Steve and I had Rōm Beer again after some time has passed and we are still impressed with it as we were last time. We had two different beers this time around to diversify the beer experience and we liked them both! The first beer we had upon our return was the Off The Grid IPA. This was a refreshing IPA and helped a slight craving for IPA'S that I have been going through lately. Things to look in the flavor profile are hoppy, piney, bitterness, citrus and tropical. Moving on from there I had one of my favorite lager types, a Mexican Lager. The name of this one was De La Playa. Flavor features with this beer are malty, perhaps a bit biscuity. Very crushable and light bodied which makes this a beer one that's easy to have more than one of. A very pleasant return to Rōm and may more return trips be in the future! read more

This location has been Rôm brewery for over a year now. Great beer, friendly service, working brewery ambience. They're a dog-friendly place with 3 large screens for viewing sports. They don't serve food of their own, but they have excellent pop-ups weekly and other events. read more

In the old Delahunt digs, ROM reinvigorated the insides and food is serviced by Small's Smash Burgers in San Clemente. The room is not that large but it works: all concrete and metal, so it can be noisy. Ordering beer is easy so it does not require a major service effort. read more

Very disappointed. Visited tonight for a beer at about 8pm with a friend. Both Apple Maps and Yelp said open until 9 so figured an 8pm visit was fine. All furniture was stacked and we were not welcomed. Asked for a beer menu, employee would not give us one. Had one beer (ordered a blonde ale) and left in 5-10 min. I felt more welcome in France than in my hometown. Many better options in San Clemente for a beer or actually all of them are better options based on this experience. ROM is a must stop if you enjoy dark, chill vibes (dark meaning low lighting lol) cool atmosphere, something cozy and more intimate (smaller brewery) and tasty beers! This was my first visit, and let me say, the vibes were vibing and the drinks were tasty! Relatively new, this brewery has awesome owners, great brewers and a cool concept that for sure will have you wanting to come back for more! Came to Rōm San Clemente to get together with friends and had a wonderful time. The staff (thanks Tyler!) are friendly, welcoming and helpful and the ambiance is laid back and comfortable. They have games available to play and we had a fun evening. Of course the highlight is their amazing beers and my favorites that night included the German lager, Italian pilsner (cleverly named "when in Rōm) and the new "Fresh &Taxes." I appreciated the ample parking on the evening we visited and also saw that they host private events. Will definitely be back with friends for the beer and fun! read more

We stopped in here after dinner up the street. What a great find! They weren't busy when we arrived, so it was the perfect place for us to hang out. They have a cute little half booth in the corner with some amazingly comfy mid-century modern leather chairs that we sat in. It was fun to hang out in here for a bit before the drive home. We played a few rounds of Connect 4 and enjoyed our time together. He had their Waiting Room Pilsner and liked it so much he got a 4-pack to take home. I like stouts but didn't see any on the menu, so I asked if they had one. They did! I don't recall the name, but it was blueberry almond and it was fantastic. I think it was 14.5%, so pretty heavy, but it worked for me! I had a wine buzz going from dinner, so this was a great dessert beer to round out the evening. We have friends who frequent their Dana Point location. I will be so happy to meet up with them at that location and see what else they have on tap! read more

I cannot begin to say how amazing Brandon and his team are at Delahunt. We had our wedding rehearsal dinner here at his brewery. Not only is ALL the beer and food they serve absolutely amazing but they also killed it with the energy they brought. Brandon was so helpful with getting done everything we had requested and he maneuvered speed bumps that came up through out the planning process with excellence. The Vibe and ambiance this brewery provides is perfect for anyone wanting to have an event or even enjoy a few beers on a sunny Sunday. I recommend Delahunt to anyone that loves good beer and food! Heard about the Brewery after visiting the Tap Room. It didn't disappoint. All the actual brewing is done here. Nice seating with special events, like Homies on the Hill, offering brews by several of the breweries and transportation between them , games, live music. This brewery must be new because I go to lost winds often but before going again I always look up new breweries and saw this one so came here before lost winds. I wanted a blonde but the bartender said they didn't have any because it wasn't in season. Which is strange because I've never heard a craft brewing company say that about a blonde, and even went to a couple breweries after here and they had blondes on tap. I asked for a fight next but they didn't serve fights. Again , kinda odd for a small craft brewery not to serve flights , especially a new one. So I got a lager which I really didn't care for at all and left after. Didn't want to keep getting full pours until I liked one. This place has potential but won't come back unless they change some stuff up. Went to lost winds after and got a couple flights. Always good there. read more
