Been coming here for years. Not always a good job. Sometimes a poor job but they try to correct. This last, they couldn't remove my antenna by hand so they used pliers and stripped off paint and scraped metal. In raising my concern to the manager, his response was, "that's what happens when we have to use pliers and there is metal on metal contact. I don't know what else to say." First time here. Came to get an oil change and detail. I knew I didn't need a full oil change just to top it off but the guy explained after checking my oil to not due so for another 1000 miles and save my money. Also asked manager in charge of detail about getting stains out of my seats in the truck. He suggested using a steam cleaner first rather than spending $200.00. They still topped off my windshield fluid and I still got basic detail. Overall express delightful and I appreciate a staff that tells the truth rather than ripping people off. The car wash it self does a good job washing your car for the price. I've been coming here for years. But one day they broke my door handle & didn't even tell me. I went back up there & the manager (Ahmed) told me I'd need to speak w a manager (Manuel) I called & went up there for a month & couldn't get a manager to help me. & several times when I called they told me a Manuel doesn't work there. A month and a half later when I finally found them up there they refused to pay for my door handle, saying it would have been impossible for any of them to have broken it. I've been here a couple times for both an oil change and car wash. Besides having competitive prices and a comfortable waiting area, I've been floored by one employee - Ryan, in the maintenance shop. He's always been friendly and helped explain what exactly I'm paying for and what it's supposed to do - no BSing here. He keeps the up selling to a minimum and does a great job. There was an awful odor - like the smell of something that died - coming through the vents of my car. It got worse over the last few days so I went to car spa desperate for a solution. Ahmed was fabulous! He opened the hood of my car and looked underneath only to discover a dead mouse trapped under my hood. He put on gloves, wrapped a cloth around his face, tossed the rodent and the trash. Then, he sprayed the interior over and above the fragrance with my cleaning package. $228 for an oil change hand wash and a full interior cleaning. I wanted my seats steam cleaned. Besides the truck still being muddy, the interior was muddy in spots, door panels still muddy, and exterior still muddy. Of course I'm not happy. I pay your for a service and you half ass it. Both of my vehicles got half assed. Just leave it with us sir we will take care of it. NO should of did it right the first time. Your business logic of quantity over quality sucks. I went in for a vehicle inspection and came out with that plus my windshield dings repaired and a clean car. I drove up and found Roland which took care of me. He fixed my windshield dings for a reasonable price. With that purchase, I got a $12.99 valued car wash and a vacuum service for free. They do such a good job at car spa. I didn't even have to take out my trash first, they did that for me. Then I got $5 off my vehicle inspection with the receipt from the ding repair. The idea is for them to give you a cleaner car back... Nope my car actually was dirtier... I ended up cleaning it myself. I waited 2 hours for a dirtier car. Next time I'll just wash it myself at home and only spend about 15 dollars on stuff doing it and about 1 hour or less. This place is a joke. read more

