I would never buy a car from Rigo/Rico, let alone a toothpick. What a waste of time. Go elsewhere, I implore you. Oh, and the car accelerated like shit.

He's helped my family get multiple cars (mine is the 3rd), and every experience has been great. There were so many options, but the moment I saw this Camry, I couldn't stop thinking about it -- my eyes and mind were locked in I got her, named her Stormie hehe, and I've had her for about 4 months now. She's been running great and I absolutely love her. It did take a while to get the car out of the lot, but that was due to some complications, and they still handled everything in a pretty timely manner. I got there around 12 and left around 4, which honestly wasn't too bad considering the situation. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there's currently a recall with no remedy available yet, had it since early January I wanna say so I'm kinda driving on edge right now. They did offer me a rental if I felt unsafe driving my car, which I really appreciated, but if anything happened with the rental it would've been my responsibility to handle. I just didn't want to deal with that, so I'm still driving her for now. Other than that, everything has been solid. Overall, great experience and I'd definitely recommend them!

I had already purchased an OEM replacement handle from an authorized Honda parts dealer, and initially planned to have the dealership install it. However, the dealership quoted me a very high labor cost and required me to leave my car overnight due to their busy schedule. After doing some research, I found Action Auto in Cypress and spoke with Mark. From the very first phone call, Mark was friendly, professional, and transparent. Best of all, his quote was about half the price of what the dealership wanted to charge. The convenience was a huge bonus. They told me I could bring my car in anytime between 8am-5pm (and even Sundays 8am-3pm). I dropped off my car at 8:30am, and it was ready by lunchtime the same day. On top of that, they even offered a complimentary shuttle ride home--something the dealership no longer provides. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Mark's customer service was outstanding both over the phone and in person. The shop itself was clean and well-organized, and I noticed several repeat customers while I was there, which says a lot about their reputation. Most importantly, my door handle works perfectly now--just like when I first bought the car. I'll definitely be coming back to Action Auto for future repairs. Upon leaving the dealership, my HondaLink app indicated low tire pressure. This was puzzling, as the service included a tire rotation and a multipoint inspection. At first, I did not consider it serious, since I have experienced this indication before. However, when I pulled over at the nearest gas station, I discovered that my front driver-side rim was damaged. This marked the beginning of a very disappointing service experience. The only lesson I took from this visit is the importance of personally inspecting my vehicle with the service advisor before it is taken in for service, and reviewing it again before leaving the dealership. I have attached images showing both the initial damage and the first attempt by the dealership's partnered tire/wheel repair company to fix the rim. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it reflects a significant lapse in care during what should have been a routine service visit.
