I got my oil changed here and I ask the guy working on my car if I could leave for 30 mins and come back for my car. He said yes they'll still be open and my car should be done by then. I come back after 30 mins and they're closed. My car was locked up in the garage and no one in sight. They had my phone number and I never received a phone call telling me they were closing or to come get my car. I had to Uber home and then to work in the morning because my shift started before they opened. When I attempted to get an oil change somewhere else a few months later, they couldn't get the cap to the filter open because Car Spa overtightened it. I had to take it back to Car Spa, the place I vowed to never come back to again. I told them the cap can't be opened and they said they can't do anything about it and that they can't open it either. They said whoever did it last time messed it up and I told them it was them and that they needed to fix the problem. Do not waste your time or money at this place. read more

They are lazy and they stole my car charger. Then when I told the manager my car charger was stolen he accused me of lying and didn't do anything to make it right. Wasn't even a decent wash. Never going back and I only live two blocks away. I now drive out of midtown for my wash. read more

I've been a fan of car spa for a while now, their services are great, the people are really knowledgeable and willing to help, the wait room is really nice- magazines, tv, free coffee, etc. The last time I blew threw I spent a whopping amount but my car was pampered and looked brand new, for a 6 year old car... that isn't half bad! The lady who was checking me out was really sweet and told me that they always have coupons on-line, and gave me a punch card... I LOVE PUNCH CARDS, it makes me feel like I can justify spending so much if i'm eventually going to get some in return, I know I totally fall for it! Also, I love their 48 hour policy... if your car gets dirty they'll wash it for free, YES FREE! :] In fact, my car really needs to be washed, I think i'll be heading that way by the end of the week! read more

I will never come here again!!!! I went to have my car seats and carpet shampooed while I had breakfast at the Breakfast Klub. Later that day there was white residue on my black seats and my car was left with a sour smell. This was Christmas weekend so I was unable to take my vehicle back until Monday. The car was "recleaned", but again the white residue showed up and my car still smelled sour. So I visited the location again and the GM attempted to clean the seats. I was told that they do not use a wetvac to shampoo the seats. Which is what all the places I go to use. Carspa refuses to refund my money because they have cleaned the vehicle. But you returned my car in worse shape than I dropped it off and now I have to go elsewhere to get what you messed up fixed. Absolutely ridiculous. Beware. I will not be back. read more

I have consistently gone here for 9 years since I have lived in Midtown. Not anymore. The wait is over an hour and half to two hours for oil changes (during the week!) and inspections and they failed my 5 year old car for the tint on inspections (seriously?). They are ALWAYS trying to upsell you when you get your oil changed and always trying to repair that rock chip that had repaired THERE several oil changes ago. I'm just OVER it. I used a new place last time for my oil change and it took 20 mins and I was out of there. I appreciate places that value your time and this is not one of them. read more

This place is horrible!!!!!!! Went to get a gold wash and inspection (and added armor all on tires! Thought it was weird someone told me not to pay till I check everything Out on the vehicle and I'm glad i did! They did not wash down the dash or doors or bother to even ask which fragrance I want! Windows were disgusting since they did not bother switching towels to clean thw windows AND there was no armor all! But the real kicker was, when I asked the guy had they done the inspection he said yes when clearly it was the same inspection sticker still on the car! Hilarious! He finally looks at my receipt and says it will be about 5 mins more for the inspection. After about 15 mins a guy comes and tells me my truck is going to fail because there is one lug missing from each tire. That's fine fine I will run home and get the locks and put them on. So I get the keys to leave and there is still nothing done to my truck! Unreal! I go to car washes all the time but never had I been to one this bad! Everyone was rude except the girl taking my money and the was no communication! You would be better of washing the car yourself than letting these people handle it!! read more

I've visted this location twice now and not only do they need a reminder to complete added extras (I.e., interior wipe down, air freshner, etc.), but they also do a suck ass job. I honestly feel like for $5 I could've done better. My car looked smeared and when I mentioned it, they smeared it more. They didn't even remove the bird stains. Not one. Sincerely, don't bother. They charged me $90 to "fix" a crack in the windshield, then gave it back still broken. You can hardly tell they did anything. When I demanded a refund they just made me wait for a manager, which I ended up having to leave because it was already taking so long. I called to follow up and the voicemail is full and when I finally got through they left me on hold 10+ minutes. I feel like they stole my money and made it impossible for me to talk to any management. read more

I just literally got back from there and was inspecting my car and my car for scratched!!!!! Now some may say it might have already been there but I imagine most car owners can also argue that it is something you notice. It's about one centimeter and towards the front of my car's hood which is why I didn't see it when I left. $9 bucks for a wash and tire clean is pretty good. They hand wash windshield before you enter the wash, then hand dry any missed wet spots before you leave. Super sweet employee noticed my tires were low and offered to fill them. I'll be back for my next wash. read more

