I am writing this specifically regarding the payment center, not the dealership staff as a whole. Overall, my experience with most of the team has been positive. The dealership staff has been helpful and professional, and several representatives from the payment center have communicated respectfully via email. However, I have had multiple negative experiences with one representative, Sarah, and this is now the second time I've dealt with the same issue. On more than one occasion, I have received threats of repossession due to alleged lack of insurance, despite my policy with State Farm being active and paid. In this most recent situation: * I had already paid my insurance * I contacted my insurance company immediately to send over my binder * They responded quickly and confirmed my active coverage directly Despite this, Sarah from the payment center sent a voicemail, email, and text message at the same time, all stating that I did not have insurance and threatening repossession with a deadline. There was no attempt to verify my coverage before sending these communications. When I spoke with her directly and asked why there was no verification before sending threats, I was told that "it is company policy" to send those messages. This was stated even after I clearly explained that I am fully insured and had already taken steps to have my insurance provider confirm it. The tone during the call was rude, condescending, and unprofessional, and the conversation ended with statements such as "just have that in by 2 p.m." without acknowledging the information I had already provided. I ultimately had to end the call due to the lack of professionalism. What is most concerning is that once my insurance provider confirmed my coverage, the issue was resolved quickly--showing that this situation could have been handled properly from the beginning with simple verification. This is not an isolated incident. I previously experienced a similar situation (during a period of severe weather and office delays), where I also provided proof of insurance but still received unnecessary threats. To be clear: * I understand the importance of maintaining insurance * I understand that systems can have delays * However, verification should come before escalation, especially when using language related to repossession Sending a voicemail, text message, and email simultaneously with threats, without first confirming the accuracy of the information, is excessive and creates unnecessary stress. If the payment center is "just the payment center," then communication should reflect that role by being professional, accurate, and respectful, not aggressive or intimidating. I will also be attaching a screenshot of the communication referenced above for context. I hope management reviews how situations like this are handled, as this pattern of behavior--specifically from this representative--creates unnecessary stress for customers and reflects poorly on the business. I have also noticed similar concerns mentioned in other reviews, which suggests this may be a recurring issue that deserves attention. Bill has always been amazing since I got my vehicle. F.Y.I, I expect the car to be a hot mess, as I too have been experiencing loads of issues. But it is a buy here pay here and an as is car. Horrifically inept. Refused to release title upon paying off the loan. I had to call them 4 times over the course of 2 weeks to get any response from financial services. They did not release my title and could not provide resolution or a contact for the release of and the appropriate electronic lien and title services. The woman who works in finance is hideous, rude, hostile, unprofessional, untrained, unkind and wished death upon the customer stating that she wished for me to fall off of a bridge. We bought an Infiniti from them. Spent close to 6k getting it fixed within 1st year. Come to find out the odometer reading was false and hidden in the documentation we were given to sign was a disclaimer that said the odometer reading was not the actual mileage. They showed me a falsified Carfax because it didn't show a salvage title. The engine had been replaced with an older engine and the odometer had been illegally rolled back which they admittedly knew since they had that disclaimer checked and expects nobody will read all the paperwork they put in front of you. Shadiest car dealership ever. I have all the documentation from the Infiniti dealership to prove this since they dug into the car's history since I was having so many problems. read more

Creig, the "snake in the grass " rode on the test drive with me not letting me take it only 3 miles; talking about how well the car ran and sounded. That is was a wonderful car for my two small children and I. That it was a great car. Me being a single mother that is unemployed at this time had to get a car. I trusted the devil when I listened to the words he spoke. Here I am, 5 days later after the car almost snatched my daughter and I off the road and then into traffic the, car is in the shop. The steering angle position sensor has gone out. I called and the response that I recived from Creig is that he just sells the cars and that there is nothing the he could do. That the car was sold as is. This is what gives car salesman such a horrible reputation. They are despicable human beings.! To take all a single mother's or anyone's money for a car that leaves their customers stranded NOT EVEN 5 DAYS AFTER PURCHASING THE CAR and OFFER NO HELP AT ALL!! It's not right, it's not America. this place really needs to learn how to deliver customer service even when you have an irate customers!!! I came in there today to speak to someone in the finance department because my car was repo due to insurance. The finance department sent me an email and a text message on this past Monday stating that my car does not have insurance and that my car would be out for repossession so of course this is not even about money. This is simply about just me forgetting. (my fault) I went ahead log right into my insurance paid the whole entire thing. They did not reinstate me until Tuesday so me not knowing that I had to send them proof of the insurance, I figure since they get notification that my insurance policy was canceling that they should get the same notification that my policy was reinstated found out that I did not have insurance. so I just figured we were all good. I come outside today and they repo my car. It was paid four days ago but now they're saying it's my fault I should've sent them something but I did not even know that I was supposed to send anything!!! now they're trying to charge me to come get my car so of course I am pretty upset, so I go up there this man in there. He's probably one of the managers he was sooooooo rude. I have never been humiliated like that like these people really need to take a class in customer service. They are the worst people ever to deal with. I would never ever suggest that the only good thing about this place is Vanessa!!! Vanessa is who I talked to today she definitely understood where I'm coming from. She was the sweetest thing ever she let me vent and then she explain to me what needed to be explained we understood each other and it felt really good talking to her because it was somebody who wasn't trying to be mean to me because I was upset. Her manager literally hung up the phone on me and tried to say that I was screaming and I really wasn't. I was just defensive and really just confused like how do you hang up on the customer and accuse them of screaming at you when I definitely was a Screaming at all!! I have every right to be upset if I pay something four days ago in your repo it 4 days later now knowing what I know, I know differently moving forward, but I don't deserve the way these people treating me today. I have a right to be upset. All they're gonna do is respond and say what's in my contraCt and I should've done this and I should've done that at the end of the day they might be right but at the same time there's a way that you speak to people who are irate, and if you don't know how to do that, you don't need to be in the business. That man is a reflection of this company that man who was rude to me, is an employee of the company whether he owns it or not you should still have more respect for people, and have a better understanding of people who are upset about things that they're just not clear on instead of being a rude asshole back to them!!!
