Hands down an amazing RV resort great facility for laundry , staff very friendly. We did not have prior reservations. We called on our way as we got closer. They set us up at a very nice campsite for a few nights, but the issue became when we wanted an extension they had to move us because somebody else had reserved our particular spot. But it all worked out, all the campsites are just beautiful under pine trees. We will be back next summer. Thank you Cannon Beach RV resort! See you in summer of 2026. We picked this RV Resort to stay in while at Cannon Beach. The place was very clean and had a store with gas and diesel. The sites are a bit tight when you are pulling any type of trailer. The sites are also pretty narrow also. The campers and RV's are stacked in the campground like cordwood. Having the gas and diesel at the entrance was great but the air hose was located across the parking lot making it impossible to air up your vehicle tired while at the pumps. My biggest thing was that the windshield washing unit was only for cars. They need to have a bucket with the very long handle squeegee/cleaner for trucks and RV's. The attendant, Jesus, was a great guy and more than helpful. If your camper is 36' and less and you are towing a car flat in 2 or 4 tires you will be fine. Anything over 36' is going to be tight. Make it easy on yourself and check out other options. Have fun! read more

Campsites too close together or just our bad luck to get 41 Right next to bathrooms plus another site within 20-feet positioned without their RV blocking us from feeling like we were sharing one campsite Our choice of view was looking straight at the bathrooms or straight into their campsite. Very narrow grass area between us and bathrooms. To make matters worse those neighbors were burning something other than wood. The smoke was heavy and didn't smell like a campfire. They advertise 1/2 mile to beach With a cute bridge. FALSE! 1/2 mile crossing a highway! The campground landscaping is nice. Our picnic table was old and splintered I do not recommend. We are traveling and stayed at two previous campgrounds. This was by far the worst read more

What a wonderful and well managed place to rest! Clean and warm bathrooms, free showers. Surprisingly quiet despite it being full with RV's. It is wonderful to be able to soak in a pool or hot tub. It could use some updating but is clean and not too much chlorine smell- probably due to a good ventilation system. Saw some wild life as will-a few elks enjoying their time on a nearby lawn. My family and I stayed here for 3 nights a few months back and loved it. The site we were in, seemed perfect. We had satellite with no issues and access to laundry. The campground was an easy ride to town and to the beach. The staff was kind and helpful during our stay. We loved our stay here over the New Year holiday. The park is walking distance (15 minutes) from the beach, as well as some restaurants and bars. There is a little store which has a lot of things you'll probably find you forgot to pack or need. The pool/hot tub area was pretty busy, and we weren't there long enough to check it out unfortunately. The showers/bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. Having WIFI was also nice! They also sell gas/diesel at the front as well! There was a lot of great areas for our dog, and a poo bag disposal, trash and recycling! There really isn't anything we needed that wasn't right here available to us. I can see why they are busy over the summer months up to a year in advance. Such a great location! read more

This is a great place to stay while in Cannon Beach with an RV. Very close to everything (we could walk right to the beach) and the grounds are nicely kept. They have a pool & hot tub as well, so the kids really enjoyed that aspect. We'll definitely come here again. read more

This RV resort is easy to access, is fairly close to the beach (probably a 10 to 15 minute walk) and is a great place to stay when at Cannon Beach. We stayed two nights for a fraction of what a hotel room would have been. I didn't use the pool or showers, but one thing that was very convenient was the fact that they have gas pumps on the premises, so we were able to fuel up before heading home. The staff was super friendly, from the reservation over the phone, to checking in, to purchasing a tank of gas. The sites were nice, there are some trees that dot the facility, so there is a little bit of a "camping" feel, but don't get the impression that this is a campground, it's not, it's an RV park with nice natural landscaping. There isn't much space between camp sites, so there is no privacy, but we were fortunate enough to have nice, friendly neighbors, so all was good. Lastly, the sites all have water, sewer, power, and cable TV hookups. One of the nights we stayed had a little rain, so it was nice to sit back and watch a little TV. All in all, I recommend this facility, and will definitely come here next time I stay at Cannon Beach. read more

