Our family has been going to this service center for many, many years, and we've consistently had positive experiences. The new manager, Chance, along with the team of auto mechanic technicians, have been incredibly helpful, reasonable, and professional. From jump-starting a dead battery and installing a new one quickly, to completing much-needed last-minute repairs on our son's truck before he returned to college, and most recently, thoroughly investigating an emergency notification light on one of our vehicles -- they've gone above and beyond every time. Finding trustworthy and qualified mechanics is not easy, and knowing we can rely on the Mobile Trumbull Service Center right here in our town is both comforting and greatly appreciated. Supposedly it was sent out & returned without if there was a problem or repaired; sent out 2nd time just to find out it was initially what I mentioned. The receptionist never once called me with at least a status of my vehicle. Worked there for years & still don't know about customer care? Towed out to Nissan fixed & done in 3days.

What a difference! You can tell very quickly that he is knowledgeable and he is a fantastic communicator (teacher-like). He had me hold off on one of the repairs that the Fairfield garage told me to do (which would have been $1,000). Through friends, I know he is amazingly honest and this is reinforced by our discussions about my vehicles. His location in Bridgeport can feel a little off the beaten path for the Fairfield crowd, but if you can see past this, you will not want to go to anyone else.
