I went here a couple months ago and we ordered online and I picked up. It wasn't until we were away that we noticed our order was wrong. We double checked the recipe and food and It was wrong. But I had gotten my salad but It had salad slime In It and was not edible. It was the nasty black wilted leaves. So I left feedback on their website and the manager got back to me and assured me It was a bad day (they also weren't wearing masks all the time or appropriately). She offered me a replacement meal and said It would be in a book behind the counter. I was hesitant and time went by. Today we tried again. Ana we entered and there was a family seated eating and two people waiting. We thought this would be quick. We come up to the counter and we were not greeted. Just looked at. I told her that I had spoken to a manager that said my name would be in the book for a replacement meal. She looked and said there's no one with that name in the book. My husband and I were upset. I come her because they have a vegan meat option. My husband ordered a sandwich and I passed being I was a bit dissatisfied but didn't want to say more. She was nice and took the order and we waited. Waited 15 minutes. Four people were making sandwiches and It seemed slow. While we waited we saw a man of a different color come in the restaurant and she greeted him with a good afternoon and how are you. I felt maybe she didn't treat us the same because of our color and that made me feel worse. She also went behind the sandwich line and chatted up the sandwich makers. And then When we were called for our Order we were standing pretty close and she yelled our name loudly. The man that handed her the sandwich also wasn't wearing his mask correctly over his nose. Well somehow my review got deleted even after the Calriotti customer service contacted me. I have eaten at multiple units of this chain. Including this one. In the past the sandwiches were fine. This time however the experience was horrible. We ordered the $23 cheese steak with mushrooms and onions. Sadly the sandwich was overcooked to the point the meat was tough, no real cheese left and honestly couldn't find the onions and mushrooms. They were not busy. I visited 3 days ago for the firat time. I was greeted by staff immediately but didn't know what I wanted. The place was empty so I had time to joke with who turned out to be the manager. I told her I didn't like a thick sub, too much bread, and she offered to gut the middle out. I had no clue this could be done. I ordered the 6" chicken and cheese. After paying I decided to sit and eat since the ambiance was nice. The meat was falling out of the sub as I ate. The sandwich was very good! The manager told me it'd been hard to keep staff at this location so maybe that's why all the bad reviews. I held back a star until my next visit. I used to be a HUGE Capriotti's fan. Their subs (cheesesteak) used to be quite a lot of meat. The sandwich I got today had hardly any! I wouldn't have gotten more beef in a McDonalds kids cheeseburger -- NO KIDDING. It really has almost NONE on it. They were also out of tomatoes, but I chalked that up to the current environment we live in today -- shortages are one thing, but if you can put enough of the MAIN INGREDIENT on a sub, don't sell it! I won't be back. This is my second bad experience with this particular shop and them being super super cheap. read more

Manager ringing us up had a attitude and didn't really care about helping us. It was like we were troubling her to ask for food but The other staff was very friendly and helpful. The sandwiches were really good better then local capriottis to me. Prices are definitely going up and the Turkey didn't have much on it for what you pay. Bread, cheese and lettuce isn't expensive so to pay 8 for a small amount of Turkey isn't great. read more

I love the food at Capriotti's -- they make great sandwiches and salads (but avoid the coleslaw)--however, the service at this location is consistently slow. The employees seem to ignore the customers for at least two minutes, almost like they are hoping that the customers leave. I try to use the online ordering service when I can because that is more reliable (though I usually give them an extra 5-10 minutes from the estimate because I've had to wait when I show up when the order is estimated to be ready. If I could give minus 1, I would. This used to be my go-to sandwich shop when shopping in Parole. Will never go again. Three total misses out of last 5 visits but I just kept telling myself, was just a bad day. When you pay over $20.00 for an Italian sub, it better be good. Lettuce, not shredded but put on in big "salad" chunk pieces, two tomatoes, onions very thickly sliced, meat and cheese layer was so thin you could barely make it out due to the chunky lettuce. We arrived home and ready to eat. The roll must have been day old as when we cut the sub, the roll crumbled. My sister and I were the only customers in the store at the time, just before noon. One "new employee" manning register and making sandwiches, one other woman who appeared to be the manager. I say "new" because she had problems navigating the register and entering the order and she did not know what went on the sub even with the picture cue card that hangs over the sandwich station. No salt, pepper, oregano, no seasonings of any kind. I've rambled enough. Will end with saying that was my last time patronizing Capriotti's. This visit was on 2/18/25. read more

Once he turned back toward me, I asked what the fasted food option would be and he said "both sides are pretty backed up about 25 minutes". First of all, the Bobbie. We order in bulk. Always a hit with company. Voted the best sandwich nationwide and would agree. Their cheesesteaks are usually good but it depends on who is making the sandwiches on a particular day. We are regularss and ordered a few mediums recently that came very lightly filled. It was as though they tried to stretch a small sub portion into a medium roll. The meat did not run the full length in either sandwich and it was fairly thin where it was placed. They have some other sandwiches which are a nice change from the same old selections at other places. Check out the Cole Turkey or the Capistrami. Yummy. I miss the tuna they used to have. Though our orders are not always perfect, what they get right is always good and we always look forward to our next visit. You will, too. read more

Today I had the Bobbie which is basically thanksgiving on a sub roll- pulled turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce mmmm. Paired with Vickie brand salt and vinegar chips mmm hmm. Not impressed and won't be back. I ordered the Turkey and it was really dry. My husband ordered the wagu sandwich and liked it, but not for the premium price. Both of the fries were really salty and we could not eat them. The salad had more cabbage than lettuce. Given the prices, I don't see the store making it very long. The store could have been cleaned better. I could see things on the floor behind the counter and the hanging lights were pretty dusty. I am very happy about the Impossible Cheesesteak - vegetarians usually have so few choices at cheesesteak sub shops. But sadly they put such a meager amount of the impossible cheesesteak meat on the sub, it barely made a layer in the sub. The amount of fillings is so small, and they look tossed together like someone threw the toppings on from 10 feet away. For the prices they charge, what you get does not equal the cost. My husband got the regular cheesesteak and his was just as meager. Also they do not mark the outside of the sub wrappers, so if you have people who ordered similar things, you have to open them up and examine them closely to see whose sub is whose. Bottom Line: Quick service, tasty sandwiches but needs a good scrubbing. My experience at Capriotti's Sandwich Shop was a bit disappointing. What I liked is the variety of cold and hot sandwiches on the menu and the friendly. Also, our subs came up quickly and the prices were reasonable. I really like subs, this place was just average, there are much better options around. The kicker though is the staff, one staff member went ballistic on another staff member for pretty much no reason. I found it entertaining while I was waiting, but most would probably say it's very unprofessional. Overall I'd say chances are very slim that I'll ever go back. read more

I ordered a Homemade Turkey sandwich. I was looking forward to this for lunch. Well my first bite in, I feel something hard. As I look in the sandwich it's a not so small bone.