This was a nice camp ground style RV park that had wi-fi as well as cable, a hot tub, swimming area, and a game room. They also have a nice store and have diesel, as well as gas pumps. This place is easy to get to right off of 101. The spaces are plenty big as we need the space for our 30 ft long trailer and big diesel truck. We had a pull through site, and we had called months in advance because my sister was getting married on the beach. I'm glad we did because they were booked the whole weekend! We wanted to stay a day longer so we could spend more time with my family that I never get to see but our site was already rented out! It stated to get ahold of them before 10:00 am if you wanted to keep your spot which we did! I'm pretty disappointed about that. That is why the 4 star. Other than that the place was great! I would go back in a heart beat! read more

We had a good stay here. It was quiet and fairly easy getting in and out. We asked for an early checkin and was told as long as it's empty and their crew has the time to go in and clean up the site then we could. We ended up not arriving early but when we got to the site could easily tell no crew tended to it. The previous person left mud ruts off the asphalt area and I would assume those would have been smoothed over. But still it was a good time. read more

The location was perfect The closing of the showers and bathrooms for 16 hours a day is excessive. Bathrooms and showers are not amenities in RV campgrounds they are expectations that are included in the price. Bathrooms closing at 6pm and openings 10 am should be listed on the website or highlighted as prominently as the no tent rule. We only found out AFTER they took our money. Tried to slide it in like fine print. Please update your website to be honest with potential guests that you do not have adequate facilities at this time. read more

Perfectly close to the beach and was great for our family beach vacation. Bathrooms were in decent shape, could use some cleaning of the cobwebs and such but most of that can be expected while camping. They have a nice looking indoor pool and jacuzzi. Store stays open until 10 so if you have a last minute need for food drink or firewood they have you covered until then. read more

Fire pit not cleaned from previous campers, store looked as if they had a run on the items they usually stock, very little available, Most of the park rules are not enforced so why even have them?. Management needs to do a better job. They have a coffee station free to campers but there is seldom coffee available. Sites are very close so when you sit outside it's as if you're one big group. The good thing about the park is that it is close to the city center of Cannon Beach and to Seaside. There is a local trolley that with take you to the city center for a $1 each way. read more

Absolutely loved our stay here! Just a short drive down the road to a huge public parking area to walk to Haystack Rock! The town is just a skip away which is filled with shops and bars and restaurants. A short drive takes you to Seaside, another awesome walkable town filled with shops and bars and restaurants! Haystack Rock is magical and majestic! The campground is clean and nice spots and houses the only gas in town! Loved the whole trip! read more

NO internet. I asked, prior to booking, if they had internet as I had business that I needed to take of. Tried to get on for over an hour and checked with the office several times. Finally, I could connect but it was completely hopeless to go anywhere on the internet or to check my email. It had rained so the ground was muddy as there is no concrete pad. This is our second stay at this RV park at Cannon Beach (2019 and 2020). 2019 our rig was 26' and this year we had a 37' RV. Both times we have had plenty of room in our spot. Our site this year also included a fire pit. You can walk or ride your bike into town in a matter on minutes. We rode our bikes multiple times and even took them on the beach and rode them. The RV park is clean, has gas and a general store at the entrance. Non-Covid times you have access to pool, showers, game room, and laundry. Great place, always clean and nice. Pros - location, cost, cleanliness, sites Cons - need to book well in advance We will definitely stay here again. read more

This would be a great place to stay in any location. Being only 1/2 mile away from the soft sands and tidepools of Cannon Beach makes it one of my top favorites overall. There are so many great things about the park. Start with the setting and spacing. With so many trees, it's more forested than some national park campgrounds I've been in. Spacing is very good for an RV park, with a little bit of room for the kids to run around. The indoor pool and hot tub is probably the star of the show. We used them both every day we were here, even though the weather outside was fantastic for April. The staff are all very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The Wifi is the absolute best I've ever seen in an RV Park--that's important, because we couldn't get AT&T here even with a booster. Normally we don't travel with a car. Having places our kids can get to on their bikes is important. This location really delivers, with an epic Oregon beach, plus groceries, coffee, and even dinner within easy bike riding range even for our 8-year-old. The only knock I have against this place is that the playground is pretty tiny. Even though the pool and the beach are excellent alternatives, neither are places we can let the kids run off by themselves. In campgrounds with a better playground, it serves as a gathering places for all the children to meet up and entertain each other. Still doesn't stop me from giving the place five stars and two thumbs up. read more

