In the bathroom there was toilet paper on the ground covered with feces. The shower curtain was completely covered in mildew. Many of the gauges didn't work. When we requested it to be thoroughly cleaned, they gave it a shot. We went back in and the mold from the fridge was gone but the feces covered toilet paper was still hanging out on the floor. We had already been there an hour waiting on them to get the unit ready so we had to head out. We took the rv in it's disgusting state for the weekend. When we returned it a couple days later, in way better shape than we got it, the same two people who checked us out (seemed like the owners) said they were charging us $100 dollars for excessive cleaning. Uhh......we literally mopped the floors on our hands and knees. And there's was definitely not feces covering the bathroom. Needless to say that didn't go over well with us. A major argument ensued and we left there so completely dissatisfied it's unfortunate Yelp doesn't offer a zero star as an option. Do yourself a favor and never rent an RV from this unprofessional and filthy distributor.

Was told the lower control arms would need to be replaced at a cost of $2.2k before they could align it. Said no thanks and took it to another shop who aligned it with no issues. The other shop said the lower control arms were getting worn, but weren't damaged and would not be an issue for alignment. Bridgetown also did an inspection that wasn't requested and listed over a dozen issues they said needed to be done including replacing spark plugs that had been replaced 2 weeks prior along with other parts replaced in the previous year that were perfectly fine. They also said the air filter needed to be replaced, it didn't, and didn't even reinstall it properly. Big gap where it was sucking in dirty air on the side without going through the air filter. I was pretty shocked they couldn't even put an air filter in correctly and they were trying to get me to pay thousands for unneeded work. Still ripping people off after all these years. There are many other better, honest shops. Response: Nice try, but the shop that did the alignment is a reputable shop and said the control arms were worn, but did not need to be replaced for an alignment. I have a picture of the air filter taken out of the air box, so you would have had to put it back in and you recommended replacing it. It seems disingenuous to recommend replacing spark plugs without even checking them. How many people just go with your recommendations that are not validated and pay for unneeded work? I cannot in good faith recommend your shop based on my experience and the other 1 star responses. Focus on providing good, honest, customer service and you will make more money and be able to sleep at night.
