We installed a netting over our in-ground spa which only required one installer. The netting is tight, durable, and low profile. The installer gave me a brief primer on the removal and installation of the netting with good safety advice. He showed up on time and worked efficiently. All good; no complaints only compliments.

Great job on getting our new pool fence set up quickly and efficiently. Came for a quote and had it installed the next week. Would definitely recommend them again. This is their speciality and they have it down to a science.

I just had a pool net installed on my pool. The crew was very friendly and I liked how they briefed me before the project started. As with any type of construction project there were a few different options how to install and they took the time to explain the options available to me. Overall I am very happy with this company. I only have two minor complaints that I want people to be aware of. The net cover is more challenging to put on and take off than I thought it would be. This has nothing to do with the company. It is the design of my pool. The other complaint I would say is that I felt they could have cleaned up after themselves a little better. In their defense, they did warn me that there will be concrete drilling residue left behind but I just thought a thorough hose down afterwords could easily make this better. They also left crayon markings on my natural where they placed anchors. Overall, I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend.

I have to admit, I was not excited about getting a safety net over my beautiful pool. But with a 1 year old baby and small dog at home, it was just a matter of time before a possibly dangerous accident. I got two quotes. Michael at All-Safe gave me one that was $150 less than the other big competitor. And I believe All-Safe has a superior product being 5 mm versus the industry standard 4 mm. Scheduling was easy about 7 days out with a small deposit. Ed the installer came on time and spent about 30 minutes going over the plan with me. He totally understood my concerns (mostly aesthetic) and gave me the best possible outcome! He then spent as much time as I needed to "teach me the ropes" after the install was completed about 5-6 hours later. I would only say that maybe you guys could bring a vacuum to suck up some of the small rock debris left behind from drilling. It wasn't that bad. So thank you Mike and Ed. Everything seems rock solid two weeks after install. read more

From start to finish everyone was nice and easy to work with, and the quality of work is excellent. We were referred by a friend and highly recommend using this company. My only complaint is they chipped one of our tiles next to the pool as they were drilling and said they are not responsible for it. Not a big deal, but hopefully it won't be a problem down the road. read more

Highly recommend them if you're looking for a pool fence installation. Very satisfied with their service. Process was seamless from the beginning. My estimator Mike gave very helpful tips. This company is awesome. The process was super simple. They sent an estimator out, Mike, who was very knowledgeable and explained the process and gave suggestions. He shared the pros and cons of the different types of systems that they offer. The wife gave final approval of color and material selections after we decided on the right system. We had a pool gate installed by this company about a month ago. Michael came out to give us an estimate and after talking things over with my husband we decided to do this before my 1 year old starts really walking around. Best decision made! Not only does it give us great peace of mind but the gate looks great. The guys completed the install in one day and the gate is easy to operate and self closing comes with keys to lock and feels very durable. The company did a great job overall. All-Safe is amazing. During the process of building a pool we had a change in direction by an inspector that required a mesh fence be built to move the project along. We had a tight window to fit this in to align with our pool contractors next window of work availability. After reviewing and meeting with multiple companies found on Yelp and other sites, we landed on All-Safe to come out and give a bid given they are a licensed vendor, were in a competitive price range, and had great reviews. Troy came out the day after I contacted All-Safe on a Thursday and gave us a very detailed breakdown of the process and design options, worked with us to understand the best solution for our needs (passing the inspection), and followed up with a detailed bid and information packet for us to review. I called Troy that evening and he slotted us in for Tuesday. The crew came out in the morning and did a fantastic job working with us on positioning of the fence, deck holes & answering all our questions. At every step of the build process they check in with us and by early afternoon our fence was in place. They gave us a full review of how the fence worked. The quality was great. By Thursday we passed inspection. If you need a mesh pool fence, this is the company to use. Hands down, do not hesitate to call them. The search process was overwhelming given the amount of choices out there but I am 100% satisfied with our decision to use them. read more

