I first found Car time inc a couple months ago when I was looking to buy a used vehicle. The minute I walked on the lot all of the staff was so helpful and attentive... (and I can be pretty picky and specific about what I'm looking for) so their patience and willingness to work with me was much appreciated. Through their help I was able to find just the right vehicle for me and it was perfect! In great condition and drove great! That's why I was devastated when two weeks ago the car was totaled in an accident. Right away I called Sima to let her know I would be coming back to purchase another vehicle because I had such a great experience with them before. The atmosphere is very welcoming when you get there and unlike other car dealers where you have to find someone to help you, at Car Time Inc. they come to you! We had the pleasure of being helped by a gentleman named Seer who is the general manager and was so helpful and informative though the whole process! Anytime we have had questions or concerns we were welcomed with open arms from the owner Sam and he was awesome in helping us get our second car. Its a straight scam I came in trying to buy a car for 8,000 they said the bank didn't approve but that they approved a car of 11,000 the manager is very rude he showed me a car on the website then when we were gonna check it out he said we don't have it I told him "oh you don't have it thank you for your time tried to shake his hand but nope forced me to stay made me look at another car I didn't say yes or no to it and he proceeded to say let's check it out & that's when I was done told him I'm done u js want ur commission & left they decided to not give me the information that I provided to them back my dad stayed there decided to get a car for himself & they decided to use MY CARD without my authorization. Great service! Ehsan was wonderful, ready with keys to test drive any vehicle i wanted. The car i came for was getting detailed and he even drove me over to check it out. Once i decided to buy Sima was there to assist. She had gotten me several offers from finance companies and having not so great credit actually got me a better rate than any other dealership. As we finished up paperwork Ehsan went to fill up my tank! Sima also called later that evening and assurred me anything wromg with the vehicle to bring it back and they would take care of it for me! Overall besr service i have had from a dealership. I definitely plan on buying other vehicles here. And if ypu dont see it on their lot they have a bigger inventory of cars not to far away. I saw my Lexus RX 300 on car Guru. I called the number provided on there and spoke to Sima she was so nice. I scheduled an appointment with her she referred her sales associate Yesi , we test drove the Lexus. I liked the car they allowed me to give them a personal check and held it until the funds cleared the bank. They were very trusting and okay with me driving off with the car. I have a small balance and they are willing to allow me to pay interest free installments. They detailed my car for me and fixed the items I asked them to. Absolutely horrible experience! I bought a car from this dealership, and it was nothing but trouble from day one. The car looked fine on the outside, but within days, it started having major engine issues that they clearly knew about but didn't disclose. The salesman was all smiles, promising me a "great deal," but once I drove off the lot, it was like pulling teeth to get any help. They refused to fix the issues, and I'm left with a lemon that's cost me thousands in repairs.
