To recap: Deposit paid on Tuesday, 4/9, car paid in full on Friday, 4/12. My husband watched on 4/12 from the parking lot as they drove the car out quickly to get gas in it, run it through a car wash and, hastily "detail" it. The dealership scrambled and tried to shove me out of there. My husband came into the dealership with our 2 kids from the parking lot. Suddenly, we are offered a loaner vehicle to make things right because they dropped the ball when I communicated in WRITING that we were picking up the vehicle on Friday, 4/12, and the salesperson responded, "Friday should be perfect tho". When I told the finance person on Friday, 4/12, that I communicated with the salesperson and was picking up the car on Friday, the finance person said, "I don't know when you THINK you told (salesperson) you were coming in". Then proceeded to say the salesperson wasn't in on Friday so that's why the dealership didn't know we were coming. I responded, I don't THINK, I KNOW I told the salesperson on Wednesday, 4/10, we were coming in on Friday, 4/12, to pick up the vehicle, giving them plenty of time to get the car ready. I showed the texts from my phone. At this point, the dealership is communicating with me via email and my husband in person. Monday, 4/15: My husband went out to see if any progress had been made on the car. Nothing. The loaner vehicle agreement states we are not allowed to drive out of the state without prior written consent. We had an out-of-state trip planned, so we had to get the agreement amended. Another inconvenience for us as we keep going back and forth to the dealership. Saturday, 4/20: Day 8 after full payment. Dents were still on the vehicle and the car had not been detailed properly. Photos were taken. Tuesday, 4/23: Day 11 after full payment. The dealership finally says we can get our car, and to come at 7pm. The dealership closes at 9pm, and they want us to come near sunset, and near closing. We want full sunlight to inspect the vehicle since bodywork was supposed to be done, and to ensure the car is clean. We also want to ensure that people are available in case we need assistance instead of being told everyone was gone for the day. We inform them 7pm is too late, and arrive around 6pm. Two dents were addressed, but they didn't address the scratches, stating that it was a used vehicle and scratches were to be expected. The car still needed to be cleaned properly, and they had to get people to clean the areas they missed. They had 11 days since they got full payment to detail the car and get the bodywork done. If we had come in at 7pm as they wanted, few staff would have been around to clean the car properly, forcing us to leave with a dirty car. We requested proof of the bodywork done so that we could see when and what was done. After all, we have owned the car since 4/12. The dealership refused to give the bodywork paperwork for our car because they said the maintenance department was not in and they could not access the paperwork on our car. In addition, the vehicle was advertised as "Includes Autocheck Vehicle History Report with 3 Year Buyback Protection." They try to foist off a Carfax History Report with only a 1-year buyback coverage, dated from 4/8/24-4/8/25. I have a PDF of the advertisement from the car dealership's website, which stated they would provide 3 years of buyback protection. They said they don't know why the website said that, but there is only a 1-year buyback coverage. This is fraudulent and false advertising. They did not offer any compensation or explanation for this fraudulent advertising. At no time did a manager come out to speak with us. CONCLUSION: Car on Friday, 4/12, that the dealership tried to get me, a female, to leave with, was filthy with trash in it. They tried to hurriedly run it through a car wash and quickly clean it. No bodywork had been done to fix the dents. Car on Tuesday, 4/23, that the dealership provided my husband was still not clean, but they cleaned it when he pointed out the areas they missed, and bodywork had been done on the vehicle to address two dents. There is a glaring difference between the vehicle they tried to get me to leave with on Friday, 4/12, versus the one my husband left with on Tuesday, 4/23. There is a glaring difference between how they treated me versus my husband. The dealership falsely advertised that the vehicle "Includes Autocheck Vehicle History Report with 3 Year Buyback Protection." We had to drive away with the 1-year buyback protection because they just shrugged and said it was only 1-year. The dealership was smooth and fast in taking our money and the car we traded in. They had that down pat. They were not honest in their advertising; they did not communicate well within their own dealership, and the work quality was lacking and required a lot of follow-up. I came in excited to buy a NEW car and had 10k I wanted to put towards the LOAN. Mazda did not do as I requested instead they used my $10,000 towards taxes and fees!!!!!! Never