I brought a used Wrangler and want to upgrade my radio, so i brought some speakers and GPS during this Thanksgiving's sales. I called and spoke with MJ, he is very helpful and offers me to bring the Jeep right away, after he and his team look at my existing after market speakers, MJ said I don't need to change since it looks like new, he can help me to upgrade my radio/GPS for $ 89, this is how much he charges for the consultation. I really appreciate his honesty and the expertise of his team. After an hour, my radio has a new look and his team connect my phone via Bluetooth. Now I have GPS. Needed to replace a vehicle alarm that decided to stop working. Contacted the business via Yelp and the owner, Ashraf, responded right away with a very reasonable quote. Set up an appointment for later in the day. Arrived for my appointment and Ashraf took the time to explain the differences between the lower and higher end models they had in stock. No pressure or attempts to upsell, just solid info so I could make my own decision. Install was incredibly fast (about 45 minutes) as several techs worked on my vehicle at once. Everything came out looking great and all of the features of the alarm were demonstrated and explained to me before I left. Everyone working at the shop were extremely friendly and professional. THIS REVIEW IS BASED OFF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Okay so I this is a random review. I just got my iPhone 7 and my stock car deck doesn't have Bluetooth so I was thinking ugh now I need a new deck. I've been using the aux cord outlet and I've just been connecting it to my phone. I inquired on yelp for a review from five shops on oahu on how much a deck and installation would be for the year, make, and model of my car. Asraf the owner was super fast on replying back to me! I love fast communication especially on yelp with business owners. He quoted me $199 w/installation for kenwood or alpine cd am fm aux usb and Bluetooth. Which he was also the cheapest that I got quoted with labor. Anyways long story short I made an appointment with him, but later on I found the adapter for the aux cord in my iphone7 box and decided I'm gonna be a cheap ass and keep my old deck. LOL I cancelled my appointment with them and he was super cool about it and responded promptly again with a nice attitude. I swear it's rare to find businesses, owners, and employees that keep their professionalism, but this place did. I really appreciate it and if I ever need a new deck I will definitely come to this place. Good customer service goes a long way! read more

I called 6 different places and they all quoted me 450-500 with a wait time of 2-3 hours. MJ got me at $349 and it was done in an hour. Quick fast and courteous. Needed a blown speaker repaired they did it in 40 mins with me going in no appointment.

Needed a deck installed , gave what I felt was a fair price for the work involved. The install was clean and took about an hour. I do wish they asked where I wanted the Apple CarPlay cord routed to , they ended up just putting it in the glove box which is semi inconvenient. Parking here also is not very convenient , I got yelled at by the chicken lady next door while waiting for something to open up. read more

I wouldn't recommend these guys. I've extended so much mercy and Grace yet they don't admit when they dropped the ball. I have 9 drones/compustar alarms installed. I've been returning cars and having issues with my cars since the first day I let them touch my vehicles. Doors not locking, some locking, alarms going crazy when the sensor is basically turned off. My issue is their customer service. The price was right. But they have cost me way more than money at this point. Their pride makes them think that they have done nothing wrong. It would be nice for them to just admit that on some vehicles they were clueless. I've brought vehicles back more than 3 times and still many aren't fixed. There's nothing I could do to mess this up. I get in my car and I use a remote to either lock or unlock. Sounds simple if it actually worked! The systems were not working properly and draining my batteries and they kept saying I had bad batteries which come to find out it was the device. Could you imagine replacing batteries on vehicles that have no freaking issues and not being compensated for that? They haven't even tried to compensate me for wasting so much of my time and faulty installs. Still need to go back to get vehicles fixed. Stay away from this place man. The price is right but the integrity of the business is sad. I've taken a business to small claims court before and they are pretty close to it at this point. Will see what happens with these next vehicles they need to fix. If they can't they will remove the system or we go to court and I'll sue for more than I paid because I have every receipt that I had to pay for the inconvenience. If they bluff and say something that's a lie on this review I'll add all the screen shots from texts so you can see how sad this company has treated a customer who's spent thousands. I'm the fool here for thinking they could get it right. Q and the crew are nice people but they dont know what they are doing on the newer Nissans. All they have to say is we have been nothing but nice to you. Who cares about being nice fix the issues and stop giving me the run around! What they would like for me to do is just keep bringing vehicles back and let them walk all over me. I don't care about how nice you are...do good business!! Everyone did a great job installing a new audio system in my 2018 vehicle. I was a bit scared since this is a brand new vehicle and I'm not sure how good these guys were but they showed me and assured me that it was a very easy task and did it all under 2 hours. Got conned by these guys, but it was blatantly my fault. I tip my hat off to these guys for catching me off guard due to myself being naive. I went in expected a good price, but instead got a crappy price. I didn't research the products and average cost of installation at first. Do your homework before you go in. Apparently you can bargain the price down. Don't let them con you in to their hidden prices. I realized after I got stooped, but again completely my fault. Nonetheless these guys are great at what they do installing auto stereo, subs, cameras etc. They know their stuff. Ash (I think that's the owners name) was very informative and helpful. That's how they get you with their kindness. They made up for ripping me off by going above and beyond and adding little nicknacks to my installation. They even offered to discount my next installation, which I told them they won't get me a second time. Despite feeling stooped they are very good honest guys from the Middle East and were very helpful. I will go back in the future, but I will have knowledge of the price of their units when I go back. I highly recommend these guys as they are a class act and will do everything to make you satisfied and be a return customer. It's a small shop in Kalihi off of Nimitz right at the corner. Enter from the Kalihi street side because it's a tight squeeze in to the parking lot. Just have to wait for parking or circle around till you find one. They put in a camera for reverse, new radio/cd/dvd with speakers in my truck and not really happy with the repeated return visits to fix this or that. There is a cut /slice on my inner door leather panel. They said it was there before. ??? The camera came out to be "fish eye" so you don't get straight edges but a curve on the sides which to me , doesn't give you a true reality to view. So, I don't feel comfortable looking at the video in front for reverse parking but great to check if someone is behind you. We weren't told about different camera types just a great deal on system and installation. Now, I am the sharper consumer when it comes to car systems, different cameras, and installation. I learned my lesson and hope you will read this and do lots of research. Don't trust the salesperson to give you the info and take pics of everything they will touch before installation. read more
