    Saw this truck on Facebook...

This truck came across my feed on FB and caught my eye. Called and spoke to Trae. Thank you Trae for your expertise and professionalism! I have a few friends who are definitely in the market. I have recommended not only Trae but your dealership to them.

Inquired about a car for sale and a possible trade in. The guy I spoke to on the phone about the…read moretrade seemed pretty straight forward and didn't want to pay anymore for the trade so I passed and ended up selling it a few days later. Inquired again about the car they had listed. It was overpriced and had been for listed for sale for 4+ months. I asked Kristina (who was very helpful at first) about getting more info and pictures. After seeing it more in depth I could see that it had some paint damage and one of the wheels was curbed. I made a very fair cash offer considering the market, condition etc and then I was ghosted. Not even a counter offer, a no or anything whatsoever. Its no wonder the car has been for sale for months with the lack of effort and follow up I received. Took my business elsewhere and bought a nicer condition car, less miles for nearly the same price.

I'm very disappointed with this dealer. The car was available in the exact configuration I needed…read more A representative contacted me and we started discussing all the details. They even asked for my documents and address. I was ready to make the payment for the vehicle with delivery fee. I'm from California. At the last moment, I was told the car had been sold. I spent my time communicating with the salesperson and provided my personal information, only to find out the car was sold to someone else. I'm extremely upset. This is not how business should be done.

I have requested the information of the insurance I purchased through them multiple times so I could contact the company directly, and have yet to receive this information. This is in addition to having to pay over 1000 out of pocket after buying the car, when I had it less time their shop had it. Inevitably, I did learn my life long lesson, one I will not ever go here again. I will only purchase my vehicles from certified dealerships which take accountability for the vehicles sold. **Update: here are several of the bolts and a bracket missing from what was supposed to connect the transmission to the ptu in which were not placed back on, creating more issues within the vehicle. I have called driveline in which I couldn't get through or I did not get a call back. The sales team will answer quickly, the service does not. My advice to driveline is to not offer car services if the team you have equipped is not able to do the job. This is just a piece of what was missing, in which created extremely dangerous driving conditions provided by your service department. **Update 2: Vehicle was taken to a second company in which also stated that the transmission was not put in correctly, and missing many pieces and parts, and that it has caused further damage to the vehicle I have had less than a year. With actually less than the price they charged me for the transmission they didn't even put in right, they sell the cars as is. I guess we will see if their terrible service department is as is also.

From the very first visit, Gio has demonstrated a deep knowledge of a wide variety of vehicles and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. He is incredibly professional, transparent, and attentive to detail. Each time I've brought in my cars, he has diagnosed issues accurately, provided clear explanations, and completed repairs faster than expected--all while maintaining very competitive prices. The quality of work is top-notch, and I appreciate how Gio takes the time to ensure everything is done right the first time. What stands out is Gio's friendly and approachable demeanor. He cares about his customers and their vehicles, which makes the entire experience so much smoother and stress-free. The team at Earth Motorcars clearly prides itself on excellence, and Gio exemplifies that standard perfectly. I highly recommend Earth Motorcars' service department, especially Gio, to anyone in need of reliable, professional, and affordable auto repair or modification services. They have earned my trust and loyalty, and I will continue to bring my vehicles here for all future needs.

I had one of the most unprofessional and unethical purchasing experiences I have ever encountered…read more I placed a down payment on a truck, clearly indicating my intent to purchase, and was told we would finalize and negotiate the remaining details and add-ons. While those discussions were ongoing, this dealership sold the truck out from under me because another buyer walked in and offered more money. Let that sink in: They accepted my money, acknowledged my intent to purchase, and then treated the truck like an auction item behind my back. This is not how reputable businesses operate. A down payment is a commitment -- or at the very least, it should be treated as one. Instead, this dealership demonstrated that their word means nothing and that customer loyalty is irrelevant if a slightly better offer appears. This wasn't a misunderstanding. It was a deliberate choice to prioritize greed over integrity. If you are considering buying a vehicle here, understand this clearly: * Your deposit does not protect you * Your time is not respected * Your trust is not valued I would strongly advise anyone looking for a vehicle to take their business elsewhere -- preferably to a dealer that understands basic ethics, transparency, and professionalism. I will never do business with this dealership again, and I highly recommend others don't either.

Nathan was so patient with us as we went through the whole process, never pushy at all! It was very chill. Ultimately, we had to walk away because I had a budget to stick to (we also have a house project to budget for, so it was imperative we stick to the plan!) and the financing terms were not quite right for us, but no hard feelings. The trucks we looked at had no issues at all, super clean and so very pretty. Thank you Nathan for your time today, we appreciate you so much!

Buyer's BEWARE of these Scam Artists!…read more With only a week into this purchase, l finally drove it to work, and for lack of better words, it was a sickening experience. What should've been a great ride from my newly upgraded truck, turned into a horror story. They sold me a truck that is unsafe to drive especially with a trailer. The swaying, wobbling and bouncing is too much to bare. Which has aready led to three near mis accidents. So now, I'm forced to start making these expensive suspension/ alignment repairs. When I took the truck in to my personal mechanic, he discovered other horrendous mechanical and maintaince issues as well as other blatant deceptive cover ups found on the truck. And the list keeps growing. Maybe that's why they stress selling you their Vehicle Warranties. KNOWING THEY'VE DONE ZERO INSPECTIONS OR MAINTENANCE BEFORE SELLING VEHICLES. What a great business model they've adopted. Car Gurus led me to this horrible dealer. But after second week of no response, in order to protect consumers, it's time real agencies get informed such as: State Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission, Dept of Consumer Affairs, Texas DMV, BBB...etc
