I said yeah why not. They did it the second I left I get a noise from the back of my car. I went right back and they told me if it continues at the next service then I should go see a mechanic for it so I listened to their instructions and I come back with the noise still for the next oil change. They said bring it to a mechanic. I brought it to my mechanic and my mechanic told me my entire differential is destroyed. So I called the claim center and they started a claim and the person that did the work is the one who did the investigation. That person told me that they did nothing wrong and they're going to decline my claim. Meanwhile, I now have a $5000 repair to make for work that they did wrong. I escalated the claim and nobody else got back to me. They told me that they did nothing wrong and there's nothing more that they are going to do. Now I have to pay because of their mistakes. Imagine having a slogan as a service you can trust.

Absolute ripoff artists. Went there for a simple state inspection. They told me my brake pads…read moreweren't good enough. They wanted over $1200 to remove 4 bolts per wheel and swap out the rotors and pads. They already had it on the lift with all the wheels off. At that point, it would have been a half-hour job and less than $200 worth of parts. I told them to put my wheels back on, and I'd do the brakes myself. Cost me $180 for parts. As I was taking the wheels off, I found They had cross threaded one of my lug nuts, which ruined the stud. They didn't even have the decency to tell me about it. I had to cut it off and go get a new one to install. The worst part is that while replacing the pads, I discovered they didn't even need replacing. They had way more than enough material to pass inspection, and the rotors were well within specs. I will never go to any Midas ever again. They're just another scamming ripoff shop.

Kenta Bond, the owner of this shop is a man of high integrity. He also is a master of customer service. I call him a dinosaur because, even though he is a rather young person, he provides "old time" customer service. His pricing is extremely competitive - better than many - and he truly cares about his customers. The other day he stayed late to make sure my car repair was complete. It was not a simple repair. The car needed an axle. The parts supply house was very late getting him the needed part so Mr. Bond actually got in his car and went to the supply house and picked up the part himself. That pushed the repair completion time back. However, Mr. Bond stayed about an hour past usual closing time to get the job done for me. He does high quality work and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Please help support this small local business. I pulled in and the gentleman who came to my window asked me what I wanted and when I told him he said well we only do inspections from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. which to me is amazing especially when it when recently no one had been able to get their vehicles inspected. Then, I told him I wanted an oil changed and he told me "well the is only two of us on so you are going to have a wait, because someone just pulled in and someone is right after them, it is first come first serve, so, if you want to wait you can". This struck me as odd because I did not see where he wanted me to stay with the way it was said to me. When I asked if anyone else in the area does inspections he said I have no idea I am not from around here and I left. I worked for businesses like this in the past, and I will tell as stressed out as I got I never spoke to a customer in that way to make them feel unwanted. I went there for every oil change and every inspection for the past 4 years but unfortunately I will but going elsewhere to do my business, that just turned me off. When I checked back at 1:30 PM, they told me, "You're next," so I figured it would only be a few more minutes. When I returned at 3:00 PM, my truck still hadn't even been moved into the shop for the inspection. After having my vehicle for over 3 hours, they hadn't started one of the simplest services they offer. I had to leave without getting the inspection because I needed to get back to work for a meeting. If they were running behind, I would have appreciated an honest update instead of being told I was "next" again and again. This was on a brand-new truck, so there wasn't even any repair work involved, just a routine inspection. Extremely disappointing experience. I won't be bringing any of my vehicles back to Firestone.

In addition to some of the specifics mentioned in my previous review (see below), there have been several instances where Ankers could have just recommended the more expensive route to fix something, but chose to allow us to make an informed decision by trying alternatives or doing things incrementally so that it could be determined if a smaller fix would suffice. All this without sacrificing the integrity of the car, though. It is such a relief to know you are going to receive competent and honest work on one of the major financial investments you make: your vehicle. I can't recommend them highly enough.
