I could not find an area that he missed in the interior. He was very thorough. The staff (Robert, Paco, Sheila) was terrific. They are kind folks who care about service. Bryan, the GM, was incredibly welcoming and friendly...and the minute we told him we lived in Frisco, we got a history lesson that we'll never forget! Our salesman was Jack...well, I cannot say enough about this young man. What an ABSOLUTE GEM of a human. Lemme just say that all of these BIG pre-owned car dealerships (and we visited NO LESS than 8, maybe more...it was miserable) could learn a thing or two from him about selling a car. No one chased me around the lot, no one blew up my email or rang my phone off of the hook. He let us look around at OUR PACE, was VERY knowledgeable on the cars we were interested in, and there was ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE WHATSOEVER. None. Let me add- they have a refrigerator in their showroom full of different sodas and water...that was literally the coldest Dr Pepper I've ever had. I'm stopping by for another one next time I'm in that part of town- and will expect more on the history of Frisco from Bryan while I'm there! Anyway, the buying process.... A lovely lady by the name of Ms Parvin put all of our paperwork together last Friday evening. We walked into Texas Car One just before 2:00 Saturday and were driving away by 2:15, cold Dr Pepper in hand - she was SO kind and KNEW we were in a hurry to make my sons baseball game back in Frisco, so she explained things quickly but VERY THOROUGHLY. My niece came to this dealership needing a car. She found a really cute car but needed a co-signer…read more She called me and of course I agreed to it since she is a responsible hard working young woman, and I would do anything for her. I mean I helped raise her and she is like my own child. I emailed everything over to the dealership and she was approved with my credit as a cosigner. She signed her paperwork that night and then we both went back up there the following morning for me to sign my copies because I was at work when she went up there. I sat down with the finance manager and he had everything ready. He had already gone over everything with her and just needed my signatures. No problem....but one. I wasn't paying attention and didn't even notice I was signing as the borrower and she had signed as the co-signer the night before. She didn't even notice. In fact, I signed where she didn't and blindly signed the documents not even noticing they had switched me as the cosigner to the number one borrower and her as the cosigner. Ok. Well the finance manager did not go over a single document with me. Not one. He just said everything is already approved sign here and here and here. No problem. Except when it comes to the GAP insurance. The night before, she declined the insurance because it was going to raise her payment higher. She is young and not experienced so she just said no she didn't want it. It wasn't even mentioned to me and I am the borrower. I would have told the dealership I had to have the GAP insurance, and my niece would just have to pay for it if she wanted the car. But it wasn't even brought up to me. Now I have not financed a car since 1998, and I still have and drive that mustang. That is the last car I ever paid for. So its been awhile. However, GAP insurance is a must and should have been offered to me. Now all of this is my fault, I get that. Not noticing the finance man switch the financing to my name and my niece being young and not experienced at buy a car. So all of this is my fault I understand. Of course I feel stupid. That is not the point. It is the dealerships responsibility to go over everything and especially let the person signing the papers know hey YOU are the one buying this car, not your niece. In fact, she was on as a cosigner only so she could get the car insured. Why didn't the finance man go over everything with me including did I want the GAP insurance? I mean I AM the borrower and it would have been MY decision not my nieces. So, I did some research and the old bait and switch is very common with dealerships. They switch the financing to the strongest borrower. Why didn't the man tell my niece hey, your aunt is actually buying this car. She wanted to do everything on her own and hated to even ask me if I would cosign. But the underhanded way this dealership told me and my niece I was the cosigner and then switched it to me being the borrower is unacceptable. I know it is my fault. I work 55 hours a week and I am tired and that day was no exception. Car salesmen are the worst of the worst. Underhanded greedy misleading salesmen. This dealership is NO exception. Please if you are an inexperienced vehicle purchaser, take someone else with you that can catch this stuff. Don't go when you are tired. Have the finance man go over everything with you page by page. And do not just sit and sign while the salesman just shoves the papers in your face and says sign here and here and here. Don't blindly sign anything. And IF you buy a car always buy the GAP insurance. That's a no brainer. Do better salesmen, do better. The finance manager Brian should be ashamed of himself, but he isn't. Underhanded people never are. Sincerely, a tired, over worked not a lot of sleep aunt who would do anything for her niece.

Between the sales manager (Steve) and the general manager (Red ... last name "Neck", I think) I had to take a shower after just talking and texting with them. Red seemed sleazy to me and prideful and mentioned something about his wife driving the Vette that I was considering buying. that killed the deal for me. Steve called me the next day to try to save the deal, but he such sleazy salesman stuff that I had to shut him down and tell him that there was no way that he could save the deal. It was a waste of my time and an overall bad experience. at the end of the day, I ended up buying a newer Z06 from their main competitor.
