I thought this place provided great service & flexibility. I scheduled my appointment for an oil change twice due to personal & work schedule conflicts and was able to come in on a Saturday 6/11/22. I came 30min early for my appointment and they were very busy. I was informed that my car would take 1-2 hours to finish and I was concerned as I had another appointment to attend to after & had also informed the people at the front desk about this as well. Sure enough, they finished my car within 30min and was done just like that. What a great service they provided, customer service! They even had a dog inside the shop that kept me company which I enjoyed playing with! I don't think there's ever been a shop where you can play with their dog while waiting for your car to get done (lol). Overall, I would definitely come back again! read more

(Long Review Warning) I'm leaving a two star review based on my experience with Jeffrey alone. In September I needed an alignment and an oil change, I looked up shops and I remembered this place. I see it all the time, as I work close by and I looked at the reviews and had high hopes, as I was also wanting to find a home shop, as I had just got my current car this year and my previous mechanic soley worked on Volkswagens. My experience that day was good. I called, Jeffrey answered, was pleasant and let me know I can come the next day and advised me to leave the car if that was fine. Worked out because I had to go back to work. I went in and he gave me the total amount due prior to work and had me sign the statement, he was nice, took my information and let me know he will call once the car is done. Went to get my car, everything was good. (I have posted my invoice - so 1 you can see what he priced me and 2 to confirm I have been here) Now fast forwarding to yesterday's experience. I needed to get my brakes done, so I called Tuesday and spoke with Jeffrey again, he was nice and let me know what day and time works for me. I chose Wednesday at 9am. When dropping off the car, he asked if I just needed an inspection or did the brakes need to be done. I confirmed, I'm pretty sure I need them replaced. He said he'll give me a call once they look it over. Got the call and this was our 1st conversation: He stated to me, yeah the brakes are pretty bad.. Actually they're like almost metal to metal, you'll need all 4 to be replaced and the rotors, so you're looking at $1,000 with my labor. (I didn't say anything, just listened) he then continued to speak about an issue with 1 of my tires, stating it had a bubble and would need to be replaced. He said he can text a photo, I said yes please as I was not sure what he meant. He then continued and stated that I would need 2 tires replaced and that will be $352, so I'm looking at $1,352.00 with his labor (kept mentioning my labor) and that's without Tax. I told him I would give him a call back... I think MOST PEOPLE who see this already, know this is complete bullcrap of pricing. Took me less than 5 mins to look up prices for brakes/rotors for my car, estimated about $430 with normal pricing on parts alone. So I gave him a call back, and asked him how much are you charging me for the parts alone, he answered $500(Front) $500(Rear) and before I could speak, he then said my labor is $189.. I asked where do you get your parts, Orileys, that they're really good and he has not had any issues. He was not expecting me to question him. He then stated that well if you can get the parts for cheaper he'll just do the labor. So I hung up and called a friend who stated he can get me the parts with a discount due to working at a shop. That amount was $270. I called Jeff back and stated if I can get the parts, what's my cut off time for him to be able to work on my car, he stated 1 pm. He then said if you don't mind me asking how much are they charging for the parts. I told him $300 and his response was: oh wow, uhh well what if I charge you the same amount and we just get started on the car, that there was 1 part that would be in tomorrow but that he had already ordered these parts. I told him no, I already paid for my parts. That's okay. I then asked about my tires, on why both my front tires need to be replaced, he said the passenger side is a little worn and well it's up to me but it would be best to get them both done at the same time so the car drives smoother, I stated to him that I just got my passenger tire done couple months before, so no I would not want to replace both and asked how much am I looking at for: Labor only (brakes/Rotors) and 1 tire change. Took him a few minutes and he came up with $554... I called him again and let him know I will be picking up my car around 3 as I needed a ride, he said that's fine, so you're not going to want to get anything done today, I said no. I'm going to wait. Well I picked up my car and I was still planning on taking another car for an oil change, but obviously I thought about it and decided not to. Also, if you notice a lot of these so-called 5 star reviews on their yelp are from accounts with no photo and their only review is for this place, it's not hard to have people fake accounts to make the place look good, and their reviews are so short and not specific at all... I work in Insurance and we get clients all the time asking for places, so I'll be sure to mention NOT TO GO TO CAR DOCTORS.. Jeff you dropped the ball dude. read more

These guys were amazing this evening! Highly recommend them! I ran over a huge screw on the freeway headed home from work and my tire started to loose air extremely quickly. Thankfully I was able to pull off the freeway. It was already 5:30 and they were closing at 6. I called anyways to ask if they could help. The gentleman on the phone told me to pull in and that they'd take care of me. I felt so relieved, knowing there was no way I could have made it another 45 minutes to get home. Once we looked at the tire and saw how huge the screw was, I was unsure if they could even patch it. You could hear the air coming out. I was a bit stressed, worrying how I was going to get a new tire that late in the day if they couldn't patch it. But the guy that worked on my car was so nice and helpful. I felt bad for being there so close to closing and apologized but he said "no worries I'll get it patched up!" And he did! His patch did the job and I don't need a new tire! I came to Car Doctors based on the reviews on yelp and Google. The shop is very clean. The waiting room is nice and comfortable. They even have a German Shepherd there and she is so cute. Her name is Roxy. She's very playful and my kids enjoyed her. I brought my Lexus in for front and rear brakes and I was quoted $1500 at the dealership I was able to get my front and rear brakes with rotors done for a little over $900. Car Dr. save me almost $600.. and I'm very appreciative and thankful both George and Jeff helped me out and they're super nice guys. This was easily the most simple & painless adapter/tire installation EVER. I love the "can do" attitude of the service representatives and the technicians. Initially I viewed my vehicle as a science project, but they made the experience a walk in the park. Even the wait in the lobby while my vehicle was serviced felt like a mini vacation from the current Covid-19 pandemic. They treat customers like family and give feedback before, during, and after installation to ensure the desired outcome. Service you can trust!! My dad was traveling from AZ to Oregon and planned a stop in CA to visit us. While in AZ the check engine light came on in his truck.
