I would need to modify my existing kitchen cabinetry and fabricate new panels to fit on the new refrigerator doors and drawer. The new Thermador fridge models have different dimensions and configurations and would not accept the existing panels that matched the rest of the kitchen. So, construction for a new cut out , new panels and paint for the kitchen. I called CDG and Judy took over. She said she needed to check on some things and would get right back to me. She did. Judy found a new but older model Thermador that was a perfect fit for the cut out and would accept my existing door panels. It came with the usual warranty from Thermador. Judy arranged for delivery and suggested an installation company. Everything worked out as well as one can only imagine. Judy is magic. I can't recommend CDG enough.

This man is a crook, came twice to take measurements which he charged us for (talked about stocks…read morethe entire time) than took forever to send me any types of drawings until weeks later. When it came time to make a deposit he asked for almost half of a down payment from what he was already charging me for parts and materials. Than I didn't hear from him for almost a month; only to be called up and asked for the rest of his payment. I have never seen the cabinets and he hasn't stepped foot in my home to even take a drawer handle off. He hasn't come to work on my cabinets and drawers and I have yet to see his finished work. And now he refuses to give me my money back in the amount of $1074.00. unfortunately I now have to get the police involved and take this further to get my money back. SAVE YOURSELF THE SCAM! Update: We had the police contact him and they informed us that Pat stated "He will work with us and figure this out, because if he doesn't than it will become criminal" pat texted us only saying "I need a notarized letter stating that you will not post about me or tustin wood works and that you will take down the posts you already put up" not mentioning refunding us or even giving us a PORTION of our $1,000 back. BEWARE!! I have the screen shots with his phone number to prove it. So clearly we will not be getting our money back because this man only cares about HONEST bad reviews and not returning it. Latest update: Pat I don't know if you have ever heard of this term "Screenshots" you have never once offer $1,200, you have not once said you would deliver them if I took it down. You just keep saying "A letter stating that you will not post about me or Tustinwoodworks and you will remove the negative reviews have (a document) legalized by a notary." Over and over again (photos of conversation in post) . Not once have you answered me yes. Or even made an attempt to make a time to meet. Our initial experience with Closet & Garage Remedy was actually when I decided we needed to get all the junk off the floor of our garages. They had become a dump zone, and I thought I just needed overhead rack storage. So I contacted a few overhead storage people, they came out, and - long story short - it turned out not to be the solution for us. I ended up researching wall-based storage systems, and CGR was the first company to schedule a visit. Jeff came out to measure up and show us options. As we talked it through, we saw that we had other needs that could be addressed: putting the freezer somewhere sensible, getting rid of the mish mash of plastic shelves, cabinets, and shoe racks we'd amassed over the years, and getting even more shelving so we could move seasonal decoration to the garage too. We then noticed that CGR does epoxy flooring, something we have been curious about for decades. So we decided Why The Heck Not - and we went for the whole package: epoxy flooring, shelving, and built in cabinets with a workspace. For the first time in 8 houses, we'd have a Grown Up Garage! Top tip for my fellow Yelpers though: plan for more shoe storage than you think. Thank me later! Jeff sketched out the design then and there, and gave us excellent pricing with absolutely no pressure, which was awesome. In short order, Sylvia called us to schedule the work and the installation began: first the epoxy flooring, then the slatwall, cabinets, and shelving. The installation team were super efficient and kept everything clean as they worked and when they finished each day. If there were any issues that we found, they either fixed it the same day or returned to address it without any questions. We were so pleased with the result that we decided to do a second round to add more slatwall and shelving - because there is never too much space for organizing! We have now used up almost all of the shelving and we're still noodling through all the possibilities with the slatwall, but already we feel so much relief and zen from having a neat garage. Not only can we find everything we need without an archaeological expedition, we were able to move a ton of lesser-used items out of our master closet so we could more aesthetically organize that too. So don't think the benefits of garage storage only improve the garage! If you would like to experience the same kind of relief and zen in your garage, I can't recommend CGR enough. You may, like me, also find yourself tempted to extend the zen beyond your garage, like I did with the pantry (my previous review). No matter what you choose, you won't regret it!

Kevin and his team at Seib Construction really go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction!…read more  Earlier this year my kitchen took a major hit when a water filter leak took out half of my cabinets and a big swatch of drywall, flooring, and wall moldings.  As if that weren't bad enough, the 1st contractor I hired to "demolish" and rebuild the damaged areas completely screwed up the rebuild portion of the work, and I had to call around looking for other contractors to finish the work. Fast forward a couple of months - after talking to a dozen or so contractors, and meeting with a couple who talked the talk but couldn't walk the walk, I found Seib Construction and hired them to finish rebuilding my kitchen. After Kevin and I agreed on the scope of the work, he delivered a time and costs estimate.  Because his company specializes in building and rebuilding custom kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, the good news was that the lion-share of the rebuild and refinishing work would be completed in Seib's shop.  The bad news was that doing the work offsite minimized my inconvenience, but it didn't make completing the project any faster - such is Life in the Fast Lane ;-) Throughout the project, Kevin had to coordinate multiple visits to my house by three different teams.  The work was finally finished last month, and the kitchen actually looks better than it did before the water damage happened.  I'm now a totally happy camper, and have no hesitation about recommending Kevin and his team to anyone looking for a quality contractor to rebuild or remodel their kitchen.
