The Kandy in pink drink was surprisingly delicious. Loved the vibes. We got our drinks and food very fast. People had their kids here but it didn't feel like a playground. We really enjoyed ourselves

Came upon this gem after spending the day at the mission. Our train back to San Diego was late and we were so glad the vibe, music playing, kids laughing, families gathered. Service was great!! Just over all a darling place you need to come and soak in!!

A great time was had here ;)! Came in because a friend recommended it and glad they did, we had so much fun. They have TV's to watch games, the patio is chill, nice atmosphere inside, all of the bartenders and servers were great! The drinks were on point, they brew their own beer, and lots of other beers on tap. Will be back!

Great first visit to Capo Leisure House located inside the River Street Marketplace in SJC. Breezy, open air brewery with lush decor including comfy nail studded leather chairs, and beautiful large lighting fixtures. It was a busy Saturday when we stopped in so instead of waiting for a server, we popped up to the bar ourselves and grabbed their west coast IPA which was light and hoppy, really delicious. They have an extensive fun cocktail menu and wine menu along with food. We skipped the food and just settled in for some beer and people watching. From our spot near the bar, we could see the wide lawn in the center of River Street Marketplace and all the people enjoying the gorgeous day. Sublime and peaceful, will definitely be back.

Thus place is a gem! We had all day Monday happy hour here and dinner. Everything was very pleasant. We had a few beers and then also indulged in happy hour nachos with birria. 9/10. And then the brisket burger. My only complaint was there was too much cilantro in the cabbage slaw. The fries were nicely seasoned as well with a hint of lemon. We will be back when we are around.

We popped in early on a Saturday night and bellied up to the very lively high energy bar.... Grant, our bartender for the evening took wonderful care of us. We enjoyed a Sonoma Coast Pinot, with our short rib, tostadas, guacamole, and chips. FYI.-guacamole has a hint of honey so you better like a little sweetness. And then not too spicy wings.. We were able to listen to some twangy country music, people watch on a super clear, beautiful Saturday night. Very dog friendly, and apparently extremely baby friendly... You can reserve a table or you can just wing it like we did there's tons of tables to pick from if you get there early or you can just sit at the bar. It's one of the best seats in the house.

Lovely bar in such a great area! They make an assortment of craft cocktails, and I believe also have their own brewed beer. One of my favorite aspects about this place was the indoor and outdoor ambience. They had fire pits on the night we were there as it was quite cold, but it made for a perfect sanctuary from the rain. Although their IPA called my name, I actually tried their espresso martini here and absolutely loved it. It was a nice simple, dark espresso martini that I highly enjoyed! I will say I don't think you can go wrong, we had a large party and everyone ordered different things, the service was excellent and everyone enjoyed their drinks. Whenever I'm in the area again, I will certainly come back! Highly recommend Capo!

Ok I got a sandwich, fries and a lemonade at the food court total was $38 with a tip. Geez that's pricey . Easily the most greasy excuse for a smoked brisket sandwich I've ever had .

Go see this bartender any chance you can get!!!

Really love this place. It can definitely get a long line going but that doesn't slow down the bartenders at all, the hustle is strong and their personalities are kickin! The ambience is great, drinks are yummy! Highly recommend!!

Capo had a nice menu of cocktails and beer with light bites. Farmer's Daughter, Amarillo Sling and Trailside Sangria! Service was great, friendly. Outdoor seating is a first come first serve. There are large trees providing some shade which is nice to block the hot sun in the summer. What an amazing weekend and visit to the Rodeo at River Street in San Juan Capistrano! We started with drinks at Capo where we had a round and then made our way over to La Vaquera and ended the night at Finca!

We came here on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and the whole area was packed. Luckily we found a table immediately and ordered drinks, guac, tacos, and fries. The drinks for refreshing and the food came out fast. My kids loved running around the grass area too so they didn't have to sit at the patio the whole time.

Good food and good vibes! We always get the Cowboy Collective and it never fails. Service was great even on a busy Saturday, especially midday. Love that they do colabs with the neighboring eateries.

Went with a big group for work and we loved the place. The vibe was amazing, the service was top notch. Since we were a big group, they took our orders and they were able to locate us and had all our orders correct. Their food was delicious too! I can't wait to go back!

