You'll pay more than subway but come on now, it's 100% worth it. Today we got the - American Wagyu Club: Beef from Snake River Farms; slow-roasted, hand-pulled turkey; hickory-smoked bacon and provolone cheese topped with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and mayo I added pickles to this and got the bread "gutted" for less carbs. I also ordered the size Small which is 7"-8" long. (The mini is like 4") Copper Sharp Cheesesteak: grilled steak, mushrooms, onions, and sweet peppers loaded with extra Cooper® Sharp White cheese, served on a seeded roll That Coopers cheese is CREAMY but added some mayo for extra creaminess and hot peppers. This was my first time at Capriotti's. The inside of the building was nice with its decor. The employees were very nice and efficient working with each other. I ordered the large sandwich (18 inches) with Philly cheese steak and a club sandwich. I think the flavors were pretty good, but were not something to write home about. The prices are pretty good too when you consider how well you can divide the sandwiches into individual meals. If you have a quick craving for sliced meats, this is a solid choice. I just wanted to let everyone know how awful this Culver City location is... been there twice and will NEVER go again. 1st visit: placed an order that included fries. Get to the restaurant and I'm told they are out of fries?! So I have to get a refund... ridiculous 2nd visit: order ahead and when I arrived at the time I picked for pick up, manager has no record of it and says I'm "in the wrong place". Show him the order to show how wrong he is and then realizes they are incompetent then makes my order. I'm vegan and I made special requests and cannot eat certain things. I get home and open my sandwich and there is cheese on it. On top of that the roof is leaking at the restaurant right near where they serve food. Do yourselves a favor and shut down this restaurant. Had a walk in order through the Fooda program app. Ordered the basalmic salad which had chicken bits already inside the box. Oddly I examined the chicken bits and they weren't firm at all. It was hard to confirm because I had put on the dressing already which made it hard to distinguish.
