I asked Aaron if he could explain how to do it, and he took the time to walk me through the process with clear, easy-to-follow instructions. As it turned out, there happened to be a third employee in the store, so Aaron was able to come outside and help me after all. I was so grateful. He explained each step as he worked, which made it a great learning experience for me. I really wish I had cash on me because he absolutely deserved a tip. I called them up and they were able to take me the same day, got it done in a few hours and were able to use my own provided parts. The shop is extremely clean and the bay looks organized, seems they work on many different makes and models. After picking up my car they didn't install the O2 sensors because I didn't need it. The guy at the front went through what the cause was and gave me some tips on preventing it and they didn't even charge me! Car is running great so far. Great service and they earned a new customer, I will be back to service my other cars here soon, highly recommend this shop.

I was expecting to pay at least a 25 dollar fee, but was able to walk out no charge. I appreciate the honesty. It's nice to know there are shops still around with integrity. I go back to pickup and they tell me I need a new trans. They said they can't do it and refers me to Pearl Harbor Transmission in Pearl City. Went there and told the owner what LS said. He said he'll check it out. Next day he calls and tell me the car is ready. When we pickup the car, owner said, you didn't need a new trans, just oil and filter change. LS was a rip-off.