Today, on a Saturday at 12-ish, as a family of 4 we were able to get seated right away. Our server was attentive and offered/brought waters right away. We were seated inside which was open and spacious but loud enough to make it family friendly. The tables were far enough a part that you did not feel like you were on top of each other. Next time, we might ask to sit outside so our young boys can watch the cars drive by. We learned that the kitchen is nut free (always double check as this could change), which was amazing since our son has a severe nut allergy. He was so excited to learn this as he can be limited at other places due to cross contamination or the wrong oils. Then when the food came out and it was delicious - it sealed the deal. It is now in the top of our list of places to go. The kids cheeseburger is good size and not a smaller version as some places do. The chicken tenders were panko crusted which was so crunchy. My husband and I shared the smoked carrot and chicken tacos and we enjoyed them both. The beer was also very good with my husband and I each trying a different kind - an IPA and a Pale Ale. We are so glad we finally stopped in and so should you!

My server was super sweet, and the overall vibe of the restaurant was very chill. I got the smoked wings and a side caesar salad for balance. The wings were pretty good. I'm more of a dry rub person, so I enjoyed the wings especially dipped in blue cheese! The caesar was ok. The croutons were good, but it was too much cheese for me. I'd come back again to try their other food.

The parking is definitely limited, as I saw from other reviews on Yelp. On a Sunday evening it was very easy, however. The menu is fairly limited, and I wish they had a few more fish options, though the salmon I saw looked absolutely incredible. I had the chicken caesar salad. The chicken was a large portion, and so tasty. The dressing was SO good. They did forget dressing on both of our salads which was kind of annoying for a simple caesar (so we had to get a side of it). That being said, once we did get dressing, I seriously could've drank the stuff it was so yummy. They also scorch their tomatoes in the salad to perfection. I also tried the crispy tuna appetizer, which was surprisingly different from similar versions I have had at sushi restaurants (not in a bad way). The fish was very fresh and I would order this appetizer again. I think it came with five fairly small pieces (just so you know how many to order for a crowd). If you are feeling dessert, they have an incredible (and massive) butter cake!

Tonight we had a large pepperoni and tomato pizza, Caesar salad, beer buddies and buffalo wings. If you're not familiar with the process, you order at the counter on the lower level. And they'll call your name. Beer is served at the bar and soft drinks. You can order at the counter and their soft stations on two levels. There is street parking but also a lot on the upper level in back. Great for families as they have a small arcade and they have sports usually playing depending on the season Pizza was pretty decent although they put the toppings underneath the cheese. This was the pepperoni and the tomato. The tomatoes were scolding hot. Next time I would definitely ask for the toppings to be on top. Beer buddy always a classic. Caesar salad was pretty basic and the wings were probably the worst part of the meal. I noticed that they use the pizza oven to cook the wings. I probably would've asked for them to be run through twice. They were just very soggy and the buffalo sauce it wasn't that it was spicy. It was almost oddly stringent tasting. The five dollar beers were a good value. Overall, it's like an OK value, especially when there's other pizza and Italian places in town and in the area that you can choose from. It would probably be another long time until I visited either our hometown location or Carlsbad. Interiors pretty basic with some surf motif, large family style picnic table tables and high tops. There's a few nooks and crannies with the outdoor patio balcony area that's kind of cool.

Shoutout to Sam, who was very sweet, checked in on us, brought our orders out hot and fresh, and even gave us a small dessert at the end to celebrate an anniversary! We had the Dark Star Oatmeal Stout with our order of the brie fondue, corned beef reuben, and lamb burger. The brie fondue, to my surprise, was not 100% brie, but rather had a whipped and lighter texture. I thought the amount of bread/pears were enough, and we actually kept it to dip our sandwich/burger in. The presentation was beautiful and it was a great appetizer. The corned beef reuben was so good - the meat fell apart but wasn't fatty, the bread was toasted (one side was a bit too crispy but wasn't burnt which I'm fine with), and the fries were skinny and crispy. I only tried a bite of the lamb burger, but it was juicy and gamey. Yum! Price-wise it's a bit high for pub food, but it was still excellent.
