I pulled in the lot a half hour before they open (open at 7:30am). Even in a blizzard, there are folks lining up outside the door 10+ minutes before they open. With a handicap, you might not be able to stand in line for 20 minutes. It would be a great thing to have some number system or way to make an appointment (where that doesn't evolve into a half day thing for an oil change). 2. The parking lot is always choked full of cars. And driving in circles to find a spot isn't the easiest in this lot. Still, this is a great place in terms of value and quality of work.

They will even give a new car a full inspection and give you honest feedback. We had a family member buy a car from Carvana that had some issues that were covered under warranty. CD Jr dealt with the third party completely and updated us every step of the way. If you want your car worked on by honest mechanics who won't talk down to you (a complaint my wife certainly and justifiably has) and treat you with respect, go to Jeff and the gang.

Came here on July 2 /2026 the guy working on my car cross threaded the flange bolt and putting it…read moreto close to the cat burnt my cat armor from bank one and o2 sensor bank one downstream . only had a code p0430 because bank 2 flange bolts was broken off I brought my own donut gaskets for bank 2 just to replace it but looks like they didn't change it just put the gray RTV all around it to seem like they replaced it . It was a short guy next to the door of the waiting room. They just cut the flange bolts and call it a day and said the o2 sensor are not damaged even tho there a burnt mark next to the wires

Walked inside the store and was this employee (dressed with a green sweater with a hoodie) counting money on the front desk. I explained the situation and all I wanted is a quick check to know if I could get home. In a very rude manner he replied "we are closed". I asked again if he can please do an exemption and please take a look and he replied "I already shut down the compressor... learn how to read the sign" and I replied: "the sign said you're open!" Unbelievable the mistreatment at this business by this man. Previously, my wife visited this location and had a quote pending for both our cars but definitely we will go to another place to replace our tires.

I changed my mind and went to Economical Tires in Elgin just a few miles away from my home. I explained to them what happened and took me right in and fixed my tire properly. I'm very disappointed in Firestone to say the least. I think they rushed my repair and it just made a bad day, worse.