Don't go here unless you want to get robbed. Went for a basic $29.99 oil change, was charged $35 extra for synthetic oil and was not even told. My total was $65 and I didn't even know until I received the receipt and needed to pay. The manager, Jeremy, was a total joke and wouldn't give a discount or anything despite me not giving consent to use synthetic oil and be charged an extra $35. I got a car wash just yesterday. I know, I know, you're wondering why I would do such a crazy thing due to the nonstop rainfall we've been experiencing. Well, let me placate you with my explanation. Sure, they run it through the automatic exterior wash and it looks sparkling clean for a few seconds before I get rain marks. However, what has your mother told you all your life? "It's what's on the inside that counts!" Well, how true that is. The interior was filthy (quit judging me, I said "THE interior," not "MY interior," I was awesome enough to take someone else's car to get a special cleanse); regardless of how the outside was going to look within moments of leaving due to the possibility of rain, the interior needed the TLC. Really needed it. So, I took it to Car Spa (as I usually do) because they have always done a great job in the past and they didn't fail me this time either. They weren't as busy as they typically were, of course (I shouldn't have to remind you about the rain), so it was an extra thorough clean. The gentleman even took the time out to recommend a carpet shampoo next time because it's a little dirty (he's so polite). I got the Interior Super Clean package for ~$44 but spent only ~$30 because they (almost) always have 30% off coupons on their website, carspa.net (yes, .net, I double checked for you, you're welcome). PRINT it out, though - and stuff it in your pocket (or neatly fold it, whichever) - your memory will thank me for this later. Don't try the Hobby Lobby approach by pulling out your phone. It won't work. However, if in 2016 you don't have a printer, don't fret; you can also find their little car spa coupons at many local businesses around the area. Oh shoot, did that coupon expire in May of 1985? No worries, mate, they'll accept that coupon even if it came from the neanderthal from the Geico commercials. So go on, go get your car washed. Never coming here again. All I wanted was the inside wiped down. I have a brand new truck off the lot. It doesn't need "the new car smell", it has the new car smell. It just had some mud around the doors from climbing in and out. They said my car was ready and all the did was run it through the automated wash. There was still dust on the dash. Save your money and run it through a gas station carwash before taking it to carspa. An elementary student fundraising carwash would be more quality than this place. read more

The wait time is ridiculous for the quality of work they do. Also the guy told us one and a half hours which is fine. We went to eat and came back and saw our truck sitting with no attendant, so we just asked if it was done or not. The lady at the front called on the walkie to ask how much longer and the guy responded "I told them 3, 3 and a half hours" with MAJOR attitude. Its not a big deal for us to wait, but don't be rude about it. Also the walkie was turned all the way up, so everyone in the waiting room could hear. It was just rude. read more

The staff was nice and the guy who dried the car, cleaned inside up, shined up the tires and cleaned the windows did his part & was adequate so I tipped him because I can't blame him that the car wasn't completely cleaned & i didn't expect him to hand wash it. I think the Car Spa should invest in a different type of Spa or cleaning Bay, the one they have isn't the best and if it weren't for the hard working staff after your car leaves the washing bay customers would truly complain often. I have a GMC Acadia and I take it to a $10 touchless car wash in Pearland and I don't have to do anything other than clean my interior when I get out of that bay, so I was completely confused as to why my Nissan Maxima had places which were obviously untouched and also touched too hard, the man said it looked like oh maybe someone opened their car door and hit mine, well that's impossible as I just purchased the car and have not parked near any other cars other than my GMC which no one entered, I'm sure it was the car wash bay or someones shammy wasn't clean, since it wasn't the worse scratch and nothing to make a scene over I just thought I should suggest as I read that others seem to have mysterious scratches occur also, Car Spa should look into touch less car wash bay or softer cloths in the car wash bay and for staff to be sure they are shaking out shammys or not using interior shammys on outside of cars like if they have just cleaned the dash board or cup holders don't wipe down the outside of car they could have picked up some debris which could scratch the car or if they shammy door jams be careful to clean or use another shammy because that shammy may have debris which can scratch a car. And maybe after so many cars the shammy should be rinsed out or not used; not sure what would work best. Overall I would say for $28.99, umm if majority of that money goes to the guy outside in the sun busting his butt then I'm ok, with it but since I'm sure it doesn't I'm not OK, with that price for the results because for a 15 minute drive to Pearland, $10 and a few drops of my own sweat I could have achieved way better results. I know you get great reviews and you are other wise doing a great job & I don't take that from your company. I'm not angry,or seeking anything because in reading the reviews I was on the fence and had a feeling things could turn out 50/50, Thank God for Yelp!!! My car looked fantastic after visiting Car Spa. I had the seats shampooed and can't believe they got a coffee stain out of our seats. I recommend calling ahead to find out the wait time or getting picked up from there while your car is getting cleaned. I had to wait a couple hours but will plan better next time. I like how they keep your car's information so you don't have to tell them each time you go. They also provide all the services you need for your car, but I didn't like how they kept trying to sell me stuff just because I was a girl. It started to annoy me when I kept having to say no. I keep up with my cars and I do the necessary maintenance and tuneups so I knew I didn't need all the stuff they were trying to sell me. But overall they are convenient. read more

