I got so tired of trying to put them back on, I started putting them in a box and now I've got about 8 or 10 pieces of random useless plastic items in a box. When I asked about having them replaced, I was told that they weren't included in the warranty. I don't get that. They are NOT wear items, like tires. And the service department has performed more poorly than any other dealership I've ever worked with, unless it is something super routine, like an oil change. Unfortunately, that doesn't bode well for future purchases of a Mitsubishi, at least here.

"the shielding on the rear left and right is cracked where the front wheel house liners attach at the rockers". Additionally on OBD and OBDII and I quote, "Not all monitors show ready for testing without error. EVAP system shows incomplete and thus has not fully passed. The following systems reported codes. Will need further research and and diagnostics for source of codes". And there is more.... I made a deal with Sam, that I have in writing - Palomino was supposed to split the inspection report cost. $300 from each of us. When I confronted Sam with he report he said that the car needs to be driven a while to clear the codes. I decided not to pursue the car based on the report. The car was NOT in saleable condition. They subsequently refused to pay their half of the inspection. How can a person purchase a car when its not ready to be sold? This dealer is not reputable and has a C+ with the BBB for a reason. They do not tell the truth and actually lied which is funny because I have it in writing. Stay clear of this dealer - Caveat Emptor (let the buyer beware)

Greg, the service advisor, even entered the promise date in the system as 7/31 at 3 pm. I got no communication since then and when I went to pick up the car this morning, 8/3 at 8 am on my way to work, Greg, asked me why I came to pick up the car as it is not serviced yet and in fact, it is not even in the queue to be serviced yet. He didn't even offer a loaner car to alleviate the painful situation. It was a rude and hugely disappointing service. I guess familiarity breeds contempt and Greg wanted to keep a familiar, long time customer waiting while prioritizing others. He talks nicely but has poor follow-through. I hope the other service advisors are more professional but I don't have the time to find out. I will be taking it to another dealership for warranty work and routine service from now.

I went there as they gave free estimates, unlike dealerships that charge want $100 deposit just to look at your vehicle. My only complaint is that although the part ordered was guaranteed, the labor to replace the faulty part was not guaranteed. So instead of paying another $100, (in addition to the $400 already paid,) I opted to try to fix the issue on my own, (a car seat that was installed moldy and rusted.) Again, nice family-run business, but as a small business they maybe can't afford the same guarantees as bigger companies.

Took my car in for a recall and naturally they found a couple things to charge me for. They quoted me $2,400.00 for a leaking motor mount. After looking up costs, found out the typical charge to replace motor mounts is between $550.00 and $750.00. Called then back to cancel and the service advisor was adamite that I have it done at the dealership. When informed of the normal market price, she wanted me to make an offer on the service. Obviously, they inflate the cost and unless you call them out; they will rip you off all day long. At the tender age of 77, I replaced the motor mounts myself in my garage for a total cost of $75.00 in about 6 hours. No, not a factory BMW part. Why They don't last over 40k miles. Why replace one headache with another? Bet a factory trained technician with hoist, tools, n help can do the same in less than 2 hours. Not that hard. $2,400.00? The kicker is they were unaware I was planning on replacing the car, buying a new BMW on the same trip. My service experience changed that. Beware of their predatory service tactics. Denny
