UPDATED REVIEW: Adding this after the fact, on March 27th 2025 SCDA conducted a routine food establishment inspection. Capris was designated a B for improper cooling (items probed at 50 degrees), improper reheating (sauces as low as 88 holding temp, meat balls at 118), improper date labeling, not cleaning surfaces, a kayak paddle being used to stir pasta sauce, thermometers that aren't accurate, multiple dirty food equipment to quote "sight and touch" including an ice machine and tea taps. And there's more that this is getting too long to list! Ordered for the family, we don't eat here often because of the high prices. But somehow even with high prices they manage to mess up food that every 16 year old in America makes at their local pizza place. How do you have a chewy, burnt pizza.. And then let it die in the window? And still hand the COLD chewy burnt pizza to a customer? This is the simplest item on the menu. This shows an absolute failure of the cooks, expeditors, servers and it all starts at management. At some point this should've been stopped and the order remade. Note the quality of the bread. I don't believe they even make the bread and manage that quality.

We came here from Pa to celebrate with our grandparents, my daughter high school graduation/ birthday. What a delicious place! The sweet tea and the fact there ice is crushed( bonus points), but the food was phenomenal! I actually NEVER buy lasagna anywhere I go but pap said it's the best. Well it isn't mine but it's definitely absolutely amazing! The ravioli with Alfredo was my favorite favorite though! I definitely recommend at least trying them. They didn't let me down! I wanna go back and try more. Curious how good the pizza is! You also get a salad with pretty much any meal and some delicious bread. Thumbs up!

We had family in town that were familiar with this restaurant from years past when they had multiple locations and suggested we make the drive to experience the authentic italian food for ourselves. We went on a Monday night over the holiday week and arrived to find a very crowded waiting area with a line nearly out the front door. Unfortunately this location does not have a bar area that you can wait at because it would have been nice to be able to grab a drink during the nearly hour wait for a table. There are several benches in the foyer area but still the majority of people waiting had standing room only. The restaurant does have a second entry way just for take out orders that is very convenient to keep those coming in to pick up food from having to wade through those waiting to be seated for dine in. The menu has all of the classic italian offerings as well as steak and seafood options which our waitress pointed out and made sure we didn't overlook even though we all ended up ordering pasta of sorts. Two couples did the lasagna dinner for two (each person gets their own plate and salad but the price is slightly less than ordering separately 'for one'). I ordered the meatballs which was a very sizeable portion with a side of pasta with meat sauce that could have been a meal on its own. Another guest ordered the manicotti and every single dish that we were served was piping hot, fresh and delicious. We ended up with way too much food on the table and everybody was able to take home leftovers. We were all stuffed but decided to order a round of coffees and a slice of chocolate mousse cake for the table to share while we visited a little while longer. It was a huge slice of cake that was very dense and rich so it was perfect for everyone to get a bite or two and satisfy our sweet tooth without overindulging after an already filling meal. Our waitress, Cassie, was very friendly and personable as well as knowledgeable about the restaurant with many years of experience working there. She was quite entertaining and really let her personality shine while also being very professional and attentive! We really enjoyed her welcoming and easy going attitude, it really rounded off the family friendly feel of the restaurant.

Very bad. Not authentic by any means. My pasta tasted like a frozen tv dinner. Super disappointing.

Our family (3yo and 1yo) went in a weeknight, so not too busy, not the problem. We sat outside to avoid disturbing people with our kids. Drinks came out watery (syrup not refilled? But even after refill they were watery, so maybe just saving on syrup). Didn't help that one of the drinks had the paper from the straw in it when he brought it the second time. Several listed drink menu options were not available, so we deferred this. Food took forever, the kids got antsy. Trucks and several cars gum ir thro downtown Easley, and the patio is right next to the main road, so not a restful environment, and no sound guard walls to protect the area. We ended up with pizza and other comfort foods for the kids, because there were no good/special menu option to us. Pizza was reasonable, the crust was a bit stale and toppings were underdone. We deferred dessert because of the things we had experienced. My favorite cuisine is Italian and Greek - noting but disappointing, not to mention all the surrounding factors. We moved to Easley recently. I hope we get something better than this in this genre downtown, because we won't be back.

It is suitable for crowds. Of course, the old silos were built for grain storage in the late 40's time frame and now have been turned into a community hub of restaurants, bars, live music, outdoor dining via numerous vendors, fire pits and large screen tv's with even a rail car venue in a very eclectic and hip, urban setting. We were eating at one of the associated restaurants, Inky's, and they allow us to go to Silos Brewing and grab a beer to bring back for the meal. Very cool since Inky's sells draft, but just not this craft Silos draft. I really liked the cooperative and laid back approach by both establishments, including that Silos Brewing let me carry the glass over and not just a plastic cup. They will get it back. My choice was the "Smoke on the Lager" which is, of course, a lager base with smoky hints that went well with my Authentic Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. As their website says, "our backyard is your playground," and I bet on a warm spring or summer evening (rather than a rainy, winter Thursday), this place would be excellent fun. "A place to share stories over a pint, challenge friends to a casual game, or bask in the laid-back vibes of our beer garden." I get that from this establishment and will definitely be back to partake of this hospitality. From what I have seen, despite the less than ideal weather, this is a definite road worthy destination spot even from Greenville or Clemson.

The manager said this is how it normally looks and people love it. I asked him if it seemed like the oil needed changed and he said no. He then sat at the bar and watched us. The manager was aggressive and rude. This is why I'm giving them a 1 star review. They didn't try to improve the situation and almost seemed hostile.
