I went in on a Thursday evening and was greeted by Sam. Sam is very friendly and professional. I inquired about pricing on a subwoofer and tint installation for my 2019 Hyundai Elantra. I was quoted $150 for an all-around tint install ranging from your choice of 70% - 3%. Sam also let me know about their 'bundled packages' for subwoofer, box, amp, and install starting at $399 for a JBL 12' sub and amp, next up would be $499 for a pioneer bundle, this all included the install. I was able to set-up an appointment as soon as Saturday morning and was given an estimate of 2hrs to complete BOTH the tint and sub install. I came in at 9:30am Saturday morning and opted for the 'SNAP Financing', which gives you 100 days to pay before interest accrues, by 11:45am I was already being walked to my car by Miguel who was showing me the install in my car and giving me the do's and dont's before driving off. I was looking for a place that would install a car alarm for my older model car. I googled a couple of places and read the reviews. I came across Car Audio Xperts, I read the reviews and the majority of them were positive. Although I had to travel through 2 cities I decided to give them a shot. At first I thought parking would be an issue but I then discovered there was a huge lot in the back (yesss!). As soon as I exited that car I was greeted by a very cool man name Frank. He asked me if I was getting Sushi but to his surprise I was there to see a man about a car alarm. He quickly introduced me to Sam. I wasn't sure if Sam was the one who actually helped me but the man was just as nice and polite. I explained to him what I was there for. He showed me a couple of options and gave me a couple of prices. All sounded very fair to me. I picked what I wanted. I then proceeded to ask him other questions regarding tint. He happily answered my questions. Everyone at the shop was very nice and professional. He asked me to give him 2 hrs with my car and he got it knocked out in the 2 hrs if not even sooner, I really wasn't paying attention. An awesome experience with Sam and Miguel at this shop. Brought my 2010 Accord in to have the stock stereo and speakers out and replaced with a Pioneer stereo, compatible with CarPlay and a full set of JBL speakers and Harman tweeters that I purchased from them, respectively. Also purchased and had them install a JL Audio amp for the extra punch and driving power for the speakers and tweeters. They did a fantastic job, nice and fairly quick. I did have some issues with the driver side speakers after the initial install, but a quick drive back and they resolved that in a matter of minutes. Speakers sounded absolutely fantastic and my Pioneer stereo works without any complaints. I also had Sam do a Viper alarm install and he did an awesome job. Did a quick tutorial for me after the install and I was on my way. No complaints at all. Sam and Miguel are incredibly nice, resolving all of my concerns (even though I found some of my questions quite stupid) with an incredibly friendly attitude. No upsell attitude by Sam, he recommended me JBL and Harmans for good audio and nothing more. In addition, they gave me an amazing deal for the speakers, amp, tweeters, Viper, and the installation of my stereo. This place is amazing, worth every penny and they make you feel welcomed; great customer Service. So I needed a Sub and Amp install. After calling other places and searching Yelp. I found this place, Car Audio Xperts. I read lots of reviews about Sam being great to deal with and to speak with him. So I called and got Sam on the phone, I could right away tell he knew what he was talking about. I already had the sub's and amp; Sam made a suggestion to me about getting a particular box (that was very inexpensive) so I did. Scheduled an appointment, and took my car in to have the work done. There was no waiting around Sam was waiting for me. Usually places poorly plan and schedule appointments on top of each other. There were other cars being worked on, but there was not a wait. I had thought one of my speakers had blown out and showed Sam, and he changed the settings to show me that the speaker had not blown and my aux cord was just a poor connection. At this moment Sam could have just taken my word and tried to sell me speakers for my car, but he didn't. Sam won't sell you crap you don't need. In fact he often says WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO? Right away he jumped into my car and got started on things. It didn't take very long at all. I got my car back and I could not be happier with the sound. The work was done very professionally, no mickey mouse jobs. Sound is one less thing I worry about on my car, and I can't wait to have more work done by these guys. The whole crew is friendly and helpful. Don't let the area fool you, or the grafitti on the inside. It's just a painting professionally done.
