    To Whom It May Concern,…read more I am writing to formally request an immediate escalation and a call from the district manager responsible for the Lowe's Brokaw store regarding an ongoing, unresolved kitchen project and three mis‑scoped appliances. After a flood in our home, we began a kitchen project with the Brokaw store. From the start, the experience has been extremely frustrating. There were incorrect measurements, incorrect scoping, delayed installation, and months later our kitchen is still not completed. Despite our repeated attempts to move the project forward, we have not received timely, coordinated support. In addition, three appliances were incorrectly scoped and sold to us as part of this project. We have tried several times to return these appliances through the store, but we have been repeatedly given conflicting information and "the runaround." No one at the store is willing to take ownership of resolving the situation or clearly explain the path forward.

Instead of offering help she simply looked at me and directed another employee to assist me, despite appearing to be available at the time. As a customer expect courteous and attentive service, and unfortunately, this interaction fell short of that expectation. I hope management addresses this issue and reinforces the importance of providing helpful and respectful customer service.

So, I was extremely disappointed today when I placed a mixed order--half pickup, half delivery--and the app failed. When I arrived to pick it up, the check-in button didn't work, so I had to call Customer Service to assist notify the staff. (Also letting them know about the bug on the mobile app) Once the staff member finally brought out my order, she treated me with complete dismissiveness; letting me know that she didn't receive any notifications. When I explained the app glitch--as if my half hour waiting in the car was some cosmic insult. Customer Service, thankfully, was fantastic--kind and responsive--so it's a shame the store experience was so dismal. I hope you fix this before your reputation--like your app--completely crashes. Why 2 stars instead of 1? Well, the customer service associate was exceptionally attentive, professional, and most importantly she did her job time 10. There's room for improvement Home Improvement.
