This is the only place that I can find that still fill up co2. I came here on a Tuesday afternoon to fill up my 5 lb co2 for my planted tank. There was parking in front so parking was not a issue. When I walk in the front office, the lady was talking to another customer so I just waited. Not a big deal. The lady check out my tank and was able to refill it. The only things is that the price they charge seem to be a lot for a 5 lb co2. 23 dollars for 5lb. Oh well. They are a okay place to go for a quick refill of co2 tank. As a new home brewer, I was trying to find my way in the world of CO2 suppliers. Tried a local shop up here in RWC - $47 plus a two day wait to fill the tank. Decided to try out Carbonic despite the 25 minute drive each way. $27 bucks and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. This place rocks! These folks are really great. They helped me get all the fittings I needed when I was setting up a system at home. Buying syrup from them has always been hassle-free. They also repaired a broken carbonator for me (tank replacement); it wasn't exactly cheap but they didn't gouge me on the cost. Good fast friendly service. 5 Lbs CO2 refill for $24.. bit pricey sounding but alliance charges $30 and that's an exchange! Here you get to keep your own canister. I had to part with mine when trying a refill at the local homebrew shop. I was desperate and had to settle for an exchange. I'll be coming back here unless I find a (much) better price. i have been using this company for years but as of late their service is horrible. it takes days and days of phone calls to receive delivery and the attitude of the people on the phone is "who cares because we dont". they don't return phone calls and just try to charge more and more money for a service they should have already done. and then they try and excuse it by saying they have a new driver. that is not my problem. horrible customer service read more

I think their CO2 prices, especially for smaller 20oz. tanks (which fit my SodaStream carbonator), are outrageous. They said they charge the same $18.00 for *all sizes* up to 5 gallons. I can only assume that they don't want my business. read more

Today I had my new CO2 tank filled by them. I just got it as part of a homebrew kegging kit I got for Christmas. They were helpful and very fast, but they were quick to get me out and on my way. Since this was the first time this bottle had been filled or first time ive dealt with any sort of gas tank, I expected some sort of saftey lecture or at least advice. They now do 5-year testing on site. They have a state of the art ultrasonic examination machine which means they don't empty the tank and fill it full of water. They can examine full tanks so you don't loose that expensive gas you paid good money for. read more

Excellent service. I went to purchase a CO2 tank to refill some smaller tanks and they set me up fast. They even stayed a little bit later before a holiday weekend to get me all set up. We have an ice machine lease with them, and the last time I called, the receptionist is knowledgeable, but her attitude was like "just tell me what you need and hang up already, i got better things to do than to listen to your needs and issues." Not Impressed. I'm surprised others had such great service experience cuz mine was not good. Should've gotten her name....