Great place if you're about slow very minimal effort. They've got a parking lot full of underachieving towel holders that would love to not clean your car. I paid for the most expensive wash on the menu. And here I am windexing half washed bug carcasses off the grill, headlights, mirrors of my car for the past 30 min. Could've sworn I was just at the car wash....anyways moving forward. The "inside detail" was very much trash effort. If the goons in this "car spa" spent half the effort into doing their actual job, as opposed to engaging in low brow inside jokes I may have considered a 2 star review but scoreboard doesn't lie. read more

Awesome Customer Service! Everyone was helpful and polite. I got the Interior Super Clean Detail for 30% off from their website. The interior was left spot less, the coffee stain on my dash was vanished. This detail does come with a outside wash and hand dry as well so my car was clean inside and out. So I bought my boyfriend a gift card to go to the Car Spa, and we went on a Saturday. My boyfriend did make a mistake and leave his ipod touch in the car, and put it in the console. They finished cleaning our car, and we get in to drive off to listen to great music and the ipod touch was gone. We panic, and go on the inside to talk to the cashier, and explain the situation. The manager comes out, and says that he will handle the situation. About 10 minutes passed, and we are standing there talking to the cashier and she says "Im so sorry guys, this happens all the time". She informs us that the staff always steals! They steal peoples navigations systems, ipods, cell phones, etc. We then go to talk to the manager to tell him what she says, and he is like no thats not true, but the look in is eye told me that he was lying. He searched his employees, and it was no help. The never found the ipod, nor care! They called us the next day and tell us that its not their responsibility, and the are not held reliable for what there staff does. On top of that, the car was not even clean. The windows were still dirty, and the inside not clean. I could have hand washed my car myself. THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF, THEY STEAL, AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! read more

I give this business 1 star; went in for inspection & deep clean carpets. I checked onmy car while everyone was done & the glass that tells me that my heater is on - wher I change my gears on the cosnole was cracked & broken. I approached & spoke to the inspeciton guy no one was helpful. they were just hoping I wld. go away. No resolution & they never called me back or returned my calls. Very unprofessional, quantity is the game NO quality of professionalism nor how to run a REAL businness. Such a shame b/c the workers do a decent job. But lack of ownership is more important. I woke right by this place. It used to be well run. Now I go and it takes them an hour for what should take 20 minutes. I then get my car and it is still dirty. They have employees with their pants hanging down past their waste. The manager, Javier, here's my complaint, and then walks off. I complain again, and he walks off. Never once does he offered a gift card, a solution, or does he put his hands on the problem. Lots of customers are behind now. Aweful Managment and service. Came here to get my oil changed and my inspection done. During the free car wash part one of the employees stole money out of my car. I usually keep a couple bucks in my center consul for valet or if I have to tip someone. When I got back in my car and drove back to work I noticed that the money was gone. I would not recommend this place. The first time I took my car here there was some change stolen from my car. And the vacuum job they did on my car was horrible. I complained to management who told me that they felt the vacuum was fine and that they have a sign warning to take anything of value out of my car. About a year later I hoped things would have gotten better and I went back. This time my daughters ring was stolen out of my backseat. I again complained and again was told that I should take anything of value out of my car. Each item was under $10 value that was stolen. If I take my car to get washed I take my purse with me but I don't want to worry about having to take anything worth over a dollar out. read more

They're quick on Oil changes. Great quick car wash. Customer Service could be a little better, But hey, Its kind of like a mechanic shop, so I don't expect it. I've never actually had my car washed at this car wash/service station/gas station hybrid but I have stopped by here to get gas and when I needed help with my car. I stopped here twice because I got a flat and didn't know how to change my own tires (I know, I know). The attendants at the service station were more than willing to help me get back on the road and put on my do-nut tire for me without any hesitation. They were nice and friendly through out the whole service. The gas prices on the other hand, are pretty ridiculous. You're better driving around looking for cheaper options. read more

I came here to get a car wash on a Sunday, was very surprised to see no line. I pulled in, asked for a wash and was told I'd be out in 20 mins. It's been 30 mins, they haven't started on my vehicle. When I asked why they hadn't washed my truck I was told they were looking for someone to vacuum it, smh. I don't like the service or the experience here. Both times I have had to ask about the status of my car, because the time estimate I received (45 minutes) was less than half the time it actually took. I'm super sad I can't give this place a good review! I went in with a coupon that apparently didn't apply to the service I purchased. The front desk lady was really nice about it and gave me another coupon to utilize. I thought this is going to be my new go to place! When I got my car back though it was HORRIBLE...I had to have them wipe down the entire exterior...THEN when I got inside it looked like it hadn't even been done. Nothing was wiped down, door jams were dirty, and it was hardly vacuumed . You could see dirt in the seats!. The person cleaning my car said if I wanted this type of material cleaned I needed to get a shampoo next time...it's a Honda dude....not a Maserati.
