Randy removed the blue tooth and found that was not the problem and tried just about everything including research on the internet to find the problem. To make a long story short, Hyundai's seem to have this problem. Randy spent hours on my car, removed the blue tooth and I was anticipating a rather large labor bill. NOT A DIME! He said he didn't fix the problem, so he didn't feel he could charge me. I will now be doing all my business with him! They are a class act!

Stopped in the following day w/o appt. Met John C. assigned to us as Sales Assoc. John was super helpful is facilitating the process, with the intent to purchase/pick up car by EOBD. John introduced us to Justin, who was also helpful in explaining the terms and further explaining how the process will come to fruition throughout the day. There was open communication throughout the day via email/phone - nothing was stressful and no pressure at any time; anything I asked to be in writing was granted. We started at 9am and picked up the car at 6pm. Would definitely recommend MH to anyone looking to buy a Honda or check out their plethora of used cars. I have brought my car hear several times. Depending on who's working, you might get in, you might…read morenot. If you are lucky to get your car serviced, be prepared to wait 2-3 hours for anything, even something as simple as a oil change or tire rotation. And it's not because they are understaffed. They usually have 2-3 technicians on at any time. It's because they are all usually walking around the shop looking for something else to do other then work on your car. If I hadn't purchased my tires from them, I wouldn't bring them here to be rotated ever again. Probably still won't. I'd rather pay then be forced to be put through this torment one more time.
