So i took my car to the guys at tna, being a girl it is hard to find a mechanic that will be honest with me. Dalton inspected my car and let me know that my rear main seal was leaking (already knew that from another mechanic) along with some bolts being loose (probably same mechanic). I asked for something simple, a muffler delete, for my FR-S just to test waters since I've been screwed with other mechanics, especially on pricing. Well, I wasn't disappointed. Sad to say as a retuning customer but i will not be returning here for nothing anymore!! I tried reaching out to them and nothing i got my coilovers installed here and they made noise. I hardly drive the car and everytime i did the noise would get louder and louder....i took it to the dealer ship to get stock parts again an they showed me why they were making noise... These guys left my sleeves in the front lose on passenger side i can move it with my hands and the bolts for the control arms on both sides of rear lose as well... It could have ended bad if i kept driving it. Dealership torqed every thing down and charged me 200$ to finish these guys job... I will be taking my business somewhere els from now on!! I have been to plenty of car places where they did not really seem to care and I felt like I was just checking in and out as if I was picking up a medical prescription. Not the case with TNA. I came to TNA- last week in desperate need of my front and back breaks done. I also had a check engine light on. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile from JP and was explained explained the entire process to me. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and made me felt comfortable. JP- called when the call was done and WOW! What an amazing job. Turns out I didn't need my back breaks down after all, last shop was just trying to make money off of me. It just needed to be cleaned. Which JP did, as well as fixing the check engine light. Turns out it was something small. However- the other shop I got a quote for tried to sell me more. JP was honest, reliable, professional and extremely knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I thought everything was going to cost me an arm and a leg but turns out it didn't. He also hooked it up with cleaning my headlights and fixing my loose bumper.