would I ever have taken hard earned money and just given it away! I would have been better off signing with the new car taxes and fees included and paid down my car loan nearly in half from the start without having to pay those ridiculous taxes and fees at a heightened amount! Of course there's nothing the Finance Dept can do for me as the return window of eight months has surpassed even though a couple weeks after I purchased the car I was told it's already been purchased, and there was nothing I could do about it! BAIT and SWITCH, unethical, and discriminatory are just a few of the first words that come to mind. Being a frugal buyer looking to help people find a great value I went with friends to search for a vehicle for them. Sales was friendly for sure at first but once you double check them they say you are "suspicious" or other rude words. They waist your time making you feel they are negotiating but then when you ask for full breakdown of costs for a vehicle they have many "aftermarket" additions they add to the vehicle above and beyond the advertised sales price. They then claim they have them on there website for the consumer. Not inaccurate they do. However it is not within any area of which is east to find and no as trick denoted the costs. They are not clear with anything. Sales will then attempt to bring the "KBB value" sheet out to you. This was inaccurate and off inflated also as I had already pulled the KBB value with VIN on my phone. They lie and attempt to be deceptive and do anything to make the sale. Once you tell them they are practicing potentially illegal tactics and taking advantage of unsuspecting consumers they say they "don't want to do business with you". The finance manager of whom would not give his name (after repeated attempts and abuse) tried forcing me into submission saying that telling them what they are doing is potentially illegal is not a person they want to do business with. He wanted an apology and me to say I was wrong to call them out on deceptive practices and I should be ashamed. Didn't happen and I'm calling them out even more so now. They then practiced passive aggressive techniques to force someone into submission. The fiancé manager was treating me as a child and with no respect whatsoever. As someone in a large scale lawsuit with one of the largest banks in America I command attention and understand consumer protections. With attorneys standing at my side. When I took the "deal sheet" as we walked out the finance manager ASSAULTED me as he tried to grab it out of my hands. Since this time I have filed a complaint with the Nevada Attorney General Aaron Ford's office for deceptive and scam like practices. Out of the 35 years of car buying and 14 vehicles I have bought for myself and family this dealership and salesperson were of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had. from the attention of the salesperson to the value of the car there is nothing I can say positive Mazda really should consider revoking their brand from this dealership. This is not representative of the Mazda brand or the quality Mazda represents. The salesperson was not knowledgeable. He told us 3 different things regarding the vehicle that weren't correct. We don't expect a salesperson to be an encyclopedia about his brand but if you don't know something just say "let's find out". Don't lie or make things up. This was supposedly one of best salespersons here. Next PRICING is horrible. They have one sticker on the car, then another price if you look at Autotrader which is 3k less, then a different price if you don't mention the "online pricing ". I feel horrible for older buyers or those who may not be internet savvy. Buyer beware ! This dealership has their cars (models we shopped for-- CX-30, Mazda 3 and the 5) ) priced 2 to 4k higher than similar models, years, and mileages in town and 4k to 6k higher than out of state dealerships. When I mentioned this to Mark he became defensive and rude and asked "where I don't see any". I simply referred him back to Autotrader and he could see for him self. When he did follow up for the pricing he basically told me it didn't exist. I felt like screen shot him the ones I found but it wasn't worth it.. He then never followed up again regarding the price and treated us like he was the only deal in town. We did not feel valued as a customer. Next FEES - this dealership did not advertise their fees on the Autotrader app which I will be following up with the correct government agency for this mistake. All fees are required to be disclosed in writing when pricing is concerned. When I noted their discrepancy as bad business tactic he was not happy and blamed it on a third party. This dealership is the most over price at a $995 doc fee that they will not negotiate. Yes I realize they can't change the fee as it's a registered number but they could take it off the price. He refused to discuss this and never got back to me Here's a list of the garbage fees they mark you up and