I think this location has gone down in value. I was surprised to see it just had a two star rating. I use to think of this as a great place. Now they don't even give rain checks. Well I'm not on a membership program and this will only make me end up going there less. To me raise your price $2 and give the client the service they deserve! I paid $20 for a platinum wash and tip the guy $4. Within say 4 hours I was caught in a rain storm and decided 30 hours later to drive there to get a rain check wash but was told they stopped doing those 30 days ago. No discloses just a silent no more . Anyhow I'll be looking else where for my services. Definitely won't be taking chances on weather. One of the workers stated one only way the dirt would come off my car was with a solution and clay towel. I explained no it wasn't washed properly. He would not run it back through the car wash and to top it off wanted to charge $60 an hour to get dirt off with solution and clay towel. I told him no and called the customer service number but haven't heard from them. When I got home I got a wet paper towel and the dirt came off my car. Initially, I was a little perturbed by my experience, but the manager, Trey, made things right. When I got fuel and signed up for a car wash, I got the $19 package. I assume that would include at least a basic vacuum. It did not! So when I wanted to get the vacuum added, they took me up to the $35 package... But there was a $25 package that gave the same services. I was somewhat Confused that the information wasn't conveyed at the pump where I got the gas but ultimately the manager stepped in, and gave me a very nice package for no additional charge. For $35 I got a full wash and detail, AND the manager looked at a spill I had on my carpet and said he would personally clean my car to get it handled. People here were nice, chill and straight forward. You aren't paying for a luxury experience like you do at Tommy Terrific's, for instance. But Tommy Terrific's doesn't clean carpets. And I'm pretty sure at places like that, you're paying for a nice place to sit inside while you wait for your car to get cleaned. Wash obviously needs maintenance! Not only the wash but the entire machine! My wheel came off the track twice! While I was in the car! Explained my experience to the manager and of course he was quick to tell me it must of been my car not his machine . Really dude? Look at my hood. If you like scratches all around your brand new car after its very first wash, this is the place for you! I just brought my brand new black Infiniti QX80 for its first carwash to this location earlier today. After the wash, I went to grab some groceries and was walking back to my car and noticed a few scratches on the rear passenger door. Upon further inspection, I found scratches ALL AROUND my car! I called them in a panic and told them what had happened. They told to bring the vehicle over so they could look at it. I went back and the Unit Gm, Josh (according to his card) met me as I pulled in. I showed him the scratches and we both walked around the vehicle, finding scratches all over it. Not little scratches, he said that some were so bad he wouldn't be able to buff them out. Remember, this is a brand new car and this was the first time I had it washed. He then placed blame on my dealership, but of course I inspected the vehicle thoroughly upon delivery of such an expensive purchase and these scratches obviously occurred during the wash. "It wasn't the machine, or everyone's car would be scratched" and "it can't be from our towels because we only move in one direction" were the excuses I received, whatever that means. Uh huh. Anyway, he had offered to buff the softer scratches out, but we both agreed, as my anger rose to the surface, that it was probably best he not touch my car again. So the district manager for Car Spa sent me an email after reading my first 2 star review. He was genuinely concerned and offer me a free was to make things right. I thought that was really classy and showed a real concern for my critique. I humbly declined the free wash, because I didn't want to be treated with any special consideration. I told him that I would give Car Spa another chance. That turned out to be a mistake. When I arrived I was greeted by Tony, a seemingly nice guy who began rattling off choices of the washes like a seasoned auctioneer. At this point the Grande Red-Eye coffee I had just picked up hadn't quite kicked in. In act of desperation I asked him to stop selling and just point out the selection that would give me a basic wash and tire bright. Tony pointed out the $24.99 version and warned me that it would be 20 minutes before it would be ready. Without the benefit of caffeine coursing through my veins I had no fight in me and left Tony my car. As I wandered around the lobby I came across the wash menu. After much scrutiny I decided to ask the young lady behind the counter if there were other options for a wash and tire bright other than the $24.99 version. "Oh, sure... there's this one for $16.99." With that, I asked to speak to the manager. Josh came out and in a wide eyed look asked me what the problem was. After a few minutes of explaining to Josh what the issue was he agreed to coach Tony on how not to badger customers in to buying more wash than what they request. Listen people of West Plano! First and last time there. I paid for platinum plus service (interior, exterior, waxing). After 30 mins, they pulled my car and said it was done. Took my key from the receptionist and to my surprise, the dashboard was half wiped, the door interior was not touched, back seat still had chocolate milk trace from my kids. I called for a manager to inspect and this was my greatest surprise. After admitting that the job was half done, he said how they are extra busy with only 4 employees and 50 cars an hour and 400 cars a day!! And it is normal to do mistakes. I told him how it ain't my problem that they are busy, they should still provide the service I requested. Then, another surprise, he told me "why don't you come and give us a hand". This is when I was speechless. I just told him that I will review them badly and he did not care. His response, "we will just reply to your review and say we refined the problem". Wow. Looks like they have so much business that they don't care to finish the job right and worse, how they talk to customers and offering them to come back and help. read more