Great experience with All-Safe Pools. Troy was really helpful in helping us pick out the best fence for us. I picked out a color and he advised us of another color that worked better and he was right. It looks great and is very unobtrusive in our backyard. We still have a lovely view of our pool even from inside the house. The installers were awesome getting everything put together even in some prickly bushes they had to deal with. All Safe managed to get us scheduled for installation a week earlier than the 7 week estimate. Highly recommend! read more

I am a Swim School owner and it was important to me to make sure our home pool is as safe as possible for our 18 month granddaughter that we take care of during the week. Troy came to our home a few days after my initial contact and we came up with a plan of placement of the fence and later sent me a quote. We agreed to the quote and Angel came to install it about a week and a half later. Angel was friendly, efficient and a hard worker. When completed he gave us a demonstration of the self closing gate and locking feature. He also demonstrated how to take the gate down and put it back up if needed. We are very pleased with the fence. It is sturdy and as attractive as a fence can be around your pool. We choose the tan poles with the brown mesh and you can see through it quite well. Our granddaughter is able to play in the back yard and run around without holding our hand now and we have a little more peace of mind. REMEMBER THAT THIS WILL NOT MAKE YOUR CHILD 100% SAFE. SWIMMING LESSONS AND AN ADULT PRESENT AT ALL TIMES AROUND THE POOL AREA IS STILL NEEDED! read more

We had a fenced installed around the pool this week. John and my husband went over what we would like and we we very happy with the plans. John made suggestions to Jeff based on the amount of wind we get that others didn't mention. On the day of the install my husband decided he wanted to place it differently than planned. I must say that they were absolutely wonderful about it. In fact it turned out better than the original plan we wanted. The gate is right in front of the steps to the pool which is extremely convenient. We are extremely happy with the results. I had All-Safe install our fence a few days ago. Dave and the rest of the installation team was excellent and communicated with me the whole way explaining what was going on. Our estimator didn't prepare us for a potential issue with the decking - and after a mad scramble, hiring a handyman ASAP and having to pay for some emergency adjustments to the deck, the fence still got put in the same day. Dave and the installation team earned 5 stars, the estimator not so much. Finished product is great and glad to have the safety aspect to the pool. read more

They have raised their admission prices several times in the last 2 years. Upon arrival, I was contemplating on getting a massage or not and decided not to and instead just used my pre-purchased admission ticket. I would say the best thing here is their dining area. They have a good selection of Korean food and drinks including smoothies, juices, and even boba. I usually get their almond milk tea. My favorite food choices would be the tofu soup with seafood only (yes, you can ask for no beef) or the burnt bibimbap bowl with all the veggies and yes, you can also ask for a fully cooked egg instead of a Sunnyside up if you don't like runny eggs. My meal with a drink usually comes out to $26. The reason why I am lowering my rating is because their standing shower area stinks. For the last couple of times I've been here, that area smells either like mold or a sewer issue. Secondly, I witnessed one of their shower massage employees (they wear black tops and bottoms) use the restroom and left without washing her hands. Yes, she is a masseuse who doesn't wash her hands after using the toilet. I would never book any type of massage here based on that fact alone. One more thing, i also saw 2 women get into an argument. I was in a dry sauna room with 2 other females already there. One female came in and confronted someone else who was trying to relax for not picking up her towels in the other room. The lady who got confronted acted like she didn't speak English so the argument was brief. However, the lady who did the confronting called her a stupidass before walking away. LOL I'm laughing about it now but honestly it is suppose to be relaxing environment and chasing someone down over towels when you don't even work here is a bit much. Not very relaxing. I have 2 admission tickets left to use but after that I most likely won't be purchasing a packet again. This place doesn't have a luxury feel to it like it used to.

Justin was very thorough and polite and had great communication skills and addressed all of our concerns. He made 3 trips back to the job to make sure everything we had requested met our satisfaction. The price came in less than we expected and now we are back enjoying our swim spa for the summertime. I'm impressed with their after-sale service pledge for the products that they sell, that's rare in today's marketplace but this company has been doing business for many years and I think the key to their success has been they have a good product and they represent it well even after the sale.

