For starters they promote being able to join the waiting list while you are at home then text you when they're ready for you. Got there and waited another 45 minutes. Finally saw the doctor who chastised me for using Chat GPT for my symptoms of which ironically told me to go to urgent care. Then he continued to be unprofessional by swearing and getting mad when I referred to it while asking questions, creating a very uncomfortable experience. I prefer empathetic not egocentric doctors so I will choose another urgent care next time. read more

This place is a hidden gem of the urgent care world. I showed up right when they opened, registered, and was the second person seen. Saw a PA named Taylor she was kind, thorough, and easy to talk too. My medical assistant (think her name was Christa?) was awesome me and her were laughing a majority of the time. I just left this location with my daughter and had the best experience. My daughter ripped off her big toe and I took her in about 30 minutes before they closed, not even sure if they'd see her. Joseph at the front desk was warm and welcoming and immediately brought her back to the triage room. She was seen immediately by Jessica the NP. She was wonderful and took great care of my daughter. She had to remove the nail, but did so with such care and empathy for my daughter. Every one was kind and eager to help, even though they were close to closing. I have been to this business three times now, and two have been terrible experiences. A few years back we waited in the room for an hour and and a half just to get a sports physical for school. Today I made an appointment online. We showed up to the office early as directed on the site. We sat in the lobby for over 30 minutes with no patient movement. The other people that were there before us were still just waiting. I asked if there were any providers or what were we waiting for. I was told there was no receptionist to check us in. I'm disappointed I have to give even a single star. The receptionist was extremely rude and they refused to test our infant daughter for both conditions our pediatrician recommended. We were told to "pick one". We went to the ER across the street, got everything we needed, and the staff there was shocked at the level of service we got at Care Now. Check in online and it's the most efficient process ever especially if you live close by. Did all my paperwork online and got a text when I was ready to head over (based on the minutes of how far I am from clinic). I get a real time update of my place in line. Upon arriving, I checked in with Joseph and he was very nice and helpful. This is much appreciated because often receptionists at medical offices are miserable and grumpy when they help people. This wasn't the case here. The other medical assistant, Christa, was also nice and helpful. Facilities was clean and maintained. Even had enough reserved parking outside of clinic so patients don't have one more thing to worry about when they arrive. This location definitely changed my mind about CareNow clinics as I had a bad experience at the Durango and Warm Springs location a couple years back. read more

Came in and it was great. Called back because the referred Dr didn't receive my referral. I HAVE BROKEN BONES. So I call the urgent care asking why they haven't referred me and TIFFANY is unhelpful. Rude. GIRL, stay quiet and LISTEN. She just keeps saying "well I wasn't here yesterday so " so what. I'm telling you everything you need to hear. The front desk is usually friendly and genuinely want to assist you however this one particular day the front desk did not want to assist and seemed unhappy to do her job. Check in is asked to be done online however while driving your child there can be unlawful and difficult to check in and register online before you get there. With that being said I tried to give our insurance card to her to add to my daughter's registration, she then tells us to register online and upload it there and my daughter can't be seen until that's done. After registering her online I still had to hand her my insurance card physical because it wouldn't allow me to do it online. She then tells me that she can just upload it and I just need to give her the card. Why couldn't she just do that from the start? That's what we were trying to do from the time I got there and she could have just done it. read more

Needed to be seen on Labor Day. I checked in online and was provided with my appointment time via text. Great service as I was able to remain at home and arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time. Once I arrived I was greeted warmly by Tiffiany at the front desk. Only had to wait to be seen about 10 minutes. Both the medical assistant and the provider were friendly and knowledgeable. I was taken care of very well. Incompetent, unprofessional, and uncaring staff. Came in for a sinus infection on Friday night, doctor "felt my symptoms were bad enough for antibiotics yet", but wrote a prescription for an antibiotic and sent it to my pharmacy with a note saying not to fill it until Monday. My symptoms got worse Saturday/Sunday, so I called to see if they would send over a new prescription so I could get the antibiotic filled Sunday afternoon. Was told that "The doctor there is refusing since she did not see you." And that I "would have to come in for another visit" after paying $60 to see the first doctor on Friday. Until today when I had the EXTREME DISPLEASURE of dealing with TIFFANY at the front desk. I got the text notifying me it's time to come in. I arrived at 8:20 to TERRIBLE AWFUL RUDE KAREN TIFFANY berating this man standing at the counter. She keeps yelling at him that they don't open the doors until 8:00 and he keeps saying well the doors were unlocked so I came in and she keeps repeating we don't open to the public until 8 and this poor guy is sick and just wants to check in for his appt. Meanwhile, I find my name on the kiosk and check in, without bothering her or interrupting the massacre she's currently involved in with this poor patient. Few minutes later she says my name and sharply snaps at me that I'll have to wait because there are several people in front of me. I have no does why she's even saying it because I hadn't asked about when I was going to get called and I only came to the office because I GOT THE TEXT SAYING ITS TIME TO COME IN. She keeps yelling at the other guy then finally calls me up. I say I didn't appreciate being snapped at. I'm just here because I don't feel well. She claims she didn't yell at the other guy or snap at me then happily announces she's going to get her manager, which I welcomed. After I explained my story to the manager, only to have the first bitch come back out all smiles and giggles. Letting me know she's friends with the manager and won't be disciplined at all. WRONG LINE OF WORK to be dealing with sick vulnerable people if you can't maintain a kind demeanor or at the very least remain professional. I love that I can check in online and wait at home....although the 2 times I've checked in online I was able to go straight there with no wait. Everyone from the front desk, MA, and providers are professional and so nice! They provide great care and are quick, but don't make you feel rushed at the same time. I took my daughter to the blue diamond location on 12/13. Her oxygen level was 85 and she had a 102 degree fever. She was very sick. The on duty doctor told me that it was a sinus infection that could possibly turn into walking pneumonia. He said the flu test came back negative. I was not comfortable with this diagnosis, so I took Her to her pediatrician. She has Influenza A and is still very sick 3 days later. read more

When my husband and I arrived at the urgent care located on Blue diamond and Cimarron we were greeted pleasantly by Joseph, of intake. After a brief registration we sat for no more than 5 minutes when Roxy summoned us to an examine room. Roxy was very pleasant and carried out her duties in a professional manner while remaining very personable and easy to communicate with. When the PA Jeff Wright entered the room , the conversation told us that Roxy had brief him on my reason for visiting their facility. PA Wright was professional and thorough and alaid any concern that my wife and I had shared when we entered their offices. We were provided with a professionally prepared summary of our visit. We found the staff to be professional with excellent people skills.The office was bright, clean and well lit. Should the need arise my wife and I will be very comfortable in returning to this facility. read more

Lack of patience and non-personable doctor. Dr. Anne, I had to get her name from her MA because she barged into the room without even introducing herself. Please don't see any children if you don't have the patience for them or family. I brought in my nine year old daughter because she had red swollen tonsils and because I had strep earlier that week I wanted to get her checked since she started showing symptoms. She was getting nervous about getting the strep test and the MA tried but she got scared. I asked the MA if the doctor would try hoping that she would maybe have a better chance speaking with a patient and calm my daughter. She barged in without saying anything other than "need to get a test done for me to treat her." I also brought my son in to double check and she just assumed he had the same symptoms and then the doctor got disgruntled and say "we don't do any preventative treatment". She then walked out of the office without saying anything. Front desk and medical assistant staff was very kind. Unfortunately the doctor was so rude that we don't recommend going here especially if you have kids. read more

People already don't want to go get checked up or see a physician but she was just the nasty cherry on top. I definitely am not coming back to this location.