Car Spa is getting bad to worse to highly unethical. First they lose the inspection record for my vehicle and then they make it sound as if it is my fault and that I need to bring it back for another inspection and pay for it again. They "magically" found the inspection records only after I became persistent about them finding what I paid for. Then they damage my new car oil pan when they changed the oil and the engine started leaking oil. When I returned the vehicle to them for a leak inspection, they unethically claimed to have put the wrong oil and wanted me to pay for the cost of another oil change even through they changed the oil only 300 miles earlier. They lied to me with a straight face that replacing the regular oil with the more expensive synthetic oil will stop the leak. I of course refused and took the car to a mechanic who after inspecting it, discovered that Car Spa personnel removed the washer from the pan screw and that is why it started leaking after they changed the oil. It took my mechanic less than 5 minutes to add a washer and stop the leak. After repeated bad to worsening and unehical experiences at Car Spa, unprofessional and untruthful conduct my their employees, and arrogance by their car inspectors, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY from Car Spa. I am not satisfied with their overall service, but I do believe they sort of tried to give good customer service. Because it is machine wash and not hand wash, all the bug splatter on the front of my car is still there. As they were wiping down the car, some of their blue cloth got stuck in the headlights. They even blamed me for it, which I was not happy with. After I made some noise, they offered to have me come in the next day and take out the headlights and remove the tiny blue cloth that is now permanently jammed into the headlights, but for obvious reasons I will not be coming here again. read more

Had the "Full Service Silver Package" done after inspection - the photos tell you all you need to know. Tons of dirt and grime left both inside and outside. And they forgot the air freshener. Oh - and now there is a mysterious scratch on the rear bumper with the paint chipped off. They claim no responsibility, yet it was fine before it went through their machine. I have used CarSpa many times for a car wash and the do a good job at a fair price. The same is true for state inspections. Buyer beware of their oil change service. I took my 2009 Corolla in for an oil and oil filter change one week ago. They put 6 quarts of oil in the crankcase, when the max fill with new filter is 4.4 quarts for a 2009 Corolla. So glad I checked the oil level when I got home. I drained the excess oil from the crankcase. read more

They spared me the the suggested "extras" that oil change places always insist you add such as the cabin filter and air filter. Their waiting area is spacious, clean, and comfortable as well. My husband had to instruct them as to which tool to use, so they don't need to "break" it Then the windshield wiper dislodged the second we left and scratched the window. I brought my vehicle in for an inspection, oil change and platinum plus wash on 10/17/15 and spent $124.08. My vehicle was not cleaned very well and had major bugs still on the front. The manager signed and stamped my receipt for a $28.99 rewash whenever I wanted to come back. No timeframe was given. I went back on 12/5/15 only to be turned away. The manager on duty would not even come out and see me in the line. He sent someone else to tell me they would not honor it, but I could come back later and see the general manager (like when it was really busy instead of 8am in the morning). Behind me were my son and husband who were both coming to have their vehicles cleaned and detailed. Needless to say, I didn't get my wash that was promised and Car Spa also lost out on two other vehicles that day. Lastly, this all happened after I tried them for the first time. read more

I got here at 6 on a Sunday, at first i thought it was closed but it wasn't i just had to pull up to the right side to get an interior cleaning. The person that i pulled up to told me they will do both for 27$. I agreed. I also agreed to 4 bucks extra for side cleaning. Cant really remember what is was four. I went inside grabbed a drink and came back outside. When i went out i saw the nice people working on my car.. so i thought i should help out for the trunk. I started putting everthing in a box so the guys wouldnt have to work to hard. I was very pleased with the end result.