I would give it 3.5 stars, actually. We have stayed here at least ten times. Pros: very nice rv park with grassy, treed spots. Some are a little more private than others. The pool is great for kids and is covered and heated. There are flush toilets and showers. There is a very small playground, and a basketball court. They have a little store, though the shelves have been mostly empty for many months (something about waiting for a POS system before restocking the shelves). They accept Good Sam discounts. Park is pretty quiet most of the time, with the exception of when there are small kids playing in the loop, same as any other campground. Cons: they don't allow tents, which would of been nice for teenagers or extra people. Or even limit tents to the dry camping parking lot area, would be nice. It is pretty spendy to stay here. They don't have the popcorn machine anymore (which my family misses). There is no bench at the playground, for a parent to sit on while their kids play (and I've requested it, believe me). A lot of spots back to other trailers, so you are looking right at your neighbors. I heard they are updating the pool, but other than that, I just see money going in for profit, and no other improvements. No paper towels in the restrooms, and the hand dryers are so old, they barely work, plus, for some odd reason, they bolt the dirty garbage can right to the wall just inches beneath the hand dryer! Maybe they are scared someone will dry their hair with it, I don't know. I wish they would fix the wood puffin statue, that is beakless now (it was so cute). There are only three rv parks in town, to my knowledge. The Sea Ranch RV owners are jerks, and only care about raking in money. They are closer to town but some of the spaces to camp are laughably small. The ones with the grassy areas are much better. Pro: the last time I was there, there was a really nice conference room, you can rent for events. Oh and it smells like a dairy, since it's next to all those horses. When the wind hits you, plug your nose. I've not stayed at Wrights for camping, but heard the people there are nice, and they were nice on the phone. I've driven thru and it is beautifully wooded and secluded, though small. Our rv trailer wouldn't fit there. read more

I thought this was a very nice park. Lots of green grass for dogs to walk on. Showers were very good and best of all the bathrooms were heated. There is an indoor pool which we did not use but with planning would use next time. I like this place and would be happy to return. read more

We have stayed here a few times now this year. As a newer trailer owner I really like staying here because they make everything easy. While they aren't ocean front or even an ocean view it's a quick walk or drive to get to the beach. The people who run the resort are always nice and helpful and keep the place very clean. There is a little playground for the kids and it is very dog friendly. The pool and hot tub are nice and in the "summer hours" from 8pm to 10pm you get adult only time in the pool and hot tub which makes it nice and relaxing. We will be back for sure. read more

We loved our space here. It was spacious and clean and we were right by the park which was perfect for our kids and the grass was perfect for our dog. We swam in the pool and sat in the spa and they were nice. We walked to Cannon Beach and to a local restaurant and it was perfect. Park seemed decent, but we were just looking for diesel and saw a sign out on 101, made a left, drove a 1/2 block, made another left into their driveway, then had to circle through the park to turn around with our 34' MH and towed car, when we finally pulled up to the pump, the diesel was $4.49/gal. We have been on the road for 2 weeks, and have been through 3 states, and this was by far the highest diesel we ever saw, and was very inconvenient to check the price. They should not lure people in like that. We found it down the road for $4.17 at the Shell in Garibaldi. read more

Imagine staying at Cannon Beach for an entire week... For the cost of one night at one of the local hotels! This is a pretty affordable RV resort, and has great amenities. This is a half mile walk from Haystack rock, and an even shorter distance to Pelican Brewing Company and the Sleepy Monk coffee house. We had some pretty awful neighbors last night... The front office accommodated us well and let us move sites. They are very kind and attentive. One thing to note... Is that the propane is pretty cheap here. So if you have to fill up it's a good place to go. There are tons of kids, and lots of families. There are some beautiful sites along the edges, but if you happen to get any that are in the center they are also pretty and laid out nicely. read more

My husband and I lucked out to get last minute reservations for two nights at the Cannon Beach RV Resort due to someone else's cancellation in mid July. We love Cannon Beach and have been there many times, but have never camped there before. We were very pleased with our stay at this RV park and very happy to be within walking distance of the many restaurants and shops. The campground is nicely laid out and it was quiet considering that it was fully booked. There are lots of trees on the campground providing shade and privacy. The restrooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were so excited to discover that we were within a half mile walk of Haystack Rock on Cannon Beach and even closer to one of our favorite brew pubs. We hiked at Ecola State Park, had a fish and chips dinner at the Pelican on our second night, and breakfast at the Lazy Susan on our last morning. It was the perfect mini weekend getaway to the beach! We have already booked reservations for another stay. read more