As with all Woodbridge Village Association facilities, the Stonecreek Swim Club is maintained and cleaned multiple times daily to ensure a perfectly sanitized swimming environment. The only downside to this location is that the swim team takes over from 4:00pm to 6:30pm daily.

Thankfully, my experience with Modul (sister company of OCPoolscapes) was the complete opposite, and that's largely because of Ulises, our project manager. From day one, Ulises was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure our project was done right. Even during what I know was an incredibly busy season, he worked tirelessly behind the scenes to keep our project moving. He consistently kept us informed with updates, answered every question promptly, and made sure every detail we requested was taken care of. What really stood out was how much he went above and beyond. Anytime we needed something whether it was information, access, scheduling, or addressing a concern Ulises was there to make it happen. Most impressively, Modul delivered exactly what they promised. Our pool was completed within the six-week timeline, and the quality exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship is excellent, and the finished product looks amazing. If you're considering building a pool, I can't recommend Modul enough. And if you're fortunate enough to have Ulises managing your project, you'll be in great hands. His communication, dedication, and commitment to customer satisfaction made what could have been a stressful process a genuinely enjoyable experience.

A simple 9x18 pool will take them over 7 months to fully complete from excavation (Nov 2025). Your project will not be a priority because all their resources go to their other company, Modul Pools, that claims to "build a pool in 6 weeks or less". If you hire OC Poolscapes, you will have to project manage their project managers to get them to do anything. If not, communication will be nonexistent. But even with me being on top of them, they don't answer calls, return calls, or even respond to texts. Not the owner (Malkiel), not the managers (Michael, Brandon, Jason, Brendan) , not even their assistants (Ulysses, Sam, Bernardo). With 5+ employees in the group chat they set up, it's hard to get a hold of them for any updates. For some reason they also switched project managers on us 3 times due to "company structure changes". First it was Brandon, then Jason, then Brendan. This caused months of delay because no one knew what was going on with our project. Multiple times, I had to walk them through what still needed to get done. There was no handoff or communication internally. Each time a new project manager contacted us for the first time, they would promise to be in constant communication and move things forward. But, the project eventually was put on the back burner again. There have been many missed construction deadlines and tons of issues with them getting permits approved. They tore down two walls in my backyard for access that they have yet to rebuild because whatever they submitted in the permit caused the city to think it was a build to require extra engineering, soils reports, and OSHA permits as well. To this day they are still trying to figure out the permit. Not even the pool build itself needed extra clearances and reports. They say workers will be here on a certain date and then no one shows up. But honestly they don't have anyone scheduled to come at all and just say things to stall and buy time. When you call them out on anything, there is always some sort of excuse. This has literally caused 3 months of delays on their part. No weather issues, no permit issues, just them dropping the ball on scheduling. They also do not take pride in their work. They constantly leave the job site a mess until you ask them to clean up. The tile and grout finish was a rushed and left messy and has since started falling apart (see pictures). Managers do not care to pay attention to the details, despite claiming they build luxury pools. They do not send their in-house workers. They contract the job out to others. For example, I have included a photo of how "their plumbers" ran our new gas line to the pool equipment. It isn't even secured to the wall. There is no way they can be proud of this and put their name on it. I had to call them out on it to have it fixed and secured. Oh and guess who came to fix it? Plumbers in a Modul Pools truck. They best communicate when a payment is due. They will gladly send someone over to pick up the check same day, no problems. But getting someone out here to do work? To them, it can wait. They are also quick to get back to you when you tell them that you are going to fire them and take legal action or file a complaint with the Contractors State License Board. But they immediately go back to not caring about your project after they do a little bit of work to appease you. Look, I know it's a miracle anything gets built in Los Angeles, but it's a miracle OC Poolscapes have built a pool at all. There's a lot more I could go into detail about but hopefully this review has painted a good picture. But with everything said and done, DO NOT hire OC Poolscapes or Modul Pools. I am posting this review before our project is fully completed and final inspections passed. I will not be taking this down. I will be submitting a complaint to the CSLB and will likely pursue legal action as they have practically built us a Modul pool for twice the cost.
