Other parts of the project like plumbing, electrical and stone countertops Mike has people he works with to complete the job seamlessly. We were impressed with Flavia's knowledge and professionalism when she came to review the project for the estimate. She asked questions to understand our needs and wants. She patiently listened and answers our questions. During the installation, Flavia came out a few times to ensure everything was going well. She also helped find just the right transition pieces to work with the existing flooring outside the baths. The installation was a two day process. It went very smoothly and was handled in a way that caused the least amount of disruption for us. Our installer was skilled and did a great job not only with the tile, but with new baseboard and a new toilet installation in one of the baths. He was great to work with. Our floor was torn up in a hallway/master bath & master bedroom due to a flood. We were looking for someone to pull up floor from the spare bedroom and use the pieces to patch the remaining parts that were damaged due to a flood. He arrived and talked through our options with us and got back to us in a reasonable time to schedule & get to work. We had a quote from another floor guy but we really liked Josh & his quote was great so we were in. The work itself took about a day a half and the patchwork was seamless. He was able to reuse many of the floor pieces to fix the main areas and we are now off to get the remaining bedroom carpeted. We woulda went with him for this as well but that was outside of his scope. Nevertheless the job was done below budget and quickly might I add.
