So I need to understand why it would take an hour and a half to test drive a car, only to find out…read morethat it has not been cleaned and has an engine light on due to the BMW recall repair not being performed. They told me that they weren't sure BMW would honor the recall. (They have to repair the car) Why would you put a filthy used car with a check engine light on for sale on a car lot? The price changed three times as well. Then there was the conversation the lady next to us was having trying to get a fair deal and a concrete out of the door price. I don't recommend this dealership, the ethics are seriously in question here.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience…read more We found a used car at this dealership that we were seriously interested in. The car had minor damage to the rear bumper, so before we even test drove it, we specifically asked whether they would repair the paint. We were told yes. After the test drive, we received a quote for the price listed online. We returned the next day and waited over two hours before finally leaving because they were too busy. The following day, we called ahead to make sure they had time for us and explained that my spouse has a disability that makes sitting or standing for extended periods difficult. We were told they would try to expedite the process and would honor the $100 lower price we had seen online. When we arrived, they refused to honor the $100 price reduction they had already agreed to over the phone. We were frustrated but decided to continue because we had already invested so much time in the vehicle. Then came another two-plus hours of waiting. During that time, we watched them take the same car out for a test drive with another couple and attempt to sell it to them--while we were sitting there waiting to purchase it. We repeatedly approached the manager and were told they would be with us "soon." Conveniently, as soon as the other couple left, they immediately came over and started our paperwork. Another hour passed. At that point, my spouse was in severe pain, and I had to leave to get him medication. When we finally reviewed the paperwork, the agreement to repair the bumper was missing. Our salesperson said it was a mistake and went to have it added. He returned visibly embarrassed and told us that management had decided they would not repair the bumper after all. The manager then claimed the vehicle was being sold "as is" because of its price. I reminded him that he had personally agreed to repair the bumper before we ever took the car for a test drive. That agreement apparently meant nothing once they had our time and effort invested in the purchase. After hours of waiting, a broken price agreement, a broken repair agreement, and watching them try to sell the car to someone else while we waited, we walked away. This was one of the most frustrating car-buying experiences we have ever had. If you shop here, get absolutely everything in writing before you take another step. Do not assume a verbal promise from management or a salesperson will be honored. We walked in ready to buy a car. We walked out because we could no longer trust what we were being told.

Amazing experience from start to finish!! We actually started in the service department with Bre…read more We had our 2010 Nissan in for diagnostic testing to see what was needed. Unfortunately it ended up being $10k worth of work. We knew it was going to be a lot but with this amount it made sense to sit down with sales and see what they had. Bre introduced us to Kale who took it from there. We explained that we had not been planning on buying but Kale took us over to his desk and talked with us. He took his time, asked what we needed and what we wanted and listened to what we said. Since I hadn't been planning to buy a new car, I had no clue what I wanted and kind of defaulted to the Rogue since we'd had the older model and loved it. After talking with Kale, discussing our budget and needs we ended up test driving a Nissan Kicks. Loved it! A little smaller than the Rogue but more in line with our needs/wants and budget. Unfortunately since we had not planned on this for another year or so our budget was tight and Kale and Robert Mack worked with us to get is the Kicks and staying in budget! I did not feel pressured, of course they gently pushed as it is their job , but continued to listen as I overthought and went back and forth. We ended up buying the car!! It's been 2 weeks and I truly thought I'd have the "Oh crap what have I done" thoughts but they never came!! Truly happy with the vehicle and my experience. If we ever need a new car, I know where to go!!

Call Junior Samples at BR-469 for a better experience…read more Yesterday sent my wife to find her a car in the Charlotte Area, found this Cadillac online for 68k, before they were done it was 75k for future oil changes, admin fees, and recondition fees. I did not believe her, so I contacted them from a different state and a different name. ( vacation home). Called for a quote and they sent me this bullshit.. $999 admin fee, and a $3,300 fee for reconditioning ( carwash and vacuum). But a $1000.00 less. I asked about the internet price ( advertised) and was told we don't go by that. Just roping suckers in daily. Take their license

I continues to voice concerns as I need my car for work and wanted to know how long the car was really going to last. Then I bring it in for an oil change and am told I have a blown head gasket and will need a new engine. Allen wanted to put stop leak in and send me on my way. His other partner and mechanic actually tried to help me and get it fixed but Allen would not help pay for any of the work that needed to be done. I don't feel that someone should have to put 5-6 thousand dollars into a vehicle after only having it three months and previously stated concerns with this same issue. Now I have a car that I owe the full price on and it doesn't run. I changed my Google review and got a call from Allen worried about why I changed the review instead of worrying about what is going to be done with my vehicle. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!! I had actually referred people to him thinking he was good and honest. And still no help with fixing the problem

Alan would harass me with calls from another number that I have listed below in the photos. He wanted me to pay upfront for multiple days instead of renting daily! I reported this to you all on several incidents and it was stated that I just need to make a review. Which I did but I do believe Alan needs to be banned as a host as well as Dallas the co-host. Dallas the co-host called me and messaged me on September 6th 2024 stating the rental was booked for 2:30 pm. I believe this was on purpose because the day before Dallas wanted me to rent long term with their rental company. In which I declined because I wanted to go through Turo instead. I have added those photos of the text conversation as well. Now with the mileage that is incorrect. They took the vehicle abruptly for a reservation on September 6th, 2024. I shouldn't have been charged a day, a late fee, gas fee, and now mileage! I wasn't able to fill the car with gas nor was I able to get the mileage because they took it. Dallas decided to put the mileage of the vehicle in the photos a day later on September 7th 2024 at one something.. The photo with the time stamped is listed below as well. Those are the miles of the last rental that was at 2;30pm on the 6th of September. I don't like to be taken advantage of or something trying to steal from me. I look forward to you all looking at the evidence and swiftly dismissing this! As well as banning Alan and Dallas from hosting on Turo. Thank you
