NEW We were pleasantly surprised with the sandwiches here. The meat portions were more than ample, the cheese was delicious, and the sandwiches were made nice and large. We ordered a roast beef sandwich, a club sub and a Big Kahuna cheese steak. All three were very delicious. Unfortunately, We decided to eat inside, but the air conditioners were broken. My only complaint: it was way too hot inside. At least they have a soda machine indoors to refill your drink while you're there. Friendly service. Probably about 7 or 8 tables inside. We were both refused service because the person behind the counter said someone was in line ahead of us and they needed to wait for him to return. This customer was not in the store and it was unknown when they would return. Both of us left after being refused service. I will never return to this location. Well this was going to be a five star review but I changed my mind for a reason I'll explain later in this review. Anyway, got there for an early lunch . I asked for the standard white roll and an Italian sub. I also asked for extra meat and cheese which of course I paid for. They pulled out a pre sliced roll to start my sandwich. Now I know it's standard practice to use rolls that have been sliced off as part of an previous order I.e, half of a large pretty much means a regular roll is left, but I always prefer a freshly sliced roll. Unfortunately I waited too long to mention it and they were already putting the meat on the roll. Condiments and veggies added and on to checkout. As they were preparing to ring me up, I asked if they did military discounts and they nodded yes and so I showed my ID. Rang me up and I added a tip and I put the receipt in my pocket and out the door. Got home, enjoyed a pretty good sandwich, then I looked at the receipt, no military discount... Now it's not about the $1.50ish discount itself, but I mean I asked and within 30-40 seconds they had already forgotten? Now it's my fault for not checking at the register, but really, I figured the time interval was short enough that they should have applied the discount. So thats my story, a good sandwich but now I have to remind myself to be more vigilant even when I just spend a few dollars for a meal. It's Saturday 6/29/24 at about 5:00 pm. Lot of free parking with two handicap stalls on the side of the restaurant. The parking lot is clean. I was there for some time and no one came out to the dining room to wipe tables or to sweep the floors. The two guys working there could not have been more helpful or friendly. The subs were presented well. The vegetables were fresh. The sliced tomatoes were close to be needing to be thrown out. They were looking mushy and watery. Looks like you just sliced too many. While I feel the subs are just a bit pricey, they are very tasty and the regular size filled me. read more

I eat at Jersey Mike's alot. JM on S Rainbow is nice clean fresh. The staff is young friendly BUT they don't pay attention to special orders. I only order from here when visiting friends. I'm grabbing food to deliver as we meet. My order is never right from this location. They ignore your special request and when you arrive and ask they don't EVER check just say it's in there. I can assure you it's not. If you order on app or on line you only get the number sub you want no adjustments. It's very frustrating because other JMs are so attentive to special orders read more

It's like having a deli around! They use good quality cold cuts that they slice on premises. Their bread is good, too - crispy on the outside and soft inside just like I like it! So I only come here sometimes bc it's by my work. I came in yesterday and saw them using the meat that was already sliced or not covered. In the picture, you see the sandwich meat laying there without any plastic or protection on it this could bring germs and food poisoning. My wife ordered ahead for her lunch. Showed up about 8 minutes after designated time and order was not ready. Other orders were being taken and fulfilled except my order. Waited about 40 minutes and finally was attended to. Nothing was done at the store to make things better. My wife missed her lunch break and to make things worse. The order wasn't even done properly when I dropped off her lunch. The staff was nonchalant about everything and one staff member even had a bit of an attitude after seeing I was visibly upset. read more

I ordered the #7 combo meal a regular on white but was asked if I wanted the seasoned bread. The staff worked together like a well maintained conveyor belt, from slicing the meat to putting on the toppings I wanted, then to the cashier. The placed my order online. It was ready in 10 minutes. When I got to the place I was greeted and welcomed me in. There was not one there , but I seen I came a little bit early to pick up my sandwich. Ordered number 2 ,17 , and the big kahuna sandwiches. Giant size. While waiting for my sandwiches to be ready I was talking to the gentleman by the name Joaquin was very friendly and answered all the questions I had and as well very patient. The sandwiches were so delicious and fresh. And all the modifications I made in all my sandwiches was all on point. The cook George even named the sandwiches. Been coming to Jersey Mike's for many, many years since my kids were little. They never fail to please. There sandwiches are fresh sliced to order as are all of their veggies. They have the white, wheat and even a sub in a tub (like a salad) I am a simple guy and get their club supreme which is roast beef, turkey, Swiss bacon and mayo. Then if you get it mikes way. It comes with lettuce tomatoes onions oil vinegar salt pepper and oregano. This visit I went with the above in a tub. Worked out great. (Only issue they had no forks. One employee ran out to another store and got one AND they gave me a coupon for a free sub for the inconvenience) Great customer service. Always enjoy Jersey Mike's. Fresh-cut meats on fresh-baked bread, Mike's way. The subs here aren't that inventive but the meat makes the taste better than competitors like Subway or Scholotzsky's. BF swears by their Italian, and a Giant size will set you back $14, which to me is absurd for a sandwich. But it's over a foot long, so... Service at this location is a bit hit or miss. So we went to Jersey Mikes for lunch today. My boyfriend went and picked up lunch, brought it back to our shop. As i was about half way through my Philly sub i bit something hard. So as anybody would do I pulled it out of my mouth and as you can see it was bone/cartridge. So needless to say I called the store. Spoke to the manger Lacy who said that is not possible, our meat is brought into us. I said I don't care YOU SOLD IT TO ME. I told her i can bring you my wrapper, and the receipt to prove we bought it from you. She said well when you can prove it, call me back!! Wow what great customer service. She was unapologetic, basically called me a liar! This is horrible customer service!! So I thought I would share my horrible experience with this place. I will be headed down there with everything and see what happens then!! So I returned to the store with the bone, and receipt. She told me this is from their peppers and it happens from time to time! So wait a minute this is from peppers yet has meat and fat on it??? this happens from time to time? THEN WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY THAT ON THE PHONE AND MAKE IT RIGHT? Instead you called me a liar, and provided zero customer service. She said it was against their policy to refund any money because we had used a coupon on one out of 3 of our sandwiches! I was a little frustrated and speaking firmly but she asked to me to quit yelling at her or I would have to leave the store. she was worried about what the other customers would think.
