Chase Bewley, Owner, Capitol Window Cleaning is the "bomb"! I called him from a neighbor reference, yesterday. He picked up my call and we confirmed an appointment to clean my gutters today at 9am. He arrived at our scheduled time. He cleaned my gutters and installed (pre purchased by me) gutter balloon guard filters. He even trimmed off a few crape myrtle tree branches that were leaning over my gutter. I found Chase to be very knowledgeable about roofs and gutters and down spots. He recommended a soft wash on the algae on my roof. He is also going to give me a quote on gutter filters on only a portion of my gutters where they are needed. Most companies won't offer this service unless you do the entire home. But, not Chase. Chase is honest, forthright, responsible, professional and puts customers first. He cleaned up my property and left it just as he found it...perfect! His prices were well below the other estimates I received for gutter cleaning. I am one of those extremely picky homeowners and I will be rehiring Chase and his company for additional work on my property. I would rate him 10 stars if I could! He was phenomenal! read more

We hired them for the last three years and always did a great job so we recommended them to neighbors. But this year they did a terrible job with some windows not cleaned, majority of the tracks not even touched, screen not put back. We have been trying to get in touch with them and give them a chance to correct the lousy job they did. All our phone and text messages went unanswered. They took their cash payment and are gone. I sent a text to Chase on June 13, 2024. I needed to clean the windows of 2 vacant rentals. I sent the adresses. He responded if were a rentals, and asked to send the address.??? Communicaton problem!! Later he asked if were 1 or 2 unis. He ignored me. June 17, I texted asking if he has people to clean, Move in or Move out, it is on his internet. He responded: will forward to the ofice. Krystal call me. June 20, 2024 Krystal call me, she was with Chase. We made an appointment to wash the windows June 23, at 11:00 AM. I left a message to Krystal confirming our appointment, befre the day. 6/23/24, 11:00 AM I was waiting and waiting. They did not show. I call Krystal she did not pickup the phone. Chase, did not pickup the phone. I went to the rentals on Sunday because they made the appointment, but they never show. They do not have any respect for the customer time. Let me talk about Chase. Chase is the owner and one of the nicest people I've met in a long time. Had him out to clean our gutters and came back when the weather was better to seal the seams in the gutters. An incredibly fair price and great work. I also found out he does screen repair for windows and sliding doors. Had him out today to replace the screen in the sliding door. Just couldn't be happier with the service he's provided. You'll be hard pressed to find better prices and almost certain you won't find a better person. Support local businesses, but more important if you like supporting good people. read more

Capital Window Washing did an exceptional job cleaning all of our windows inside and out with attention to detail. They also power washed the exterior of the house and all the concrete around the property. This was all done in preparation to sell our home. It was sparkly clean for the photos and open houses! I have my windows cleaned a couple of times before. This time was the best time - I felt like my house got a facelift. Chase was super responsive and came by that day to take a look for an estimate.