I have been getting my oil changed and cars inspected at this location since 2009. Today January 25, 2024 I went in to get an oil change. I pulled up to the bay and parked my car like I have done for the last 15 years. The guy inside the shop motioned for me to pull my car forward into the bay (first time in 15 years that this happened) I complied. I drove forward and he was glaring at me the motioned to go to the left and I did he then started shaking his head and acting angry. I had just got there hadn't said word to him. Then he motioned to stop and told the other guy just forget it. Told me to get out of the car. I asked him why he was upset at me when I had not done anything wrong. He said he wasn't angry when he clearly was. The other guy started laughing and so did the manager. Complete bullies and it's clear to me that they are friends with the Plano Police Department and target innocent people that the cops do not like. Honestly, I think this place is awesome. I've gotten several oil changes here the past few years, per my dad's recommendation. These folks are always so kind and professional. They get my oil changed, and any other details(tire pressure, air filter, wash, etc) all completed between 10-20 min. I also always do a drive-up with no appointment. They're always prepared and ready for me. I highly recommend. I usually call ahead just to make sure they have everything they need for my truck (bc it's diesel) before I come. I must say that Ryan The GM went out of his way to resolve the issue quickly to my complete satisfaction. Ryan needs to be commended on his customer service skills. I went in for my car inspection. It was a rainy day, so they were not too busy since they mainly do car detailing. When I walked up to the counter, and stated what I needed a technician came over right away and asked for my keys. Nice, but give me a second to get situated buddy. About 5 minutes later, another tech came and called me by car make and model. I was the only one there, so... Anyway, he said that my top brake light was out, and then made it sound like it was going to cost a fortune, and that he could fail me and I could go to Auto Zone and get it, etc. I appreciated the concern, but was more concerned about getting the inspection done. When I walked out there, the other tech already had the light dismantled, and he said it would only be a $6 bulb. No problem! They changed it for me, and I was on my way in 10 minutes. They give a free car wash with your inspection. Since it was raining, they gave me a rain check through the end of the month. read more

Worst oil change experience ever. Place looks really nice and great location but.... Oil change is advertised with big banners for 24.99. Kid explains to me what service is coming up on my vehicle and that it will need 6qts of synthetic oil. Didn't say a word about price. Of course he tries to sell me a new air filter when I could see mine was still good. I drop the car off and run an errand. I come back to pick up the car and the bill is $75!! For a simple oil change?! I have never spent more than $40 on an oil change in my life. I asked why it was so expense and they said because it needed 6qts of the upgraded oil which was $35 up charge. I was getting my car serviced and cleaned here regularly, but the change in management has made this place go downhill. Took my car in for oil change and car wash and I pay $13 extra to have them do the interior windows, every time. Got in the car after waiting an hour when they were not that busy (been there when it was far busier) and the interior hadn't been done at all. I asked for a refund because I couldn't wait for them any longer and "manager" said he would give me $5 back, but then couldn't figure out how to refund it. He was disrespectful and completely ignorant about customer service or the system they use in the shop. After years of getting my car serviced here, I will never come back. I had to wait over two hours for an oil change and wax job. And they were not busy, but what annoyed me most is that on the trip home my tire sensor went off. It showed the drivers side tires were inflated to 42 and the passengers side showed inflated to 32. I didn't go back but did drive to Discount Tire who corrected the problem. read more

I hope the owners read this! while I really like the car wash I want a menu on the website just like the menu on the wall inside because it is not confusing about the services, where the little brochures are. Please post all services on the website! Just plain common sense to do so and be more customer centric. I have issue with every car wash since returning to Texas leaving discoloration spots on the black rubber and plastic. I drive a 2015 Mazda3 and never had that happen in Virginia. Originally from Texas and left for a time for jobs. This car wash I have used 3 times and will go back as the quality of products for my car are good and no marks. According to the dealership, eventually the discoloration with be permanent and cannot repair that. The team all mean well and try to do their best. Hard working group. The bad reviews I have read are nothing to give a bad review about. So, not to worry. Since this car wash always tries and use products safe for my car, I am a customer now. read more

Had 2 windshield wipers on my car upon arrival at car spa. After wash, pay and drive home, found 1 wiper was gone from my vehicle (6 month old vehicle). Same story as many customers, they deny and put blame on customer. All I would like is my wiper back, not unreasonable to ask for ones own property back according to state law and common sense. When I went to the place. They cleaned me car and removed my front Toyota car mats and forgot to put one back. It costs $129.00 to replace them as a pair. The General Manager wouldn't replace them emend know it was one of his employees that was responsible. Make sure all of your mats are in your car when you get in your car after your wash!! read more

I took my wife's cart to get washed and as the inside cleaning is being done, I notice two employees waving for me to come to the car. They hand me an envelope and I soon learned my wife forgot to tell me she had been to the bank that morning and had a LARGE amount of cash plus a check from a real estate closing that was under the drivers floor mat. The employees could have keep the cash and check and we never would have know where either disappeared to. This act defines integrity. Not many car wash employees would do the same.
