Not good... bad oysters and shrimp. Unfriendly staff especially my cashier . The shrimp fried rice was actually good. But I'm not going back.

3 piece red fish meal for $8.99.

This is a good budget place to eat seafood. Located in a run down strip center they offer fried and grilled seafood. I tried the redfish dinner and it was good. It came with slaw, fries and Texas toast. With drink it was a little over $10 and mine was one of the more expensive items on the menu. If you are in the area its a good place to try.

First of all, EXCELLENT SERVICE. My parents and I were in the neighborhood and wanted to get quick lunch somewhere without feeling too fast food. My dad likes this place and so recommended us to go. Place was clean and cozy with not too many people. My dad got the Fish Burger with french fries. I didn't get to try it but my dad says it's his favorite dish at the place. I got the Shrimp PoBoy with stuffed jalapenos. It was really good! Baguette was soft enough but still had it's baguette-feel. It was very generously packed with fried shrimp, lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo. I added some hot sauce to give it a kick. Stuffed jalapenos were freshly made and I almost burned my tongue from the melted cheese! Lastly, my mom got the fried catfish and shrimp platter with fried rice and toast. Fried rice was really good and had generous portions of shrimp and vegetables in it. Both the catfish and shrimp were well fried and crispy. To top it off, we got those three dishes and a side of stuffed jalapeno all for less than $15! I think it'd be safe to say that I'd be back whenever craving some casual seafood.

While each location has been wonderful, my wife and I have always come back to the Cypress location not just for the great food but the waitstaff, management and cooks have been spot-on in everything that we have ordered whether we were in for just the two of us, our extended family as well as having our church group come in for food. We have had multiple different dishes and each one have been proportioned enough that we have taken leftovers home to enjoy later. The 2-3 times that there has been an issue with our order, the waitstaff and management went out of their way to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. The Sunday Brunch is a must have with so many options from your normal brunch fair to the full menu. The sports bar had R&B playing moderately loud (but no issues carrying on a conversation). I can only imagine the vibe may be different with larger crowds in the evenings/weekends. The menu is a QR code on the table. They have a large outside covered patio. Lots of TV's inside & outside. The salmon salad was very good. The salmon was cooked just right & very well seasoned. Nice size, generous amount of toppings (eggs, tomatoes, onions) such that I had toppings in every bite with my lettuce. The entire salad, dusted with a cajun seasoning, was a nice touch. Food was served in a metal plate with plasticware & plastic cups. (I'm sure the 'plastic' is helpful for managing the outside dining.) Chef Dee came out to check on us. She saw me taking a picture of my food & playfully said 'hey you gotta take a pic of the chef who created it'. Of course I took her pic!! Based on my salmon salad, I would definitely try other items on the menu if ever in the area again. Try them out. If you don't prefer a crowd, pop in for lunch.

Thankfully, the food scene in Houston is so great, that we don't have to settle for mediocre halal food, but this is not that. The customer service was great. I didn't get the name of the girl who took my order, but she was very sweet and helpful. She let me know that getting a combo was a $3 upcharge, and it got us a drink and a fries. I chose a Mexican type orange soda and it was delicious. The fries we got came out cold, but they got us new fries that were nice and hot so and the counter girl apologized for the fries that we got before which seemed hard, old and cold. So no harm no foul. I got the original burger, and it was really good. I like that it had caramelized onions and it just tasted very fresh and like the other of you said a hundred percent grass fed halal meat. We also got the hot chicken sandwich, which my husband preferred, because he liked the coleslaw addition to the sandwich. We also got garlic parmesan wings because of a picture I saw online, and I have to say the picture looked better than the actual wings. They were quite salty. I would not get those again. The establishment looks clean. The customer service was great, and besides the fries mishap, our food came out in a nice orderly time and was fresh and hot. I would definitely recommend to come here!

There's a vibrant, buzzing energy the second you walk through the door. While you might have to wait a bit for a table during peak hours, the high turnover means the food is incredibly fresh and the kitchen is always on its A-game. It is absolutely worth the wait. The Bread (Do NOT Skip It) Whatever you do, you cannot pass over the bread. Seriously, it deserves its own five-star review. A lot of restaurants treat the bread basket as an afterthought, but here, it's a total masterclass. It arrives warm, perfectly textured, and sets the tone for the entire night. Honestly, if a kitchen puts this much love into the carbs they bring out at the start, you already know the entrees are going to be spectacular.

We hoped for a table set in remembrance, but instead, there was just a display for graduates. It's disappointing because our family has military men who have served, and I even have a son serving our country now. While we're super proud of all our graduating students, we believe their privileges are a direct result of our soldiers' sacrifices. About our meal, my beef tips and mashed potatoes were served really cold and looked undercooked. Even though they brought a replacement, it was still undercooked, and this time, it barely had any meat, mostly just mushrooms with sauce.

I visited this place twice back to back, once for lunch and for Sunday brunch. For Lunch: They have $20 lunch special (Choose an appetizers and an entree). My friend had the wedge salad to start and the fried shrimp and fried oyster poboy w\fries for his entree. Also excellent. I ordered a Patio Flower cocktail which was very refreshing. Had the bread pudding with vanilla ice cream for dessert (very delicious). For Brunch: came with 2 other friends. Orders: fried shrimp and oyster platter (excellent), Reuben sandwich (friend said he did not really like it) and the shrimp and grits (delicious). Definitely have the red velvet bundt cake, you will not be disappointed. The house margarita on the rocks is also refreshing. Service is casual and prompt. Every one is friendly here.
