You'll start with Misty at their showroom. With some measurements and a couple photos, she'll begin your design, providing 3D renderings along the way. She couldn't have been more pleasant, helpful and patient. My wife Karen and her friend Colleen were the primary decision makers. But, realizing I was out numbered, Misty was compassionately accommodating with the couple of requests I had. Once the design is approved, Bryce (owner) came out to our house for final measurements. Even after his meticulous work, it turned out our refrigerator wouldn't fit under the cabinet above it. He and Misty made the exchange for the next smaller size a breeze. Again, it's tiny, hideous, and hairy butt ugly. Elite Kitchen and Bath gutted and re-did everything...new floors, new shower, new lights, walls, absolutely everything. It looks spectacular! They have a showroom in Irvine where you can go and look at hundreds of samples of tile, which I really liked, as opposed to people that bring a few samples to your home. Be prepared for the work to take longer than you expect. I think all contractors over-schedule their jobs so there's times that no one is at your house for three or four days and you're wondering will it ever get done. Be patient. It's hard to be patient when you're missing a toiket, but still. I'd definitely recommend Elite Kitchen & Bath.