won't negotiate and state it's required they even try to charge you for the Certified Pre Owned Cert which I think is against Mazdas policies that they can't pass that fee to the consumer -1500-160c AFTERMARKETS TINT/DOOR EDGE GRDS/C 599.00 NITROFIL ( they charge you to fill the tires) WHEEL LOCKS (comes with the car ) 199.00 99.00 LOJACK 699.00 CERTIFIED 1,795.00 All of these are unnecessary and I think the tint even comes standard on the model I was looking at I marked up the initial offer and asked him kindly to work on this for me and let me know what he could do while i took my kids for dinner. He never called me back or texted. I tried one more time and texted and asked if he was able to work on the numbers He replied sorry he was busy and didn't get back to me. He also texted me that going to another dealership was a better value. Then as I was driving to CA to get the vehicle from a different dealer we checked the Autotrader app just to find one of the cars we were contemplating was lowered $1000 in price. This was less than 12 hours when he told me there was nothing they could do. I don't think I have ever seen such deceptive sales tactics before. So I took his advice and drove to another dealership. I drove to CA. Bought a car that was two years newer, same model, had 14k less miles, 1/3 the fees, and 5 full years of warranty and a premium package not a preferred. Same make and model and wasn't charged for certified pre owned. I saved $6k for 15 hours of my time even after gas! Lol! It was a great learning experience for my daughter. She learned what a salesperson shouldn't be and what a good salesperson is like. This is exactly what my daughter needed to learn a good lesson about buying a car. So that is the best thing I can say is that because of their shady tactics and horrible sales experience she learned a lot. read more

It's on back-order and while I was going to wait for completion until I provided an updated review, I'll take them at their word for now. While I'm impressed that they stepped up and are covering this, it is still disheartening that I had to take to social media to resolve the issue. When we got back from our vacation, we took the car in the next day. The service shop basically said "we can't help you" and we were given information to file a claim per our service contract. So we call the claims line - after a few days of delay because the dealer had not sent in the paperwork, they tell us "sorry we don't cover full windshield repairs" So that led us to the initial review. What a great place. I was a long way from home and had 3 lights come on including my check engine light. I got off the freeway and looked for the closest Mazda Dealer. Took my car in to their service department, they waited on me immediately. Wrote up the paperwork and gave me a price for diagnostics, I told them go ahead and let me know. Within 10 minutes, they sent me a video showing the issue, I had a loose battery cable! They fixed it and when I went to pay, they stated "no charge...it was an easy fix "!!!! Who does that ????? They do!!! Plus I was in and out of there in less than an hour on a Saturday morning. And the best part was everyone I had contact with was friendly, pleasant and polite. Time is money. Vehicle Service 1: Waited 3 hours. Had to go to the parts department to check to see if my vehicle was ready. Advisor falsely claimed that he called my name previously, but I was in the waiting area the entire time. Thought it was a fluke. Vehicle Service 2: Just went in for an oil change. Waited over 2 hours. Again, had to go to the an advisor to check the ETA of my vehicle (since I noticed others that came after me already checked out. Advisor informed me that my car is ready (I noticed my keys were there sitting on the desk for a while). Advisor walked me out since they didn't know where my car was parked. You would think they would let their customers know PROMPTLY when their car is ready rather than relying on their customers to ask about their car. Both times I could have waited even longer (than the 3 and 2 hour wait times) if I didn't have to check on my car's status. May have to reconsider my lease once it's up. Time is money. read more

I don't think I ever wrote a review after I purchased my 2019 Mazda3 Hatch last year. First off, let me say that I love the car a ton. The redesign of the Bose sound system that Mazda did for the Mazda3 specifically is absolutely phenomenal. I also love the red leather (which you don't see a lot). I added a cool carbon fiber vinyl wrap to my hood! Who knows, maybe I'll wrap this in the future like I did with my 2017 Mazda6. I had a couple of issues with the car that corporate had to deal with since it was so new and they'd never seen the issue before; however, the dealership was phenomenal and has always been with service and sales. Shout out to Rambo for helping me out with purchasing this car! Also to tyler in the service department as well, as he's been my service dude since day one.
