They don't sell singles although they display them everywhere, on top of that, they were opening a case of booster boxes when we came in?... so they're telling me they don't sell singles and only sell sealed, but are opening packs for the singles? They charged me for packs and didn't include the packs in the bag... I left town and they don't answer their phone. Overall, the place is a dump, the workers don't gaf about their customers, I would NEVER go to this place again. This place is great if you want value. Came in here to grab some Pokémon boosters packs. They have a lot of etbs, collection, and sets that are not sold anywhere. At least in the stores. Sonny is pretty cool and collective. Just ask any questions and he will be more than to answer it for you. Sure he is blunt and straight forward but I like how he tells you what it is. The biggest thing disappointment is that they don't sell singles that are on display. I saw a card that I really like. Which is too bad. Hopefully that will change in near future. I had the pleasure of meeting Sonny at this location and his prices were pretty fair. Located in a large open lot with a big sign so you can't miss it. Came by a couple of times and his staff was always nice and friendly. They are usually open in the afternoons, looking super busy but as long as you bring cash; you will be able to make some purchases. read more

First off this place is a dumpster , I came in to buy a starter pack for SOA Weiss Schwarz , priced at 25$ right below next to the rest that were priced between 18-25$. Complete sh$& show! Boxes on top of boxes all over the place. Barely any room to move. Thought I'd support local business and buy some commons for my deck. $2 a card!! What a rip. My son bought a pack of Pokemon cards for $4, but as we were driving home, I noticed UNUSUAL abnormalities about the pack such as the seal holding the pack together and the corner of the packs. Lo and behold we open the deck and not only is there no holo, but the cards as far as uncommon, common, energy, and rare were out of order. Evidence strongly suggest Card Rush searches their pack. The only this store knows how to do is to rip you off. They have cards listed online for $1 and then they proceed to charge you $4 in person. I've been coming here for a couple of months, but when they charged me $2 for a 10 cent card is when I draw the line. The service is mediocre at best and they rarely greet you. Don't be fooled by the lure of free Yugioh tournaments in this dump! the owner is rude, inconsiderate and doesn't allow anyone to trade cards even though this is a trading card game! Last time I went here for a Yugioh sneak peek tournament way back in 2010, this crazy Asian girl, I believe her name was ceceilia, called the cops on me and was accusing me of sexually harassing her! At first I thought it was one of my friends from my locals in Laguna hills offering me a trade! I looked behind me only to have ceceilia yell something at me about taking over the duel terminal machine too long and buying out all the cards inside! Then she runs over to the guy behind the counter, grabs their phone and calls the cops on me to accuse me of sexually harassing her! What the hell!? She touched me! And When the cops came to talk to me and swipe my id, Thats when I told the cops that Cecilia came up from behind me and tried to seduce me by rubbing my back and trying to get me off of the duel terminal machine and then yelled at me when I told her to get away from me! Thank god the cops were nice and helped me file a report on her! That's when I left and never looked back! My husband and I went here to see about getting some first gen Pokémon cards appraised. Surprisingly for a store specializing in trading cards and tournaments, they really have no idea about what they're trying to sell or promote. First off the first generation Pokémon cards don't have a "1" on the corner. Like seriously, if you're doing this for a living do some research on your product. And secondingly when I asked about YuGiOH cards, that took up most of the store, the employee had absolutely no idea about any of the cards or their value. Not only that, but the employee we spoke to was extremely rude and uncaring, like he wanted to be rid of us. We simply wanted to know how much our cards were worth and potentially maybe even sell them a few. If anyone wants to buy cards for a tournament or just something to add to their collection. Go somewhere else. You will get ripped off at this store and they really have no idea about their product. read more

I've been a regular at this store and spend a few hundred here. But today really was a big disappointment. And prob my last time buying here. I wanted to buy a few MTG cards for my deck and noticed they were pricing it a few dollars more than what they were going for. I did buy some cards from here but they do business all bothersome. They talk to you like you are wasting their time and don't know about the collectible card market. And good luck asking to see a card(s) because they will not showcase if you don't fully commit to the purchase. Dude, I was only asking to see 1 card and they wouldn't take it out "from the back" if I was not going to purchase it. People who work at these collectibles establishments should share the same enthusiasm as their buyers. Seriously did they run out of spaces to put these boxes in the back? Anyways, I asked for prices for tin box Pokémon deck and they would quote me between $35 to $40. This place has fallen so low. It used to be spacious last time I was in the shop(back at the previous location) and now it's basically a sweatshop. "Employees" spend their day opening packs and the sales floor is practically COVERED in their boxes, they have a spacious back, so I don't understand why they can't do that their. This place I feel is ran by people who are in it for the money only. Granted, I am only a pokemon collector so I cant speak for yugioh or magic collectors, but the owners just dont know what they're talking about. They have cards that are priced way way way above market asking price and I wonder how they feel telling me that price..? The other staff can't help me when it comes to specific questions about prices, it's always a witchhunt when it comes to finding the price of their own inventory. So I have two boys and apparently Pokemon and yu-gi-oh are all the rage nowadays. So the offspring have been talking about this store because all their buddies at school tell them the best places to buy cards, sleeves, and deck boxes. Knowing that if I brought them with me I'd be here for hours. So I decided on my day off to venture in and see if the store had what my boys wanted. And sure enough they did. Massive selection and awesome customer service. Immediately I was greeted by someone and gave him a list of 5 cards that my boys asked for. He found them all and actually at almost the exact price I found them for on Amazon. He was super helpful and fast. I got everything my boys asked for and then some. I should also mention that on the weekends they have regular tournaments, which my boys now want to attend. Lol. I'll probably be the only girl there! Definitely will be back! read more

Been here twice and receive the same vibe they don't want me there. First time I got a few packs asked if theres a list of cards I want they then went in the back and said I can choose from the given packs feel like they weigh their packs. Second time asked to write a list of what I'm looking for. Both times employees just sitting around a table opening MTG packs like they are looking for rare cards. Shop is 80% full of boxes of cards that aren't for sale, just sitting there all common cards. read more
