat was having a serious medical issue that required a trip to an emergency clinic. Our girls hadn't been to a groomers for almost 2 years unfortunately, so their nails were very long. We were told to bring in their current rabies vaccine card, which was fine. Both of our girls were so happy to have been taken care of and seem to have really enjoyed being there. We couldn't get a picture of them together afterward because Sierra, our Pitsky is so hyper sometimes lol.
